11/09/2025: My boyfriend and I went there this evening for a typical Calabrian dinner!
The staff were incredibly kind, the food was excellent, the ingredients were top-quality, and the portions were generous.
Everything was perfect!
If you're in the area, try this trattoria with your eyes closed. It's like eating at your grandmother's or at home, and the REAL Calabrian dishes. My compliments, because they are fantastic in every way!
11/09/2025: If you're in the area and want to eat REAL Calabrian cuisine, come to this trattoria. It's a special experience, as a true Calabrian tells you. Be wary of other places; the dishes aren't typical, but VERY TYPICAL!! The welcome and the raw ingredients are worthy of the name "CALABRIA." My compliments to everyone for the service and the dishes; I felt like I was eating the same dishes at home. May God bless these places again, because they are the soul of this beautiful region. Definitely worth a try; you won't regret it. Generous portions and EXCELLENT prices. Congratulations again, from the bottom of my heart.

04/03/2026: I ate here for a business lunch. Excellent food and good service. I'll definitely be back as soon as I have the chance. The only drawback is the lack of parking, but you can find one within walking distance, with a little patience.

01/01/2026: I went to Tropea to see the Christmas lights with my family, and after wandering around town looking for something gluten-free, I found this wonderful restaurant. The staff were incredibly kind, and everything was delicious.
20/11/2025: The food and drinks were great! The staff was watching the game Juventus vs Torino, distracted but fun to watch with the locals. Really yummy pizza. We were off season so quiet.

25/10/2025: At lunchtime, we deliberately drove off the road to this restaurant for the pizza that was advertised.
The service was unfriendly and completely uninterested in communicating in any language (English, German, Spanish) other than the local one. Using sign language and a dictionary on his smartphone, the waiter explained that pizza was only available in the evenings.
We decided to stay anyway, and that was a mistake. One of the dishes we ordered – Tagliolini al ragu (ragu is the name of a meat sauce made with slowly simmered meats, usually beef and pork) – was pasta with leftover sausages and hot dogs. The food was terrible, and the service was rude. We definitely recommend avoiding this place.

11/01/2026: All the food we consumed, from the appetizers to the first and second courses, both meat and seafood, was excellent. The service was prompt and the staff were very attentive and courteous.

We were also satisfied with the price for what we ate. I recommend it for anyone who wants to eat fish.
