24/10/2025: Plastic cutlery and glasses are not serious for a restaurant. I bought a bottle of white wine and was given a plastic glass.

21/10/2025: Self-service with food that's definitely not of the highest quality. The food is a bit heavy, heavy on spices and oil. At that price, you can't expect much. Frying would probably raise the bar. I'll try it if I get the chance.

02/03/2026: The menu features 10 dishes, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses, so there's very little variety and the prices are higher than normal. The wait was incredibly long despite the restaurant being half-empty, the dishes never arrived, and the meat was completely raw. Never again.

01/03/2026: A terrible experience in every way, a two-and-a-half-hour nightmare for just four dishes. We'd chosen this place hoping for a true gem, drawn in by the old reviews and the fact that it wasn't your typical "Instagram" spot, but the reality was a total disaster. The menu is embarrassing, to say the least: just four appetizers, including a ridiculous fried cod dish that doesn't fit the bill at all, considering we're in the mountains. The service is excruciatingly slow and completely disorganized; the meat arrived practically alive, poorly cooked, and embarrassingly presented, while the arrosticini were disarmingly mediocre, neither good nor bad. As if that weren't enough, hygiene is nonexistent: when I went to the bathroom, I found myself faced with a spiderweb so enormous, complete with a giant spider, that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1973; it's humanly impossible for something like that to form in such a short time. Adding insult to injury, they tried to include potatoes in our final bill that never arrived, which we had to get refunded. Paying €40 per person to leave hungry and then having to rush to find somewhere else to eat decent food is unacceptable. Save your money and your time: you won't find good food, cleanliness, or respect for the customer here.

25/02/2026: We had two arancini, one with sauce and the other with pistachio and shrimp, both huge and delicious 😋 Then my husband and I shared a parmigiana. Everything was excellent. The service staff were very kind and friendly. If we're ever in Pescara again, we'll definitely stop by!

24/08/2025: I was there just yesterday, August 23, 2025, at 3:31 PM. A small, simple cherry cone and an ice cream biscuit, not fresh but packaged, for €7. I could have avoided them, but it was a request from my elderly mother. Overpriced. The Giolitti ice cream shop in Rome is much less expensive.

23/08/2025: Pizzas €10 each, or rather mini pizzas, a disgrace.

09/09/2025: I was here with my family for dinner because on Google there were photos of food that looked quite good. After not a very pleasant welcome from the lady with blonde hair, we were already starting to lose our appetite, but we sat down anyway. Honestly, the only good thing were supposedly the arrosticini, which I personally didn’t try, so I can’t judge them. I ordered the “my pineapple” menu, or something with pineapple in the name. Which in the photo had a flatbread with prosciutto, mozzarella, probably lamb’s lettuce, and tomatoes. What I actually got was flatbread, dressing, prosciutto, and lamb’s lettuce. Compared to the photo, it was a completely different dish, and the dressing had an unidentifiable taste. Then one of my colleagues had to stand up to get his dessert included in his menu, which he should get after his main plate – it was a cheesecake. They started pulling it out of the freezer, obviously some kind of pre-frozen one. That completely put us off, and we left without the cheesecake. Sadly, but i wouldn’t reccomend this place.

09/09/2025: I ordered the Abruzzo Menu. Arrosticini, there was nothing to complain about. There were two focaccias in the picture. I got one and it was very sad. Hard as the sole of a shoe. There was also cheesecake on the menu. I had to ask for that one. When I saw the chef and the waiters looking for it in the freezer, I lost the desire to stay there any longer. The whole thing cost 14 euros. The experience was worth it. I will never go to this place again! If I were the owner, I would quickly replace the staff from 9.9. 2025! I ordered the Abruzzo menu. 01/01/2026: A good pizza on New Year's Eve. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The space is completely glassed in. The only downside was no drinks menu!

21/12/2025: Nice place, but really ignorant staff, it's a shame because I'm from Chieti and I can say that much but not all of the staff is really poor.

18/12/2025: Cold fried food. The pizza was poor, and I asked for a porcini mushroom pizza, and in front of me was a red one. With just one red and porcini pizza, it satisfied both of us, but it was incredibly bland.

17/03/2026: Warm welcome, staff always helpful and attentive. Excellent quality in everything, from the food to the beers. A place you'll always want to return to.

23/02/2026: Excellent menu and delicacies. Impeccable and professional service. Friendly and tidy atmosphere. Among the first courses, I recommend the gnocchi with scampi sauce, presented in a very original way. Highly recommended!

11/01/2026: We had dinner last night with many friends. Excellent hot and cold appetizers and some raw fish. The linguine alla marinara was excellent, and to finish, a delicious mixed seafood platter. The staff was very friendly, as was the owner. We'll be back.

15/01/2026: Excellent hospitality, spacious rooms. Ideal for those arriving in Tagliacozzo by train. The restaurant serves excellent local dishes. A family atmosphere. Reasonable prices. We'll be back.

24/10/2025: I'm staying here for a few days. The room isn't modern, but it's very clean and comfortable. I also had the pleasure of having lunch and dinner at the restaurant, where I found everything to be excellent, like the homemade pasta. The prices were fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The train station is just across the underpass, and it's about a 5-minute walk to the city center.

02/11/2025: We had a wonderful horseback ride with Gerardino, who made you feel at ease. Wonderful family-run business, they manage to convey their passion for animals. We'll definitely be back, great prices! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🔝

02/11/2025: I can't judge the quality of the food because I didn't eat. But the experience wasn't satisfactory. After the horseback ride, some of the group wanted to eat arrosticini, there were 10 of us in total. Only 4 of us ate. Only 4 people were seated; the rest were standing and had brought packed lunches since arrosticini weren't served. Those sitting at the table ordered arrosticini, beer, and a scamorza. The table wasn't set, and no glasses were brought. They were sitting on a picnic bench, but again, only 4 people were seated (also because only those 4 people could fit). A cover charge was charged for everyone. 6 people didn't use any service. The problem isn't the money; a 2 euro cover charge won't change anyone's life (we paid 20 euros cover charge, and 4 of us ate), but I don't think this is the right way to behave. Disappointing.

06/12/2025: We celebrated my daughter's graduation at this restaurant. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The staff were very friendly and the prices were very fair. Highly recommended.
