12/12/2024: Located in the middle of a valley in a forest, fantastic 360 degree views, comfortable and well heated rooms. Attentive cleanliness and availability of the total staff. The cuisine is zero km, traditional dishes with a pinch of innovation that doesn't hurt. The staff makes you feel at home, it's like being a guest at a friend's house. Excellent house wine, possibility to purchase locally produced products. I hope that the staff can go a long way and welcome many guests, because you can see that they put their soul into their work

03/09/2024: exceptional! absolutely worth trying if you find yourself in Scalea; we took the mixed tasting platter where all the products were exceptional with fresh and particular flavours. then two dishes not on the menu which: orecchiette with tomatoes and figs and the beef fillet, we also also took a dish on the menu, namely "spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli in our own way" of which everything was really good. another pleasant note was the service from the staff who were friendly, kind and always available. really a nice place!

Useful both for those who are simply in transit (the SA-RC motorway toll booth is very close), and for those who want to visit the Pollino (a chat with Roberto immediately makes you want to return even in the shoulder seasons). The distinctive element, in any case, is the care and dedication (to work, to the territory) that Roberto and his family show in a genuine and authentic way, immediately revealing a notable availability towards the customer, even if occasional. . A beautiful discovery, to be recommended and rewarded.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Roberto, an extremely nice and kind person, but above all attentive to his work as he dedicates a lot of love and passion to it. 03/11/2024: Ristorante di pesce di ottimo livello. Cucina a vista, creatività negli accostamenti. Cantina vini ben fornita con la giusta predominanza dei vini calabresi. Ottima la cottura di polipo e seppie, cheesecake di salmone davvero entusiasmante. Primi molto gustosi e saporiti con grandissima attenzione ai territori che abbracciano tutta la Calabria. Passando alle nostre portate abbiamo preso antipasto degustazione (super consigliato per 2 persone ma anche 3) e tre primi. Spaghetti con lime e bergamotto e vongole (super aromatico) ed i ravioli ripieni di cernia con un ottimo sugo. Le porzioni sono davvero abbondanti e soddisfano alla grande anche i più affamati. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità dei prodotti. In tre abbiamo speso 105 € per antipasto per due più la cheesecake, tre primi, due dolci ed amaro ed una bottiglia di rosato Lumare di Iuzzolini.
