12/07/2026: Cibo nella norma, quello che si mangia solitamente a casa. Servizio inconcepibile, un cameriere (pelato con gli occhiali) mi fa sbattuto con forza il bordo di un piatto in testa. Sono stata tutto il pranzo di natale con il ghiaccio in testa e poi con il bernoccolo. Poi non abbiamo avuto nemmeno uno sconto.

29/06/2026: An old-school restaurant in the city center, away from the most crowded and touristy areas. We had a gluten-free fish lunch, and the appetizers were truly excellent. The staff is friendly, very kind, and helpful. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without spending a fortune.

17/06/2026: This restaurant specializes, as the name suggests, in arrosticini. They're delicious and varied. The place could use some updating, especially the exterior. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high for what they offer.

15/06/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant with a group of 61 people. The food was good, and the service was generally satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were some unclear aspects regarding the final bill. The agreed-upon price was €28 per person. When quoting, I had asked to replace the fruit with a dessert, as we were celebrating a birthday. The owner explained that if we chose a specially purchased dessert, there would be an additional €2 per person; otherwise, they would serve their own small dessert, and the birthday cake would be paid for separately. In the end, we were charged €30 per person, and a cake was also added for €30. The dessert served in place of the fruit was very small (about two teaspoons per person), and several guests commented that it wasn't even clear what it was. Another negative aspect concerns the payment: I wasn't given a receipt for the cake, and the complimentary gift of one person for every 25 participants, as had been agreed upon over the phone, was not applied.

29/05/2026: Very nice anti pasto and red wine of the house when we came in somebody had smoked a cigarettes we should have left straight away. The waiter showed us the menu and when we ordered she said she did not have the spaghetti bolognese with agnello but only manzo. We took both the pasta and tasted like the neat from a tin of Eurospin.We never tried that one for sure. Together we payed €55. (Too much )Pizza may be good but they serve only in the evening…

21/02/2026: A simple but welcoming refuge! A place to refuel without any pretensions. The sausage, scamorza, and broccoli rabe sandwich is excellent. We expected the prices to be slightly lower for this location, but in the end, it was worth it, especially for the quality of the products. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful!

04/02/2026: High-altitude refuge reached by chairlift. Service was literally inadequate even on a Sunday in November. The food was incredibly late, and they had very little to offer. It makes up for the Location

13/06/2026: What can I say? Very nice place, food, and prices are even better. The menu is presented without prices, which I think is a negative, and it's probably not even legal. Speaking of the food, the portions are very small; the seafood risotto is a rice dish where they forgot the fish; it tasted more like bland white rice with four clams. I was very disappointed because I went with high expectations, but once I found out they'd changed management. I paid €70 for two seafood risottos, a mixed fried fish (very little), a still water, and two coffees. I can't say what I paid or how much, because, as I said, it wasn't possible to find out. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, and I definitely wouldn't go back.

06/07/2026: We visited Da Serafino and were truly impressed. The restaurant is located in San Vito, a beautiful town at the beginning of the picturesque Costa dei Trabocchi, a perfect setting for a seafood lunch or dinner. We opted for the set menu, and I must say it was an excellent choice: a formula that allows you to enjoy a complete experience without worries, with truly excellent value. Everything we ate was excellent quality. You could clearly taste the freshest fish and the carefully prepared ingredients. The portions were generous and the dishes well-balanced: each course confirmed the chef's skill in showcasing the flavors of the sea without too much artifice. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast, making us feel immediately at ease. It's the ideal place for those who want to enjoy authentic and sincere seafood cuisine while also enjoying the beauty of this corner of Abruzzo. Highly recommended: we'll definitely be back. Congratulations to all the staff!

03/07/2026: Simple food, well-made and at very fair prices. The setting may not be Michelin-starred, but the ambiance doesn't make the food any better for me.

29/03/2026: The place is noisy, unfortunately, and also cold (temperature). Very classic. The appetizer was good, but considering the price and the space, it was a bit cramped. Tagliatelle were excellent and plentiful. The scamorza cheese was also good. Park on the street if you can find it, otherwise on a bend 200 meters away.

The culinary offerings range from the cornerstones of Abruzzo tradition to more diverse preparations, while maintaining a focus on raw ingredients and their most authentic expression. I sampled the ever-present arrosticini, a true icon of Abruzzo's gastronomic culture. The cooking was well-balanced: the slightly caramelized exterior gave way to juicy, flavorful meat. The roe deer ragù dish was particularly convincing, with the fresh pasta demonstrating excellent cooking resistance and a porous texture capable of absorbing the sauce. The intense yet balanced ragù enhanced the meat's bold character without being overpowering, offering an overall harmonious and satisfying result. The only element that partially dampened the overall harmony was the service, which was rather slow that day. Nothing that compromised the quality of the gastronomic experience. Overall, Il Brigante Maino proved to be a restaurant capable of authentically interpreting Abruzzo's culinary heritage, offering solid dishes, authentic flavors, and an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy the mountain air.

08/07/2026: The starter was good, fresh fish prepared in an excellent way, the first course was a little too peppery for my taste, but overall good.

16/06/2026: I had a great time, the quality of the dishes was excellent, carefully selected and very good, I have to go back.
