25/03/2025: Very cosy restaurant and traditional home made food. Everything is fresh, but we ordered two seafood plates gnocchi alla crema di scampi and spaghetti alle vongole both of them had sand in the sauce. It’wasn’t good, I got disappointed, it’s not cheap also.

30/12/2024: ... non c'è che dire, Antonio del Palentino è uno dei migliori ristoratori che abbia mai incontrato quest'anno ci siiamo andati con il mio team x farci gli auguri di Natale siamo stati benissimo, una tavolata enorme, fiinemente appareccchiata x persone abbiamo mangiato molto, molto bene, dall'antipasto al dessert e fiumi di Montepulciano d'abruzzo ci hanno allietato il convivio Antonio si è fermato con noi a brindare, la sua simpatia ed il suo savoir faire hanno coinvolto tutti è stato veramente piacevole, siamo andati via tristi nel cuore ma felici nello spirito, con tanto tanto spirito! alla prox Antonio un caro abbraccio!

Valerio manages the place perfectly, he is willing to satisfy requests and with his professionalism and kindness, he gives added value to the stay. Spacious, clean rooms with large bathrooms. Highly recommended also for dinner and breakfast!

10/11/2024: Unieke ervaring om te lunchen op een trabocco, voormalige visinstallatie boven de zee. In veruit de meeste zit tegenwoordig een restaurant, maar deze is niet alleen prachtig gelegen (geen doorgaande weg of fietspad te zien), maar ook het eten is hier bijzonder goed. Het vaste lunchmenu bestaat al allerlei vis, schaal- en schelpdieren en wordt in een prettig tempo geserveerd. Reken op minstens 3 uur voor de lunch. De bediening is uiterst vriendelijk. Reserveren noodzakelijk. Toiletten op het vasteland zijn bereikbaar via de loopbrug. Er is een prive parkeerplaats bij het restaurant. Er is ook een pittoresk klein strandje direct voor de trabocco.

28/10/2024: Tuvimos una excelente comida a la hora del almuerzo en Trabocco Punta Cavalluccio un sábado a finales de septiembre. La ubicación, el ambiente, la calidad de la comida y el servicio fueron un punto culminante de nuestras vacaciones italianas. Tuvimos algunos retrasos de tráfico en nuestro viaje y llegamos tarde para nuestra reserva. Sin embargo, nos sentamos rápida y amablemente en una mesa que miraba a la orilla y el océano. La comida que llegó durante las siguientes dos horas era fresca, perfectamente cocinada, maravillosamente sabrosa, y extraordinaria en su cantidad. En total teníamos 13 mariscos diferentes, servidos tanto de manera tradicional como no tradicional. Me encanta el vongole italiano. Los que llegaron fueron de los mejores que he tenido - extremadamente pequeño y dulce. Las otras porciones fueron igualmente buenas. Apreciamos que éramos los únicos estadounidenses allí ese día. Dos grandes familias italianas estaban celebrando cumpleaños - prestando a un ambiente verdaderamente alegre. . Fue ruidoso, estridente en el buen sentido y tremendamente divertido. Cuando llegó nuestra factura le señalé a nuestro servidor que pensé que se había olvidado de incluir nuestras copas de vino en la factura. ¡Indicó que estaban incluidos en el precio de la comida! Tuvimos varias comidas mientras estábamos en Italia que eran cerca de $ 200 euros por persona. Ninguno era tan bueno como este y para 60 euros por persona esto era una ganga extraordinaria. La experiencia de Trabocco es imperdible y nuestra visita a Trabocco Punta Cavalluccio no será olvidada.

05/10/2024: Il locale è un po’ freddo: ferma agli anni 80 … grande sala anonima adatta ai ricevimenti. Tavoli apparecchiati con tovaglia e tovaglioli di stoffa: bravi. E il coperto ha lo stesso prezzo di ristoranti senza tovaglia. In compenso il servizio è molto curato e gentile. – “Affettato di porchetta con pomodoro pera d’Abruzzo e pane sbriciolato croccante” € 10. Piatto abbondante e di grande qualità. Voto: 8. - “Agnello alla griglia” € 14. Carne succulenta e ben grigliata. Voto: 8. - Anche il contorno di “Patate al forno” € 4 è stato ottimo. Voto: 8.

04/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per la prima volta ed abbiamo pranzato con pesce dí buonissima qualità, dagli assaggi di crudi ed antipasto caldo per finire con i primi, tutto freschissimo! Peccato per i secondi ottimi alla vista ma stavamo scoppiando.

17/03/2025: Without a doubt the best restaurant in the province of Teramo for typical Teramo specialties. We left Ancona to eat the famous mazzarelle! The place is very nice, clean and refined and also knows how to be welcoming for groups of friends. The owner Maurizio immediately welcomed us and gave extensive explanations on the origin of the raw materials and their processing. We started with fried cheese, calzone with peppers and egg to get to the famous mazzarelle! Incredible! We continued with a tasting of ham that comes from almost wild black pigs that are raised in the wild on Lake Campotosto and that eat acorns. The ham obtained is cut with a knife and is practically an Abruzzo patanegra! We continued with handmade artisanal kebabs and liver kebabs with onion as well as a portion of the unobtainable "pecora alla callara" (sheep stew). We finished with the sheep chop! Very delicate, soft and very tasty meat cooked on the grill, never eaten so good! What struck us was that, although the three areas, the restaurant, pizzeria and grill, were all full, they served us with speed and professionalism, the service was impeccable, always with kindness and education. Final dessert and coffee. Very low prices considering the high quality of the food, generous portions. Great evening! To recommend to friends!

16/03/2025: Senza dubbio il miglior ristorante della provincia di Teramo per specialità tipiche teramane. Ne abbiamo girati diversi alla ricerca dei sapori della tradizione e, su indicazione di amici, abbiamo finalmente trovato questo ristorante. Siamo partiti da Ancona per mangiare le famose mazzarelle! Il locale è molto bello, pulito e raffinato e sa anche essere accogliente per gruppi di amici. Il titolare Maurizio subito ci ha accolto e dato ampie spiegazioni sulla provenienza della materie prime e sulla loro lavorazione. Abbiamo iniziato con formaggio fritto, calzone con peperoni e uovo per arrivare alle famose mazzarelle! Incredibili! Era da quando me le faceva mia suocera (lacrima!) che non ne mangiavo di così buone! Interno pieno di coratella d'agnello, porzioni abbondanti e cotte lentamente per lungo tempo, naturalmente con olio di oliva di altissimo livello. Sarebbe bastato questo per giustificare i 120 km del viaggio ma poi abbiamo proseguito con un assaggio di prosciutto perché Maurizio ci ha spiegato che proviene da maiali neri quasi selvatici che vengono allevati al lago di Campotosto allo stato brado e che mangiano le ghiande. Il prosciutto che se ne ricava è tagliato a coltello e praticamente è un patanegra abruzzese! Abbiamo proseguito con arrosticini artigianali fatti a mano e arrosticini di fegato con cipolla oltre ad una porzione della introvabile "pecora alla callara" (spezzatino di pecora). Per fortuna non fanno i primi e quindi c'è stato spazio per assaggiare forse la cosa più buona: la braciola di pecora! Carne delicatissima, morbida e molto saporita cotta alla brace, mai mangiata così buona! Quello che ci ha colpito è stato che, nonostante i tre ambienti, ristorante pizzeria e braceria, fossero tutti pieni ci hanno servito con velocità e professionalità, il servizio è stato impeccabile sempre con gentilezza ed educazione. Dolcetto finale e caffè. Prezzi molto contenuti in considerazione dell'alta qualità del cibo, porzioni abbondanti. Grazie Maurizio per averci guidato nella bella serata, torneremo con amici da Ancona per assaggiare le altre specialità, sicuri di fare bella figura!

19/04/2025: Sono stato invitato a cena da alcuni parenti in occasione di una ricorrenza familiare. Il ristorante è molto elegante e si trova sul lungomare di Alba. Abbiamo preso gli antipasti sia crudi che cotti. Tutti erano davvero buoni e presentati con abbinamenti fantasiosi e gourmet. Mi ha colpito soprattutto la selezione dei crudi, che erano freschi e buonissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi voglia assaggiare pesce davvero fresco preparato in modo innovativo.

27/01/2025: Se volete mangiare come a casa fate una tappa in questo ristorante tutta la pasta è fatta a mano. Gli antipasti sono eccellenti come i secondi, vino della casa ottimo. Sinceramente non ho trovato un difetto neanche nei dolci, complimenti!
