From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome in a place where cleanliness and order are immediately apparent. The service was impeccable: surprisingly fast service combined with the kindness and courtesy of the waiters, who were able to offer us the best advice. The culinary experience is a journey through authentic flavors, starting with a truly excellent appetizer of typical Calabrian specialties, which prepares the palate for the true highlight: the meat platter. We began with a delicious first course of pork, including pancetta, sausage, and capicollo, before moving on to an amazing slice of beef. A much-appreciated touch was the hot griddle brought to the table, allowing those who wish to finish cooking the meat to their liking. The whole thing was washed down with an excellent house wine, perfect for enhancing the authenticity of the dishes. A must-try for those seeking true grilled specialties served with love. 05/05/2026: We visited Il Peperoncino Pizzeria da Asporto and were very satisfied! There were three of us and we ordered three pizzas: Salsiccia Fresca, Golosa, and Diavola. All the pizzas were very good, with well-made dough and fresh ingredients. The flavor was rich and well-balanced. For drinks, we had two 0.33-cl Peroni beers and a 0.33-cl can of Coca-Cola. Everything was served cold and quickly. The wait time was about 10 minutes, really quick. Even though it's a takeout pizzeria, we ate there—the atmosphere was simple but pleasant. The total bill was €27, a great price for the quality and quantity. Recommended!

I don't usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves one: it's a 10/10 in every way. The service is incredibly fast, attentive, and always friendly. The food is among the best I've ever had; I especially recommend the fusilli alla zingara, which in my opinion is their real highlight. The location is very cute and welcoming: it's undoubtedly my favorite restaurant. ❤️❤️If you're passing through Diamante, you absolutely have to stop here!

01/06/2026: Everything here was delicious. We went a total of three times. 🙂 The young waiter always knew when to show up; he was incredibly friendly. We also got some great treats, olive oil, bread, and some liqueurs and sweet snacks for our departure. My favorite spaghetti with seafood was always delicious. I'll always remember this place with nostalgia and hope to return someday.
