27/04/2025: Il locale è accogliente e si parcheggiata agevolmente nelle vicinanze. Il menù degustazione è altamente consigliato, meno di 50 euro ma un pasto veramente completo! Gli antipasti sono buonissimi, i primi TOP, come i secondi! Buoni i vini, come i contorni ed il resto. Personale cortese ed efficiente!

25/05/2025: Last night we were in L'Aquila for work. We finished late and found this restaurant open so we decided to go. When we got there, the place was empty with only a table of about 22 people, we asked to be there and we sat down. We waited about 20 minutes for a starter that was a bit miserable for its €9 but ok. The absurd thing is that to have about 30 arrosticini on the table we waited about 40 minutes. In addition, the attention to the customer is really non-existent. As in these 40 minutes we finished the beer previously ordered, and no one approached the table to ask us if we wanted something else good or not. Finally, the bill came. We ordered 30 arrosticini for €1 each so €30. Then an appetizer €9. 2 large beers €8. Then 2 cicchetti di geziana that I think he made us pay about €4 each And I think €4 for the “service” for a total of €60 for two. ……… I came back here because I came years ago and I had a good time. But perhaps over time the passion for one's work has been lost a bit and I certainly don't think I'll go back Strictly personal opinion based on my experience See you later

11/05/2025: The best kebabs ever! A quiet and welcoming place, a little out of the way but it's worth going there even just to taste the kebabs cut with a knife. They are tender and delicate, cooked to perfection. The bruschetta and various side dishes are also good. A round of applause to the lady who welcomed us and put up with us throughout the evening. We will definitely be back!

06/05/2025: We always eat very well, but perhaps a little less compared to the past. A few notes about the clams (lupini) not being very fresh, maybe it happened. I always suggest booking a not very large place with relative availability. The owners are very kind as always.

10/04/2025: An excellent dining experience! Lo Squalo is the perfect place for those looking for dishes prepared with the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Absolutely recommended for those who want to enjoy delicious dishes in a welcoming environment. I can't wait to go back!!

27/05/2025: I have to say that the restaurant is not bad... Genuine food and friendliness. I have to make some remarks about the taste of the food, but I think it was some naivety in the cooking... even if it bothered me. In detail, in the first pappardelle with wild boar and in the second, roast lamb, you could really taste the wine while cooking, as if it had not evaporated perfectly. For the rest, quite good. Fast and friendly service.

06/04/2025: It's worth going back just for the al dente boar pappardelle and with lots of very tender and tasty wild boar meat on top, the rest is normal. Advised

03/06/2025: More than a review, a big thank you is needed! I booked for a "blind" ceremony on the advice of a dear friend. I went to make a menu with the guys on the staff and from a wide choice they were able to advise me on the best solution. But the surprise was seeing them at work! Not only was the fish very fresh, the service fast to the right point, the staff very professional and courteous (something not so obvious at the ceremonies I have been to recently), but they were wonderfully precise and correct, there were no surprises on the bill, and when Ezio came out to fillet the fish personally, in front of the guests, we were all amazed. Ah, I think I have never eaten a better millefeuille in my life! Thank you all for the splendid impression you made on us, next time I will not hesitate to come back to you! You are fantastic

23/05/2025: We visited this town when we were here to see our relatives. We stayed in the hotel, which was adequate. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We’re from United States so we went to dinner at 7:30 and we were the only people there and we were a little bit worried but by 8 o’clock you couldn’t move. The waitress is very nice and offered to “make” us taste some wine. Obviously this is a good restaurant because all sorts of people come here you can see from the photos both of us had our own pizza because apparently that’s the way things are done here. We resisted using our hands to eat as apparently that’s not proper. if you’re in town alone or with friends, this is a fun place full of energy. I can’t imagine where everybody parked and if you’re going to stay in the hotel, get her early and park your car.

12/05/2025: Small museum displaying beautiful artefacts produced in different eras. Very courteous staff who accompany you and illustrate the artefacts on display with competence and knowledge. Parking not easy.

24/04/2025: The museum is located in the upper part of the town, it is very beautiful and full of terracotta works. The guide comprehensively represented the various phases of processing, cooking and painting the objects. I recommend visiting this museum.

03/03/2025: Truly satisfied with the quality of the ingredients used and the choice of dishes offered which allow you to have both a complete meal - from an appetizer (remarkable peppers and eggs) to being able to take a simple "quick break" without weighing you down. Excellent quality/price ratio and the helpfulness of the friendly and competent staff. Advise.

15/06/2025: Hidden from the road but overlooking the cycle path. Beautiful well-furnished terrace. Su eats very well, delicate flavours with little salt. Everything is good, first and second courses, super fish balls. Excellent quality/price ratio. P.S. Parking for 5 cars, the rest on the street. Go by bike!

01/06/2025: Reliable restaurant with land or sea menu. It offers a double choice with first course, second course and side dish. Excellent value for money, we had lunch twice months apart and the raw material is impeccable. The service is excellent, a great alternative to the classic Autogrill that cost much more. During the weekend it is best to book.
