25/04/2025: Ho cenato in questo ristorante e mi sono trovato benissimo: elegante e ampia la sala con cucina e barbecue a vista, vario e raffinato il menu, ottimi i piatti di pesce scelti, cortese e attento il personale. Adeguato il prezzo pagato, non economico, ma ampiamente giustificato dalla qualità dei cibi servitimi.

04/05/2025: (Pro tip: Don't eat at any restaurant that calls out to you from the sidewalk. The really good ones don't need to do that.) This bustling, very touristy spot serves tasty seafood alongside friendly but rushed service. Plan for 50 euro per person. As with earlier reviews, we found the pricing confusing at best. After the first two items we tried to order were out of stock, the server offered any fish we wanted in any course we wanted. But one item we ordered as an antipasti was charged as an unspecified secondo for 25 or 30 euro. Another item we ordered, the recommended daily fish special, was charged as the other unlabeled secondo for 25 or 30 euro. And the moment your check is presented a card reader is pressed into your face so you don't have a chance to inspect. If you choose to eat here, I recommend ordering from the menu and confirming all pricing upfront.

13/05/2025: The new management, partially already operating in the pizza restaurant, has experience and clear ideas, the quality of the food offered is very high and the result is a place that is increasingly a sure reference for the upper Caserta area and the Sannio area. And not only that. The choice of dishes is not wide, but for me it is more than enough to satisfy every desire and to guarantee lots of freshness and, as mentioned, quality and attention in the preparation of the dishes. It ranges, just to mention a few, from pizzas fragrant and light like a cloud of garlic appetizers based on exceptional cured meats and vegetables in season, to first courses with dry pasta or stuffed eggs and finally the extraordinary cuts of beef. The desserts are equally delicious and well made and off you go away wishing to return soon. The environment is serene and welcoming, as is the service, young and precise, the wine list, it is not very large but as well as the menu it is more than enough to satisfy everyone. The final bill is correct and the rating is high.

11/06/2025: Abbiamo scelto questa pizzeria per una cena in famiglia, e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata una delle esperienze più piacevoli e autentiche vissute recentemente. Sin dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con calore e cortesia. Il locale si trova nel pieno centro storico di Napoli, una cornice già di per sé magica. Passeggiando tra i vicoli pieni di vita, profumi e storia, ci si ritrova davanti a questa pizzeria che profuma di forno a legna e ospitalità. Il posto è curato, ma non pretenzioso: autentico, vero, accogliente. Un angolo di Napoli che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con un antipasto misto davvero delizioso: fritti croccanti e asciutti, saporiti e ben bilanciati nei gusti. Le montanare, in particolare, erano una poesia — morbide, fragranti, con un sugo di pomodoro fresco e profumato che sa di domenica napoletana. E poi, naturalmente, è arrivata lei, la regina della serata: la pizza. Un trionfo di profumi, colori e sapori. L’impasto leggero e ben lievitato. Ogni morso era una conferma: qui la pizza è un’arte, una passione, una tradizione viva. La consiglio con entusiasmo a chiunque voglia vivere una cena all’insegna della qualità, della tradizione e della convivialità.

22/05/2025: After several years I returned to this pleasant and interesting restaurant. This review is an update and confirmation of my previous one from August 2020. I noticed in the kitchen an evident maturation process carried out recently by the young and talented Chef Costantino Pezzuti. The dishes are always inspired by the Cilento tradition, in particular, and by the Campania tradition, in general, and are made with a good hand and with excellent technique by the Chef, so much so as to propose classic dishes in a new and innovative way while maintaining their peculiar characteristics. This is in fact the secret of the cuisine of Suscettibile: the exaltation of the excellent raw materials, their flavors and their aromas while maintaining that apparent simplicity that is the trademark of the restaurant. And that's what I found in the egg and eggs (breaded and fried poached egg, bottarga (eggs), cream of potatoes and roasted leek, in the scarpariello di costa (iconic Campanian dish based on tomatoes, basil and parmesan, but with the tomato cooked twice, basil oil and crumbled parmesan wafer and finally in the grilled turbot, salicornia and zabaglione, with the fish cooked impeccably. The service is always attentive, professional and smiling. The wine list is very interesting. Prices in line with the quality of the offer. The place has already been rightly reported by the Michelin Guide which in my humble opinion is more than ready for the big leap. Best wishes.

From the first amuse-bouche to the final dessert, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Service was attentive, warm, and seamless — striking that rare balance of professionalism and personality. To end the night, we enjoyed a digestif under soft lights, letting the evening linger just a little longer. Suscettibile isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a feeling. One we’ll be coming back for.

Da ritornare sicuramente per assaggiare la zuppa di castagne,le pappardelle ai funghi porcini e perché no una frittura di calamari, che aveva un bell'aspetto ma non siamo riusciti ad ordinarli perché eravamo strapieni. For years I have known the pizzeria for its famous Ortolana and Sicilian pizza which are always excellent, with a very digestible dough and always beautiful, full of delicious ingredients and cooked to perfection. It is a fixed stop every time you come to the village. Super recommended 👍🏽

18/06/2025: Trattoria in the heart of the picturesque Spanish Quarters. The service, contrary to what I read in other reviews, was fast, precise and friendly. The location is not very big, but there are many tables outside. The food is very good, we had a house appetizer, then pasta, potatoes and provola: very good. Then a trio of grilled meats, fresh watermelon and dessert. Limoncello offered by the house. In total 53 euros, really competitive. Highly recommended
