21/06/2026: I've been to this restaurant twice in the space of a month, and I've always been faced with dishes that are simply unpalatable for this restaurant's caliber. They don't seem to be up to date on the latest intolerances; since I'm allergic to nickel, the selection was repetitive and of poor quality: plain pasta with zucchini (overcooked and unseasoned), or rice and gnocchi drowned in butter. I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against this place. THANK GOODNESS MY FRIENDS HAD A GREAT PARTY ANYWAY!

21/06/2026: Not for vegans! Embarrassing food, dishes unbecoming of a restaurant of this caliber! I won't comment on the classic menu, but the vegan options are truly lacking in inventiveness and flavor. It seemed like hospital food or just a sweet treat to get us to eat something! No desserts were served, except for an almond ice cream.

25/04/2026: This historic restaurant has everything you need for an excellent dinner. The pizza menu is extensive, and you can also opt for a calzone or pasta. The pizzas are very good and generous. The service, despite being a medium-large restaurant, is very fast, and the staff is courteous. There's a good selection of liqueurs and desserts, and the coffee is good to finish. Highly recommended.

15/01/2026: It took me a while to write this review! Unfortunately, I have to say, I haven't eaten like this in I don't know how long! I should start by saying I don't think there was a chef in the kitchen. We sat down with two friends. Among us was a vegetarian, but that didn't seem like a problem from the start, but then... We ordered a trio of bruschetta and two Neapolitan frittatas! TRIO OF BRUSCHETTE: The dish arrived was truly nonsensical. Three slices of bread that hadn't even seen the grill (Wikipedia: It consists of a slice of stale bread, either grilled or oven-roasted), spread with a canned product. The two frittatas were delicious! We ordered three tagliolini with truffle, and here comes the apotheosis. This fresh pasta (not tagliolini) arrived, tossed with the same truffle sauce as the bruschetta. We went to pay, and the bill was hefty. I'm a foodie and I always say: When you eat well, the price doesn't matter. When you eat badly, you're wasting your money! Friendly waiter An evening to forget

01/08/2026: The excellent quality of the fish and the incredibly friendly staff made my experience at Lido Mare Nostrum extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend the cod and peppers and the clam rings, which are truly exceptional.

03/05/2026: My worst experience in Abruzzo was at this very restaurant. I went there this weekend with a group of friends and the food was terrible. The service was completely incompetent, the menu was meager, and the selection was limited. We opted for the arrosticini, which everyone raves about, but they were a total disappointment: truly inedible. The worst, however, came at the checkout: the owner was rude and arrogant, convinced he was friendly but simply out of place. I even went to the bathroom and the situation was terrible: dirt everywhere, truly questionable hygiene. The overall atmosphere is old, neglected, and absolutely not up to the price tag. It was the first time and will certainly be the last. I hope the authorities investigate, because it's absurd that a place in this condition can remain open. I can't give less than one star, otherwise I would have gladly done so!!!!

20/05/2026: Bolla: where atmosphere meets service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bolla has that rare mix that makes you say "see you there" without thinking. A well-kept venue, just the right lighting, music at the perfect volume for conversation. The drinks are excellent, the food is impeccable, and the details are what make you understand that nothing is left to chance here. Then there's her, the girl in the dining room. And the level is raised even higher. She welcomes you with a genuine smile, the kind that sets the tone for your evening. She's smart, attentive, and knows when to stop by for advice and when to let you enjoy your table in peace. She remembers your tastes, has a quick joke, and manages the dining room with a natural ease that makes everything seem effortless. The combo is this: Bolla sets the scene, the drinks, and the food are top-notch. She puts her heart and soul into it and makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. The result? You leave with a full belly, an empty glass, and the desire to return tomorrow.

09/05/2026: We were greeted warmly and ordered appetizers and a main course with wine. The appetizer arrived after 25 minutes and was very good. After a full hour, the side dishes were placed on the table... ONLY the side dishes! After another 10 minutes, we asked the waiter when the main course would arrive... in 2 minutes... Well, the Filetto di Manzzo arrived, but it was still raw and riddled with sinew... probably the worst piece of meat I've ever had. I sent it back. On the plus side: The waiter apologized and didn't charge us for the meat or the wine.

03/07/2026: A waterfront restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The young man who served us greeted us quickly and kindly. The placemat with games and a drawing to color while you wait was a nice idea. The owner wasn't particularly friendly and didn't pay much attention to his customers: he kept talking even though there were people ready to pay. But it's still worth a visit, both for the young man who served us and for the food: the bread is homemade, fresh, and the ingredients used are high-quality.

21/06/2026: Burgers with interesting combinations but we found everything dry and tasteless, a shame.

12/07/2026: Very dirty, messy place that smells like sewer with very high prices and pizzas made practically only of bread in addition to the fact that the bathrooms are very very dirty. It is really in a bad state. I do not recommend it and I tell you this at my expense.

11/07/2026: Terrible service.. we booked in the morning, we arrive for dinner and the table hasn't been prepared.. they make us sit at a table reserved by someone else because there was a ticket with the surname of the person who had booked (and it already smelled bad to me) oh well.. after an hour of waiting to book, other people arrive and in the meantime the others order and also start eating.. are we stupid, excuse me?? 2 "waiters" with a full restaurant.. 0 staff.. never ever again.. 0 stars if you could.. avoid!!!

14/04/2026: I've always found this place satisfying, from the ambiance to the food. The menu is simple but the ingredients are high-quality, especially the meat. The arrosticini, meat, and liver are also excellent... the pizza was delicious, too! A guarantee...

10/04/2026: Since I can't respond to a specific review, I'm forced to create a new one, which is also inevitably negative. I'm part of the group who dined with Cristian Del Vecchio (review below last Monday), and I want to address every point raised by management in response to my friend. 1. Portions: We understand that the quantity choices are yours, but charging €20 for a "mixed roast" like the one served is unjustifiable. The potatoes, described as "mere garnish," were literally counted and, to make a point in your favor, were from the day before. 2. Food: The story about the extra ribs is untrue. As the pictures show, most of the meat was charred and inedible. However, what struck us was the staff's total indifference to our complaints. We tried to point out that the food was inedible from the first course, but we were consistently ignored. The head waiter approached our table only once, saying, "These are the quantities," and then walking away. We were mistakenly hoping it was just one unfortunate dish. 3. The discount: Continuing with the previous point, after receiving charred liver skewers, we expressed our disappointment directly at the cashier. The owner gave us a discount of about 30%, but she had no choice; we were tired of being snubbed and refused to pay such an exorbitant amount. We were advised to stand up and not pay, which probably would have been the best way to be taken seriously, but instead we chose politeness and a "simple" negative review. What I don't accept is that such a review would be taken by management as "a pretext to denigrate the work of others." We know how difficult it is to run a restaurant on Easter Monday, but trying to justify a less-than-positive experience by blaming it on the customer is unacceptable. Best regards, and good luck.

27/06/2026: The restaurant is fairly close to the seafront. The food is top-quality, fresh, and very well-cooked. The staff were very professional and friendly, and gave us excellent advice. The wait time was very short, considering the high quality. The value for money was excellent. Highly recommended.

22/07/2026: A lovely bar and restaurant right on the seafront with a beautiful view. Lovely outdoor tables serve excellent arrosticini, pizza, and a delicious mixed fry. The rosemary focaccia is also delicious. Parking is available just steps away.

21/07/2026: We stayed at this establishment on Sunday and had a great time. It's very clean and tidy, and the staff is truly friendly and helpful. I booked via WhatsApp: they were very kind and kept everything they told me. I recommend it for its cleanliness, convenient parking, and excellent service. The beach is also well-organized: the umbrellas are spaced far enough apart, unlike many other establishments where it's often overcrowded. We'll definitely be back!
