22/07/2026: A lovely bar and restaurant right on the seafront with a beautiful view. Lovely outdoor tables serve excellent arrosticini, pizza, and a delicious mixed fry. The rosemary focaccia is also delicious. Parking is available just steps away.

21/07/2026: We stayed at this establishment on Sunday and had a great time. It's very clean and tidy, and the staff is truly friendly and helpful. I booked via WhatsApp: they were very kind and kept everything they told me. I recommend it for its cleanliness, convenient parking, and excellent service. The beach is also well-organized: the umbrellas are spaced far enough apart, unlike many other establishments where it's often overcrowded. We'll definitely be back!

08/07/2026: A very pleasant place, both inside and out. We were greeted warmly. They accommodated us by adapting some traditional dishes to our vegan preferences.

09/06/2026: I was in Lanciano on a trip and I found it by chance, beautiful place, very kind staff, fabulous food, if I come back I will definitely go there, tried both for lunch and dinner

07/07/2026: Passing through Castel di Sangro, I decided to stop at Sabatino. A simple trattoria serving typical local dishes, this place is spartan, no-frills, and fairly clean. I preferred to make a reservation for lunch; although I arrived early, I still found a table. I tried the appetizer with cured meats and cheeses: homemade and very flavorful ingredients. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles was adequate, but the sauce was "untidy," a typical dish from a village festival, made in a hurry. The fusilli with white lamb and saffron ragù was more flavorful than the tagliatelle. The pan with sausage and provola cheese was very flavorful. The mutton arrosticini were well-made. The only downside was the service; unfortunately, I waited a very long time for my food, about 2 and a half hours, amidst general dissatisfaction, as all the customers at the tables were furious about it. If you're looking for something good and authentic, I recommend it, but arm yourself with saintly patience because the times are biblical.

26/06/2026: I am an Italian Aurtralian. Travelling over Apennines to Rome from Vieste. 1400 and places with 1500 closing times were all shut. Came across Trattoria Da Sabatino. Said they never close. Fantastic. So good I would not hesitate to come back. Great stop and best plate of pasta. As good as my Nonnas. Steven

12/07/2026: Very dirty, messy place that smells like sewer with very high prices and pizzas made practically only of bread in addition to the fact that the bathrooms are very very dirty. It is really in a bad state. I do not recommend it and I tell you this at my expense.

11/07/2026: Terrible service.. we booked in the morning, we arrive for dinner and the table hasn't been prepared.. they make us sit at a table reserved by someone else because there was a ticket with the surname of the person who had booked (and it already smelled bad to me) oh well.. after an hour of waiting to book, other people arrive and in the meantime the others order and also start eating.. are we stupid, excuse me?? 2 "waiters" with a full restaurant.. 0 staff.. never ever again.. 0 stars if you could.. avoid!!!

29/05/2026: Very nice anti pasto and red wine of the house when we came in somebody had smoked a cigarettes we should have left straight away. The waiter showed us the menu and when we ordered she said she did not have the spaghetti bolognese with agnello but only manzo. We took both the pasta and tasted like the neat from a tin of Eurospin.We never tried that one for sure. Together we payed €55. (Too much )Pizza may be good but they serve only in the evening…

22/07/2026: An excellent choice for lunch in Pescara ⭐⭐⭐⭐A welcoming atmosphere for lunch in a delightful seaside location, complete with a large, brightly lit indoor area. Being a family-run establishment, there's a lovely atmosphere, and the welcome and service were impeccable throughout the meal. The menu is generous, with rich and beautifully presented seafood dishes. The quality-price ratio is decidedly fair and competitive. A great confirmation.

14/09/2025: We were greeted very warmly and sat in the garden. It was cool and we immediately felt at ease. The service was prompt and professional, but what really stuck with me were the arrosticini, they were amazing. I recommend the Patate al coppo, delicious. I'll definitely be back!

17/06/2026: This restaurant specializes, as the name suggests, in arrosticini. They're delicious and varied. The place could use some updating, especially the exterior. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high for what they offer.

21/02/2026: A simple but welcoming refuge! A place to refuel without any pretensions. The sausage, scamorza, and broccoli rabe sandwich is excellent. We expected the prices to be slightly lower for this location, but in the end, it was worth it, especially for the quality of the products. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful!

04/02/2026: High-altitude refuge reached by chairlift. Service was literally inadequate even on a Sunday in November. The food was incredibly late, and they had very little to offer. It makes up for the Location

14/04/2026: I've always found this place satisfying, from the ambiance to the food. The menu is simple but the ingredients are high-quality, especially the meat. The arrosticini, meat, and liver are also excellent... the pizza was delicious, too! A guarantee...

10/04/2026: Since I can't respond to a specific review, I'm forced to create a new one, which is also inevitably negative. I'm part of the group who dined with Cristian Del Vecchio (review below last Monday), and I want to address every point raised by management in response to my friend. 1. Portions: We understand that the quantity choices are yours, but charging €20 for a "mixed roast" like the one served is unjustifiable. The potatoes, described as "mere garnish," were literally counted and, to make a point in your favor, were from the day before. 2. Food: The story about the extra ribs is untrue. As the pictures show, most of the meat was charred and inedible. However, what struck us was the staff's total indifference to our complaints. We tried to point out that the food was inedible from the first course, but we were consistently ignored. The head waiter approached our table only once, saying, "These are the quantities," and then walking away. We were mistakenly hoping it was just one unfortunate dish. 3. The discount: Continuing with the previous point, after receiving charred liver skewers, we expressed our disappointment directly at the cashier. The owner gave us a discount of about 30%, but she had no choice; we were tired of being snubbed and refused to pay such an exorbitant amount. We were advised to stand up and not pay, which probably would have been the best way to be taken seriously, but instead we chose politeness and a "simple" negative review. What I don't accept is that such a review would be taken by management as "a pretext to denigrate the work of others." We know how difficult it is to run a restaurant on Easter Monday, but trying to justify a less-than-positive experience by blaming it on the customer is unacceptable. Best regards, and good luck.

06/04/2026: We arrive, order (cacio e ova balls, baked potatoes, and some supposed broccoli—"supposed" because broccoli, the real kind, is probably an abstract concept here) and prepare to eat peacefully. But no. We discover that the benches are reserved for a higher category of customers: those ordering a first course. We, evidently, belong to the economy class and therefore don't deserve the luxury of a seat... despite the tables being perfectly empty. Interesting company policy: it doesn't matter if you consume, it matters how much you consume. A sort of cabin-style "premium seating." All this is accompanied by a decidedly less-than-warm welcome and dishes that, besides being questionable, are also described in rather creative terms. For completeness, I've also attached a photo of the "broccoli," so maybe someone can identify them better than us. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel judged by the receipt, you're in the right place. If, on the other hand, you just want to eat and relax... maybe it's better to look around.

18/12/2025: A well-kept place down to the smallest details, very bright in the evening, the outdoor pool with blue lights gives a great effect, the clean lawn with outdoor tables, a shame about the temperature, but I will return when the weather is warm, inside very welcoming with attentive and thoughtful staff, once the order was taken well recommended by the owner, the dishes begin to arrive, hot and cold appetizers all of the Abruzzo tradition, the same for the first courses, handmade, amazing ravioli, the second a grilled lamb cooked well and tender, the same for the desserts, the sweet pizza could not be missed, I highly recommend this farmhouse, reservations are recommended, the place is always full, Congratulations ☺️
