10/11/2025: Tonight my wife and I went for pizza for the first time at Pizzeria "Biliardo '65" and everything was delicious. I had a pizza with mortadella and it was delicious. The fried pizza was also delicious. Very welcoming place. Very friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back.

04/11/2025: I visited this very welcoming little restaurant to celebrate a family event, and I must say that my expectations and the recommendations of other friends were fully confirmed. The food was excellent, gourmet yet traditional, the staff friendly, and the location small but with a decidedly welcoming and family atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I'll be back soon to enjoy other delicacies.

27/10/2025: Every time we return to Ristorante L’Approdo in Piano di Sorrento, it's a testament to our reputation: simply one of the best in the Marina di Cassano area! The location is enchanting, right on the sea, with breathtaking sunsets. The welcome is always impeccable: owners Tonino and Anna, along with their staff, welcome guests with kindness and attentiveness. The cuisine is excellent: the fish is always incredibly fresh, and every course is meticulously prepared; every dish is superb. The wood-fired pizza, light, fragrant, and delicious, is also worth a mention, perfect for those seeking a quality alternative to other dishes. The wines are excellent, and the desserts are unmissable. Highly recommended for those who love the sea, good food, and memorable moments.

22/10/2025: Super friendly people. Unfortunately, we were there four hours before opening. The waiter simply gave us some food that was just being prepared in the kitchen. It was incredibly delicious and one of the best things we ate on our Italian vacation.

19/10/2025: On the recommendation of some friends, we decided to try this small restaurant in Controne, the city of beans. Their specialty, the Controne bean, is the protagonist of the entire menu, from appetizers to main courses. We were served by Donato, extremely kind and helpful, who carefully recommended dishes and an excellent wine to pair. We started with a platter of local cured meats and goat's cheese, served with fresh bread. The beans in olive oil were truly delicious, accompanied by crostini and crusco peppers. The handmade pappardelle with beans were a delightful surprise: simple yet rich in flavor. To finish, we chose a dessert with ricotta and fig jam, paired with the delicious Zibibbo wine that was recommended to us. Everything was perfect: from the dishes to the service, to the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area... or coming specifically for it; it's definitely worth it!

08/11/2025: Today I was surprised because I ate fish, and I never imagined I'd be able to enjoy fresh fish in the mountains! Clams, shrimp, calamari—all excellent and well-cooked. Sajonara is a must-try in this area. The idea of ​​having to go to the seaside to get fresh fish was proven wrong today. We often look far away, thinking the best is always somewhere else, but instead, it's right there before our eyes. The fried cod was truly top-notch.

14/11/2025: We visited this butcher shop and restaurant last night and were truly satisfied. We discovered it by chance online thanks to the excellent reviews, and I must say they were all confirmed. The meat is simply excellent, perfectly cooked and of the highest quality. The owner was also very kind and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

It's located near a large square with easy-to-find parking. Food: The food was truly a wonderful discovery; everything was excellent and plentiful. Some items are very unique, like the mozzarella fried in black flour or the excellent cod and fish croquet. The portions are just right. Service: We were served by a very friendly and hospitable lady, who also gave us good advice on what to eat, without being pushy or intrusive. The wait may seem long, but that's because the dishes are freshly prepared. Price: We took advantage of a promotion, so we paid little, but I consider the prices absolutely fair.

05/11/2025: The service fell far short of our expectations. The server initially refused to give us a table, even though there were free ones. Our appetizer couldn't be served because they claimed to have run out of mozzarella. They then brought us a substitute, but unfortunately, it wasn't what we had ordered. Wine was also unavailable, as was our main course, which they said was only offered in winter. At the next table, a young man ordered a pizza. He was told the oven was already off. Two tables away, about 20 minutes later, several pizzas were served. The chef later joined us at that table for a meal. Finally, we waited an eternity to pay. Meanwhile, the servers were smoking near the tables, amidst garbage bags and empty beverage crates.

08/11/2025: This lovely restaurant is located just outside Certaldo, right on a main road – however, you don't hear any street noise inside, as there's very little traffic in the evenings anyway. There are around 50 public parking spaces nearby, and those arriving between 7 and 8 pm usually find a free spot without any trouble. The restaurant itself is large and modernly furnished – I would estimate that it can accommodate about 80 to 100 guests. The tables are spaced comfortably apart, making it easy to get to your seat. We had made a reservation in advance and were greeted warmly, shown to our table, and given menus immediately. Our order was taken promptly, and because we arrived quite early by Italian standards (around 7:15 pm) and it wasn't very busy yet, our drinks and pizza arrived exceptionally quickly. The pizzas were large, at least 30 cm in diameter, generously topped, and very tasty. All three pizzas we ordered were excellent. The ambiance is modern and well-maintained, though not particularly cozy. Besides the furniture, five televisions were noticeable, showing football during our visit. Fortunately, the volume was pleasantly low – in other restaurants, it's often much more disruptive. One minor drawback: We had to ask for the bill twice, and after it finally arrived, several more minutes passed before we could pay at the bar. Conclusion: Overall, a very good restaurant with fair value for money. For under €15, you get a large, delicious pizza and a drink – something you don't often find these days. Considering the quality, service, and prices, I give it 5 stars.

02/09/2025: We visited a pizzeria with two people following a personal recommendation. The food was good, but otherwise disappointing: - The pizza ordered by person 1 was eaten and the plate had already been cleared when, after another 10 minutes, the pasta dish ordered by person 2 was served (without explanation or apology). - The dessert ordered was reported as "sold out" after 5 minutes (without apology or alternative recommendation). - The lighting was very bright and totally uncomfortable.

19/10/2025: The atmosphere is small but very quaint. We admit we were initially a bit perplexed by the lack of a menu (we were later told it was available on a cabinet at the entrance) and by the owner's attitude, who actually proved to be pleasant and friendly. The food was excellent, with delicious first courses that blend tradition and innovation. The prices were perhaps a bit higher than we expected, but the quality fully met our expectations. Recommended, especially for the quality of the dishes available. There's no parking nearby, but if you're lucky and it's not a peak day, you can find a spot on the nearby streets.

17/11/2025: I celebrated a friend's birthday here. The place is beautiful and spacious, with stone walls and a huge fireplace, and an impressive old-fashioned pizza oven. But we ate something else. Lunch was good, average, but the tagliata di carne was exceptional: tender, flavorful, and small, tasty pieces of meat served with a side of baked potatoes. It's for the tagliata that I give it five stars. I'd like to try it again, perhaps with my children.
