23/03/2025: Miso sup should be according to menu with tofu ,no tofu at all.Spicy tuna roll with almost no vegetables and tuna was not fresh at all.Strange colour of the fish .Steamed dumplings dry ,for shure taken out of freezer.It is clear that this place is saving money on everything they serve .Pitty .Interior is very pretty.Service is fine too .

They accept also American Express credit card 🥰 The owner is really accessible, warm welcome and he is attentive about our experience, really good place, I recommend it at 100%

11/03/2025: Cucina casalinga giapponese ma scarsa di ingredienti inoltre con prezzi da capogiro. In quattro con un piatto a testa e tre antipasti abbiamo speso 190€

15/02/2025: Very bad experience. We went to celebrate Valentine's Day and when we arrived the table wasn't ready, despite the reservation, they made us share the table with other guys but without being able to order. The kitchen was in chaos and they had cheated on the orders. Within 1 hour they didn't even bring us a glass of water and above all they pretended not to understand by not even answering the questions. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience. We got up and left. I can't rate the food because I didn't eat but the hygiene of the place was really poor.

14/02/2025: The quality of the fish is excellent. The sashimi is dry, pulpy and tasty. Everything else very good. The menu is All you can eat, in my opinion the best in Empoli. We go back often, at least once a month. Quick and kind. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

12/03/2025: Location, nice. Friendly staff, poor food, both because of the quality, and because it has no flavor, and because it is practically lukewarm, almost cold! At least they could have put some microwave ovens to heat the food. My personal opinion: if I spend €14.90 for an All You Can Eat What can I expect from this. To my friend who took me there, I thank him. Because once is enough. Sorry, but it's my personal opinion whether it's right or wrong. Then all of this can depend on the palate a person has when it comes to tasting flavours. Anyway. For me, negative experience.

21/01/2025: I have eaten in many similar places but never like here the meat is very tough my niece tells me salmon is not good let's say for us restaurant to avoid furthermore reservations must be made on paper but written on your phone because they won't even give you a pad or sheet of paper

23/01/2025: The Fusion: la perfetta "fusione" tra mancanza di professionalità e incompetenza. Perché? Semplice. É inaccettabile telefonare per prenotare, sentirsi dire che c'è posto ma di inviare una mail per finalizzare la prenotazione, e ricevere come riscontro (dopo 1 giorno), dopo molti solleciti, che erano pieni. Purtroppo questo è uno di quei posti turistici, dove l'unica cosa che riescono a vendere con sapienza è fumo negli occhi delle persone. Mi rammarica dover scrivere questa recensione, ma è giusto che come in ogni lavoro si risponda del proprio operato.

31/12/2024: Total disappointment and lack of professionalism. On December 29th I phoned excitedly to book a New Year's Eve dinner for two, after hearing so many positive recommendations about this place. A certain Neri answers me and reluctantly tells me that there is availability and that I have to send an email to confirm. Perfect, I will send the email immediately as requested. No response. The next day still nothing. I write on WhatsApp to try to understand if the booking was successful, and I am told that there is no more room! Shortly afterwards, via email, they informed me that the last tables had been assigned on the morning of the 30th. But I had booked for the 29th! Outraged, I demand that a solution be found, as the situation is clearly unfair and resulting from their mismanagement. They assured me that they would check with the restaurant, but from that moment on... absolute silence. Today is December 31st, a few hours before dinner, and I have not received any response or alternative. Not only have you ruined my New Year's Eve plans, but you have shown a total lack of respect towards customers. Such a service is unacceptable. Not only will I never return, but I hope anyone who reads this review thinks twice before trusting you.

15/12/2024: Cena con amici altamente deludente. Siamo tornati da Aji Tei dopo molto tempo, ma la qualità, la proposta ed il servizio non erano quelli che ricordavamo. Poca proposta di piatti, servizi rapido e senza cura, qualità scadente e cibo servito freddo. Da non ritornare, peccato.

22/09/2024: ¡Este fue el mejor sushi que hemos probado! No sabíamos qué esperar de mirar en línea, pero cuando llegamos se sentía como un restaurante de gama alta. El personal era encantador y acogedor. La comida era increíble, de alta calidad, un montón de variaciones diferentes. Ofrecen todo lo que puedes comer por 30 euros pero no se anuncia en ningún sitio, no fue hasta que pagamos que nos lo contaron. ¡Yo diría que el ambiente podría mejorarse con la música! Sin duda volveríamos a visitar si estamos en la zona!
