10/09/2025: Highly recommended for a second visit to Campo Felice, even though it's a bit out of the way. The unpretentious, typical Abruzzese menu is what you'd expect from this type of establishment, but it's clean, with friendly, organized, and efficient service. We'll definitely be back!

03/07/2025: Went to this restaurant at 10pm, traveled up two flights of stairs and this place is either under construction or non-existent... There was no music, no sounds, no tables, no people, no anything. Nothing existed but a rug leading to the next level on the stairs.

27/04/2025: (03/25) Dopo aver sbirciato tra le varie opzioni di consegna, ho capito che il cibo a domicilio di questo posto era un po’ come un film di Hollywood: promesso bene, ma finisce spesso con qualche scena mancata. Piatti buoni? Sì, ma alle volte con ingredienti/aggiunte pagate, mancanti o con una versione che sembrava uscita da un’altra stagione. La sorpresa più grande? La costante sensazione che, anche ordinando lo stesso piatto due volte, non ti trovavi mai davanti allo stesso identico capolavoro. Ragion per cui non ho ordinato più. Così eccomi lì, sotto il consiglio della mia compagna, ad entrare in un locale che ti accoglie con vibes da pub di quartiere, dove le luci sono soft e non ti fanno sembrare di stare in una sala di radioterapia. Spazi ampi, qui si può respirare, non devi per forza condividere il tavolo con il vicino. La disposizione è fatta bene, e la sensazione è quella di essere in un posto dove si può parlare senza urlare, ma anche godersi il silenzio se si preferisce. Il menù? Un parco giochi di possibilità. Piatti invitanti e porzioni che a volte ti fanno dire "Ok, può andare, mi devo accontentare", altre volte "Hmm, potevano farla un po' più abbondante". E qui quando si è in gruppo ti vien da dire: perché lui lo ha più grosso? (No doppi sensi) Ha anche più patatine? Forse il mio ha un tocco di mistero che ancora devo scoprire? Le patatine, sì, sono poche. Non so se scelgono in base a preferenze su chi darne di più. La qualità? Più o meno buona, senza troppi fronzoli: alcuni piatti sono una scoperta, altri un po' sotto le aspettative. Si ha quell'impressione di mancanza di qualcosa, come un film senza il colpo di scena finale. Ma ci tornerò sicuramente, perché a parte tutto l'atmosfera che si respira con gli ampi spazi è piacevole.

28/10/2025: I ended up in excellent hands, it deserves a diploma of excellence in the service offered, the courtesy and availability are intrinsic, I highly recommend it and suggest it to those who don't know where to spend a few pleasant hours.

04/11/2025: Lu Pianellese is a traditional restaurant that captivates with the simplicity and authenticity of its dishes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always kind and attentive. The prices are excellent, and the owner is truly the heart of the place: a delightful person, always available and passionate about his work. An authentic place, where Abruzzo tradition and hospitality are evident in every detail.

01/11/2025: I'm so sorry to write this review because I used to be a regular customer and I always liked both the food and the service... but unfortunately that's no longer the case... today we went for lunch they made us sit in a corner near the tent even though the place was half empty, suddenly we found ourselves with an invasion of flies that ended up on our plates... we changed tables... the only disappointing thing was the food... poor choice of dishes, sushi seemed like old tasteless desserts... Chinese dumplings had a strange taste and weren't the usual dumplings... not to mention the soy spaghetti... unfortunately the little we ate left us with stomach problems and nausea... I'm sorry but it's not like before, neither the food nor the welcome, everyone seems angry and annoyed...

01/09/2025: I have to say, it's a truly beautiful place on the outside and very cute inside. The road to get there is really inconvenient, bumpy, full of potholes, and unpaved in some parts. It needs improvement. The food was average (not exceptional, but not bad either), the price was fair despite the wine prices (€5 a glass of poor house red), the service was terrible, truly one of the worst I've ever had, the waiter was absent, clearly trying to kick us out, and unprofessional. I don't think I'll be back.

16/08/2025: Nestled in the beautiful hills of Morro d'Oro, the Country House features a small restaurant, a swimming pool, and a few rooms for overnight stays. This family-run establishment offers a menu sure to whet the appetites of the many tourists who visit (traditional local dishes such as arrosticini, fried cheese, and maccheroni alla chitarra with meatballs are complemented by a variety of creative dishes). I personally sampled some of the appetizers, including gnocchetti with porcini mushrooms and crispy pancetta, as well as an excellent sliced beef with yellow cherry tomatoes, arugula, and parmesan cheese. Brothers Michele and Gabriele provided us with a warm welcome, in addition to the restaurant's beautiful rural setting. Simplicity, friendliness, and professionalism are always synonymous with 5-star service!

04/09/2025: Located on the northern waterfront of Francavilla Al Mare (Viale Alcjone, on the hillside), this fast food restaurant is an excellent option for those looking for delicious, freshly prepared food at a reasonable price. Few frills, but plenty of "speedy food" substance, especially the arrosticini, a must-try in the Abruzzo region, are delicious. Wash it all down with a nice glass of Montepulciano or a nice cold beer, and the whole thing is complete.

21/08/2025: Every time I go to Nando's pizzeria, it feels a bit like home. The pizza is delicious, the appetizers are plentiful. The atmosphere is simple and familiar, and friendliness reigns supreme. It's the perfect way to always feel at home. Excellent value for money!

16/10/2025: First thing, ask where the parking is because there's a gas station out front. But it's still easy to get to. The reception is courteous and helpful. I have to say that the double room isn't one of the best. The door keys are very simple but heavy. The worst thing is, it's been a while since I've had such a small bed; now I'm used to doubles, maybe that's why. It has a nasty flaw: if you sit down to make a coffee or read, the mattress slides off the base under the weight of your back against the wall of the bed. There was no way to keep it still, which is a shame. The shutters are closed because there are apartments in front. Minimalist breakfast: cappuccino and croissant. The good thing is the on-site restaurant, excellent and makes for some good pizza. The staff is quick and attentive. Unfortunately, I often find the TV splayed across the wall, even though no one's watching. Channel 5 is the worst news and low-quality games... I don't think anyone who goes to a restaurant goes to watch Bonolis 😉 Good background music would create a nicer atmosphere. I think, as someone who's out on the street all day and would like some peace and quiet at dinner in the evening.

17/08/2025: What can I say? We've been coming for two years and they've always been kind and helpful, no matter what the circumstances. The location is excellent for all our travels. The breakfast and restaurant services are very good. We'll see you again soon.

01/08/2025: A dive. Friday, overcooked, stringy fish steak. Very high prices considering you sit at a table with construction workers and leave smelling of fried fish.

19/11/2025: Excellent mutton and liver skewers, and the platter of cured meats and pecorino cheese was very good. We drank a house Montepulciano, which was also excellent. I'd say it was a positive experience! The meat counter is wonderful...
