25/02/2025: We went on Saturday for my niece's baptism. Location in the open countryside with a view of the Ionian Sea thanks to the large windows that give brightness to the tables at the entrance. Eating everything was very good, especially the savory ice cream like potato croquettes, amazing! All very good and well presented. For children, there is a table football table and garden outside. Highly recommended

12/02/2025: Amazing. Exceptional. The rooms are really nice and welcoming, the place is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. In the attached restaurant, which only opens on Friday evenings and Sunday lunchtime, everything was exquisite. Super welcoming and super friendly staff. Helpful and very polite

23/04/2025: Dopo una gita al Parco Archeologico di Metaponto abbiamo cercato invano (a Metaponto) un posto dove mettere qualcosa sotto i denti, ma era tutto chiuso eccezion fatta per qualche bar. Valutando la nostra posizione il navigatore ci ha guidato fino in centro a Bernalda, piccolo borgo sospeso tra le colline e il mare ove in pieno centro ci siamo imbattuti nella Trattoria da Fifina, storico locale da oltre 70 anni. Qui la signora Rita, proprietaria e cuoca, porta avanti la tradizione familiare culinaria e locale. Piatti semplici ma gustosi, preparati con cura, ben presentati e con giuste porzioni. La signora Rita è solita decantare il proprio menù a voce (nessun menù cartaceo era presente), spaziando dalla carne al pesce utilizzando i prodotti del territorio in base alle stagioni. Prezzi ragionevoli, servizio veloce e cortese.

10/05/2025: Today I was in Matera and I went to have an aperitif in this bar. It should be noted that by aperitif I mean 3 crodini with a small bowl of peanuts, a small bowl of olives and chips and a small bowl of tarallini, a quick drink standing at the counter, I paid a whopping 18 euros, it's not the price that scares me, I went to places where I paid more, but the cheekiness was that I repeated 3 times that I consumed at the counter and he charged me 5 euros for a room I had never even seen. They will sell the gold-plated crodino... Anyway, the outdoor place is nice but I don't recommend it also due to the rudeness of those who run it, they don't look you in the eye, they mind their own business, I've never seen a bar where they don't greet anyone.

06/05/2025: The central location, in the vicinity of the Basilica of San Francesco, which offers a beautiful view. The varied offer of pastries, the grandmother's coffee for Italy, the service on the other hand left much to be desired after we said that we had vouchers from the accommodation, as if they were doing us a favor. The dirty windows at the entrance were also unsightly, which matched the carelessness displayed by the staff.

30/04/2025: A parte la location particolare all’interno del sasso barisano, la cucina è veramente niente di particolare. Anche la carta dei vini non aggiornata ed esagerata nei prezzi. Ce lo hanno consigliato perché vicino il nostro alloggio ma è decisamente un posto turistico e non lo consiglio se la cucina ha ancora un valore.

17/04/2025: Another lovely meal here, this time for Palm Sunday. Very good anti pasta - a bit out of the ordinary and very tasty. Service was excellant, the restaurant is well run, the staff are efficient and the food well above average and good value for money.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in due una domenica a pranzo con menù fisso. Profondamente deluso. La qualità é accettabile, ma le porzioni sono veramente misere. L'antipasto era nella media, ma nulla di eccezionale, il primo di buona qualità ma consisteva in 3 forchettate di tagliatelle. Alla nostra richiesta di averne un altro po', ci é stato risposto dal cameriere che non ce n'era piú. Anche il secondo (una tagliata) era buono, ma la porzione da menù ridotto. Ma il culmine é stato il contorno, veramente imbarazzante: un carciofo e mezza patata al forno in due persone. Il conto, per il poco che abbiamo mangiato, é veramente salato: 35€ a testa. D'altro canto il vino, di loro produzione, era molto buono

However, I also had the opportunity to try the catering of this place, which is able to satisfy every type of request, from the refined dish to the homemade dish. He recently renewed the look of the place, now much more welcoming and refined than before!!

21/04/2025: We went for lunch, everything was cooked very well, the prawns with flaked almonds were a real delight. Compliments to the chef. The waiters were all courteous

16/02/2025: Da evitare. Pessima esperienza, a partire dal servizio lento e poco attento. Antipasto mediocre. Prezzi spropositati rispetto a quanto offerto nel complesso. Ovviamente non hanno menú stampati. Non ci torneremo di certo.

03/05/2025: Even though we had arrived half an hour before opening time, the owner welcomed us with great availability and courtesy. Having arrived here after the visit to the fascinating Craco, attracted by the guide's description, we couldn't help but taste the products of the Ragone pastry shop and we were not disappointed. The crepe rolls with orange cream variegated with black cherry are amazing, all the creams are delicious. It's a shame to be so far away! Greetings to the whole family from Bari.

17/05/2025: Not recommended, they do not offer gluten-free options (even though this problem is affecting many people today and there are many specific products). However, I took a plate of cold cuts, I also waited quite a while and above all the price for what I ate also seemed high.

19/08/2024: Siamo andati a mangiare 4 crêpes. abbiamo aspettato troppo (30 minuti di fila) ( la signora ha due piastre per fare la crepe ma ne usa solo uno ed è sempre nervosa). Le abbiamo chiesto di fare d’asporto e ci ha guardate male. Quando le abbiamo chiesto delle posate ha detto di no perché aveva già chiuso la busta . Non ho potuto dividere la crepe con la mia amica perché avevamo solo un coltello e una forchetta e una ha dovuto mangiare con il coltello. Esperienza traumatica…..
