25/08/2025: What can I say? Brigante Maino is a small restaurant that truly embraces local traditions and makes you feel pampered with its simplicity... not to mention the menu. The service is impeccable, thanks to Valentina. I recommend it to everyone.

16/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the dishes: very good, well-cooked, and carefully presented. Truly a pleasure both to the palate and to the eye. It's a shame about the location: the entrance is truly beautiful and suggests an elegant experience, but once you enter the dining room, the atmosphere changes. The space is very clean, but a bit too dull and lacking in value compared to the expectations you create upon entering. With a more minimalist and refined style, certainly in keeping with the beautiful entrance, the restaurant would be a cut above. In conclusion, the cuisine is excellent and the service is good, but the dining room deserves a makeover to make the experience truly complete.

18/11/2025: The gentleman who supposedly was the owner and took our order was extremely kind in giving us advice and not serving us. The pizza dough was good.

23/10/2025: Extremely long wait times, even though the place was almost empty. When we politely asked about the wait, the owner responded arrogantly. When the pizzas arrived, we simply pointed out that it was inconvenient to arrange them as the waitress suggested, but the response was also rude and impolite. When it came time to get the bill, the amount was rounded up without asking. When I said, "Thank you for the pizza, but not for your kindness," the owner reacted with swear words, disrespectfully, forgetting he was speaking to a customer. The pizzas are expensive, but they're not the best. And knowing how to make pizza isn't enough: you need respect, good manners, and the ability to deal with the customer. This place completely lacks those! Not recommended

13/11/2025: The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, the food is very good, and the staff is friendly and helpful (the lady who welcomed and served us was very kind). The only thing I would recommend adding is the option to consult the menu (there isn't one, and the lady lists the available dishes verbally) to make choosing easier. Regarding the price, there were three of us and we paid about €35-€36 each (water, a liter of wine, three first courses, three second courses, three side dishes, two desserts, and three coffees).

09/11/2025: Very nice restaurant; we ate very well, everything was delicious. The owners are welcoming, polite, quick with their service, and even welcomed our little dog. 😍 We left feeling happy, and the good mood stayed with us all day. 😃 Thank you!

09/11/2025: I'm from Abruzzo. And it was like tasting my grandmothers' cooking again. The meatball sauce was the classic homemade sauce that I've never had in a restaurant. Only at home. All this at very low prices considering the excellent quality of the products served. The owner, too, is fantastic. He made us smile so much.

22/09/2025: The Abruzzo Marina Hotel is located directly on the beach in Silvi Marina and excels in cleanliness and cuisine, expertly managed by a very talented chef and using truly extraordinary quality products. Special mention goes to Martina and Kevin in the dining room, who were polite and always available. The waiter was also extremely kind. Breakfast was served on a splendid terrace on the sixth floor with a sea view, where we were served by Daniela, worthy of praise. She was truly competent and professional, friendly, kind, helpful, and always had a smile for everyone (Thank you for the hot milk!). It's a shame the weather wasn't the best, and we only experienced part of many of the services! The entertainment was average, with outside guests welcome on various evenings! I'd also like to point out a mix-up that was resolved brilliantly by the all-female management, who was willing to listen to my concerns! I really appreciated this, because a reputable hotel can be seen in these situations, and for that I thank you again (very well-deserved compliments). Finally, I'd like to offer a few small personal suggestions to improve our guests' stay. Since it's a family hotel, I'd recommend dedicating all areas to children and teenagers, encouraging the lifeguards, especially at the pool, to be more active in supervising our children and not just be mere caretakers. Improve the parking lot, perhaps with shelters to protect them from the sun and tree sap. After all, our children decide on their holidays, and if they had a good time, they'll force us to return! Overall, it remains an excellent solution for families, but they insist on keeping areas off-limits to children in a family hotel.

02/08/2025: I'm still licking my lips (which I don't have) over the absolutely top-notch aperitivo we just had. In addition to the standard appetizers, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented, we had two spectacular pinsas, one with mortadella, pistachio, and stracciata, the other with prosciutto, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. The ingredients were of unquestionable quality. Well done, and thank you!!!

23/09/2025: Excellent seafood lunch with a sea view, at fair prices!

14/09/2025: The atmosphere facing the sea is very nice, but the food is really not great, it's hard to fry, no one ate inside, the frying oil smelled bad. The stuffed mussels were salty, the bread was unseasoned, just soggy bread, a shameful starter without much substance, many have gone back. 250 euros, throw it out the window, never again.

05/09/2025: We waited 30 minutes for service. The waiter saw us and said he would arrive, but he never did.

27/07/2025: Very salty pasta with no flavour and zero quality. It's not Italian flavours, really the worst pasta I've ever eaten.

02/11/2025: Homemade cuisine, attentive and friendly staff. We had a great time here with family, and we returned with a group of friends who were also satisfied.
