Tuna, amberjack and clams, good as you can only remotely imagine. Highly recommended for an informal dinner based on fresh fish.

03/06/2025: Very friendly host and all the staff. Very quiet location with a beautiful view in the middle of a farm inhabited by various animals. Great pool. Clean and newly renovated rooms. We were there in the off-season and there was no dinner. Breakfast was average. Very good pizzeria in Dipigniano.

Place surrounded by nature, ideal for families who love good food and where you can admire animals (cows, peacocks, ducks...). An experience to be repeated thanks also to attentive and helpful staff. 02/05/2025: Sono molto delusa da un locale che non ha idea di cosa sia un buon servizio nei confronti del cliente. Abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti per due caffè che non sono mai arrivati mentre veniva servito chi era arrivato dopo di noi. All' ennesimo tentativo di presa in giro da parte della "cameriera" ( credo che la ragazza in questione non sappia nemmeno il significato del termine cameriera) ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via senza aver visto nemmeno da lontano l'ombra dei due caffè ordinati. Non tornerò di certo.

I would like to express my love and gratitude to Francesca, the owner of this beautiful hostel, who made us feel special every day here. This is a clean, well-maintained and very organized business. Their pizzas were great. We especially tried the mixed pizza (without pork). I didn't think artichoke would go so well with pizza.

04/06/2025: I returned after a long time with my family (3 of us) and I confirm my positive opinion on everything. Excellent welcome, familiar but also refined atmosphere, dishes, to our taste, simply tempting (gnocchi with gorgonzola and pistachio, spaghetti with anchovies and cherry tomatoes, mushroom bites and grilled angler fish, side dish, wine, soft drink and dessert) at an absolutely adequate price. I recommend it! P. S. I have been to countless restaurants and this is the only one where you don't pay for the cover charge. Judge!

For years I have been going to them during the Christmas period to celebrate Christmas Eve with a good aperitif. And also for this May 1st I went to the much loved place. Drank Cosmopolitan like a god and enjoyed a fabulous aperitif with lasagna. You are the best💯 I confirm what was said. For a quiet evening with my husband, I always choose this place because the food is delicious and the staff is exceptionally kind. The aperitif is top notch and the cold coffee is no less, so much so that I also choose them for Saturday breakfast 😜❤️

19/05/2025: The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, welcoming us with kindness despite our late arrival. We chose the six-course spring menu: each dish was balanced in flavors and presented with care. The lunch was filling but light, leaving us fully satisfied, from the amuse-bouche (extraordinary olives), to the homemade bread, to the small pastries. The wine pairing was excellent, which further enhanced the experience. I think the place combines elegance and authenticity. An experience that I highly recommend!!!

24/04/2025: What can I say, a magnificent experience. We decided to take the tasting menu with a pairing of 4 wines (possibility of having 6 as well), delicious food!!!!! both for the sight and for the palate. They accompany everything with bread and butter made by them, really too good! For those who don't want the tasting menu, which I highly recommend, there is the à la carte menu with prices ranging from approximately 16 to 40 euros. Price of 7-course tasting menu €70 each + 4 wine pairings around 40 euros each. Homemade and non-homemade food revisited in a nouvelle cousine key. Right quantity, not mini portions as you would expect, for example I wasn't able to finish the sweets (a shame). Minimal and relaxing atmosphere, friendly, trained and attentive to detail staff. I'll be back to try the new winter menu 🥰
