16/11/2025: The promise is high. The ratings are high. The meat is top-notch. The service is very professional. Unfortunately, I was shocked to discover that the chef doesn't know how to cook a steak. I watched in horror as he took a perfectly aged T-bone steak out of the oven, sliced ​​it immediately without letting it rest, and proudly served it to me. Connoisseurs will recognize the mistake. Aside from this significant detail, I'm not particularly concerned with appearances and design. The bread wasn't very good, and the appetizers, consisting of chips and olives on a wheel, were rather dull. But others will surely appreciate it.

15/11/2025: Very well known bistro, however didn’t check my boxes. I was hoping for a quaint charming restaurant, it wasn’t. On the other hand, apparently it serves great steaks, wagyu etc, unfortunately ours turned out not so good. Service was super.

10/11/2025: If you want a perfect and unforgettable wedding, then Villa Vittoria is the right venue. A wonderful place and staff attentive to the smallest details. From the day we booked until the wedding day, we were satisfied with our choice. The food was plentiful and truly sublime. Thank you to all the staff for making this day unforgettable, not only for us, the newlyweds, but also for all the guests who came from Calabria. ❤️

12/10/2025: A delicious discovery by chance. It deserves 5 stars overall. Kudos to the food, the beautiful location, and the extremely friendly service. Since I'm allergic to almonds, they kindly offered me a slice of their homemade pastiera, which was spectacular. Above all, it's important to emphasize that this isn't a touristy place. And the view...well, it speaks for itself. Kudos to the management.

After arriving in Sorrento hungry during the period between lunch and dinner, many places were closed and we were walking around in the rain looking for somewhere to eat. We were graciously welcomed in and had no idea how great of an experience this was going to be. They were serving a pre fixe lunch and everything was incredibly delicious. Don’t skip the tagliolini with lemon cream sauce - it’s outstanding!

24/08/2025: Salvatore welcomes you upon entering. Even before you choose from the menu, water and a welcome entree are brought to the table, featuring products that are nothing short of extraordinary. There's a wide selection of meats, all local and seasonal, and the cured meats are all homemade, except for the Parma ham (as Salvatore specifies). The kitchen is open to the public, the dishes you choose are explained, or rather, described. The service is attentive, and the excellent food is prepared by Teresa and her team. A good value. Reservations recommended.

12/10/2025: The waitress was very nice, but other than that, I cannot say anything good about the place. The carbonara pasta were tasteless, pizza was oily and uncooked. The gnocchi were decent, but nothing special, i would have expected the sauce to be more fresh and spiced. I usually do not have very high standards for food, especially when I’m hungry, but this time I was very disappointed.

12/10/2025: We came for dinner twice. Once with 14 people and once with 30 people. Both times the service and food were excellent. I highly recommend it!

The staff is friendly and welcoming, just like the owners! Everyone is kind and helpful! A wide selection of wines! We'll definitely be back! The price is very fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. The Biffy seafood appetizer is delicious, and the lobster linguine is delicious! Thanks again for the wonderful lunch!

13/11/2025: We went to Da Nello twice during our stay in Sorrento, once for lunch and another time for dinner and we were very happy on both occasions. We found the place affordable and authentic with great food and nice service. In fact it was our overall favourite restaurant in Sorrento and we’d gladly come back again.
