03/05/2026: We visited this osteria and really enjoyed it. Excellent value for money. We started with a generous and well-prepared appetizer, then tried two first courses, both very good. This was followed by a mixed meat dish, all well-cooked and flavorful. We finished with a dessert and amari, rounding out the meal in the best possible way. The real highlight, however, was the finale: a selection of cheeses brought by the lady, truly delicious and of high quality. Attentive service, they stopped by several times to check on everything. Overall, a very positive experience: you eat well, you spend a fair amount, and you leave satisfied. Recommended!

08/05/2026: A profusion of flavors with reimagined Italian dishes that are original and delicious! Impeccable and attentive service. We opted for the Traditional Menu: you absolutely must try everything, as each dish brings something unique to this magnificent Amalfi Coast (lemon, garlic, onion, etc.). A wonderful evening and a well-deserved Michelin star. Highly recommended.

23/03/2026: Classy cuisine that maintains a truly homely feel, and above all, quality. Peppe Guida: a simple man who loves entertaining his guests and is open to clearly explaining his recipes. And even more so, the emotions they evoke in him, which he wants others to experience as well. A superb wine list and attentive, polite staff. I don't know if anything has changed, but the sommelier didn't let me taste the wine first. Oh well! Some truly delicious dishes: the appetizers (extraordinary shrimp from north to south) with vibrant flavors that caress the palate one by one. Lemon spaghetti 🍋 worth trying again. Save some room for grandma's wonderful zeppole. You'll never try them again unless you try them here. Since I wasn't thrilled with the location, I'll try the summer location again. 14/05/2026: We did the ravioli cooking class. The food was excellent, they were playing great Italian music, and the view while cooking is unbeatable. The chef and restaurant workers were very sweet, too. Prosecco was flowing the entire time, made the cooking class very enjoyable! Thank you La Gavitella

13/05/2026: Our pasta-making experience at La Gavitella was nothing short of magical and became one of the absolute highlights of our Amalfi girls’ trip celebrating special birthdays. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly thought out. We were welcomed with delicious coffee and croissants overlooking the most breathtaking views imaginable. It is one of the most stunning settings we experienced in the Amalfi Coast. The atmosphere throughout was incredible: free-flowing Prosecco, music, laughter, dancing with friends, and such warm, genuine hospitality from the entire team. The pasta-making itself was so much fun, authentic, interactive, and beautifully organised. It felt far more than just a cooking class; it was a full experience and memory we’ll treasure forever. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the photos taken throughout the day to the certificates, aprons, recipe books, and gift bags we were given to take home. What truly made the experience extra special was the kindness of the owner, who even took us back by boat to Praiano marina afterwards, saving us the long climb back up the hill which was such a thoughtful touch that perfectly sums up the level of care and hospitality shown. And as if the day couldn’t get any more surreal, when we arrived back at the marina we bumped into Matthew McConaughey, who is currently filming the new Netflix movie Positano! It honestly felt like something out of a film itself. We genuinely cannot recommend this experience enough. Incredible value for money, unforgettable views, amazing people, fantastic food and drinks, and memories we’ll all talk about for years. If you’re visiting Praiano or the Amalfi Coast, this is an absolute must-do.

16/05/2026: Great hidden gem, frequented by locals and tourists alike. Had the Picanha, a meat sampler and an eggplant dish - each more delicious than the next. Service was great and the drinks were cold 👍🏽👍🏽 oh and order the "small" house wine... They bring you a jug 😁

29/04/2026: The atmosphere is small and well-maintained. The wine list is carefully selected, covering almost all of Italy's wines, though naturally not overly generous. The selection of ingredients is carefully selected and carefully combined with traditional local cuisine. Ideal for a get-together with friends and family. We'll definitely be returning to try other delicious dishes.

02/06/2026: We loved our room overlooking the water so waking up every morning was beautiful looking out the windows. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious and plentiful. I loved sitting by the pool and actively keeping the pigeons away with the mini squirt guns. What we were so impressed about was how well your hotel put on a wedding for 100+. It was so romantic and executed so quickly. The food was delicious and the staff was so attentive. Thank you all so very much! Bravo!!!

04/06/2026: But what can I say? In Naples, every experience is different, but they all have one thing in common: the friendliness of the restaurant owners! Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, and excellent flavors. The only problem is that I'm not used to fried foods, but I had to try the fried pizza. I know I'll pay for the taste with a very long digestion, but I have to say it's worth it.

03/06/2026: I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant, which I stumbled upon by chance while waiting to catch my train to the station. I had a large salad and excellent mozzarella. The waitress was incredibly kind, as was all the staff. The price was negligible for the quality of the food and the service I received.
