03/01/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and inspired by the many positive reviews, I wanted to try it for my birthday, so we went with my sweetheart. We had a great time, and the food was delicious, starting with the appetizer, which had several courses, all cooked very well and with care (personally, I would make the gnocchi with less oil because I couldn't finish them all). Otherwise, we had a great time, and the service was truly impeccable, and they even gave us excellent wine recommendations. I'm very satisfied.

Much of this is undoubtedly thanks to San Bernardo Ricevimenti. The venue, immersed in the pristine nature of the Sila Mountains, is simply enchanting. In addition to the professional and impeccable service, the dishes, prepared with dedication and care, using fresh, high-quality, local ingredients, were truly exceptional! We highly recommend them for weddings or other ceremonies. P.S. 19/10/2025: A Perfect Banquet of Flavor and Elegance. ​I had the pleasure of celebrating a special occasion, my nephew's graduation party, with a banquet prepared by Executive Chef Gustavo Congi and his daughter, Lady Chef Denisia Congi. ​Despite the close friendship and respect that bind me to the Congi family, I cannot help but express my sincere appreciation. Their cuisine was simply sublime. ​The dishes showcase the finest local ingredients, which, crafted with professionalism and love, are transformed into creations of the highest quality. Each course was presented with elegance and refinement. The risotto with crispy green beans, pumpkin cream, and grilled bacon was particularly noteworthy. ​A dish that celebrates autumn and the richness of mountain flavors. The rice was cooked to perfection, with the grain al dente, enclosing the heart of starch. Chefs Gustavo and Denisia succeeded in creating a vibrant contrast, masterfully balancing creaminess and crunchiness. Aesthetically, it was a unique culinary canvas of brilliant and lively contrasts. ​In short, the long-standing professionalism and experience of Executive Chef Gustavo blended beautifully with the innovative and creative touch of Lady Chef Denisia. ​In short: a perfect banquet that expertly combined elegance, flavor, and refinement. 27/07/2025: I went there with some friends of mine, we had a lot of fun, we ate very well (the pizza is very good) and the home-made food even better. The people who work there are good, very polite and kind. They treat you very well. The kitchen is fast, the food arrives immediately. The bathrooms are very clean, spacious and very simple.

20/07/2025: We returned to Lake Ampollino in Sila after four years. We were surprised to find several pleasant businesses open, and many tourists, which doesn't detract from such a beautiful and enjoyable area to visit. We enjoyed the delicacies of the region, particularly Sila, at Bar La Botte, which we hope will grow, even if there are long lines to get in in the future. Delicious, well-prepared food: we chose the set menu of veal morsels, Sila potatoes, mixed roast pork, and pappadelle with wild boar ragù. The staff were welcoming and relaxed; it was a pleasure to sit down and enjoy their dishes. Definitely a must-visit; we'd be back!

20/07/2025: Dall’ingresso alla tavola, tutto è stato perfetto. Locale pulito e accogliente. La cucina è un vero omaggio ai sapori del territorio: prodotti tipici, freschissimi e piatti deliziosi. Il personale è gentile e attento, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!

19/07/2025: Mi pareja y yo visitamos este restaurante dos veces durante nuestras vacaciones en Terranova el Sibari, y no podíamos recomendar este lugar lo suficiente. La comida se cocina a la perfección, y el personal es muy profesional y acogedor. Si te gusta la comida mediterránea, este lugar es sin duda una visita obligada!
