19/03/2024: Good all you can eat restaurant in the Piazza Dalmazia area, without infamy or praise. The environment is rather welcoming and is structured on two floors plus an external dehor, the kitchen is partially exposed and you can already notice a not excellent cleanliness and a certain disorder, nothing dramatic but worth mentioning. The menu is classic, it has no shortage of either the more typically Japanese and cold dishes or the hot Chinese ones: the ravioli are decent, just as the ramen isn't that bad, the raw food is good while the skewers need to be reviewed. The order methodology passes through the restaurant's application, with the dishes being served within a quarter of an hour of sending the order. Fair prices and cover charge included (€15.90 for lunch, €16.90 at the weekend, and €25.90 for dinner): the initiative of halving the price on the birthday is nice. Recommended for a nice feast with friends without too many pretensions

05/03/2024: The food arrived quite quickly but the quality was terrible. There is very little choice on the lunch menu. Maximum 15 dishes to choose from here. Furthermore, the fish is not fresh at all. The sashimi looked like it had been out for a week. I wouldn't recommend it even under torture.

06/04/2024: Medium-poor experience. Newly renovated restaurant. Clean (even if aseptic) environment. Very friendly staff, but constant errors on practically all dishes. Average food, rice a little too acidic.

24/02/2024: Extremely disappointing food: - the chicken karaage was western style fried chicken. Real karaage is made without breadcrumbs but with potato starch. Also it should be made from chicken thigh, potentially marinated in soy sauce. This instead was nothing better than a KFC - the salmon nigiris and chirashi don were extremely average - the unagi don was acceptable The restaurant is pretty though.

14/03/2024: Very friendly staff, with all you can eat only 13 euros. The food is very good and the place is simple and quiet. Highly recommended.

22/01/2024: I'm fond of Fusion... I've been coming for many years but something has changed since it reopened more than a year ago... in addition to the management, the restyling doesn't really convince me... before the atmosphere was wonderful, now it's a bit cold... the food it's definitely not at the level it was years ago. So many beautiful things have changed in Florence... what a shame!

14/01/2024: Underwhelming for sure! Reviews did me dirty. Service was good. Food was ehhh, definitely had more option in the review pictures than the menu. Limited options… very limited. Special drinks were not very special, and the bill was more than I spent on any other restaurant here with less than half the food and half the taste.

07/02/2024: Excellent sushi and pretty fast service. I don't like outdoor sheds in restaurants but it's an efficient way to save space. The bathroom is not very large or easy to reach, especially for people with disabilities, but the staff is very kind and prepared for every request.

30/03/2024: I order on deliveroo and I get the order without ingredients, large poke, you spend €15 to eat for lunch at work and I miss the base of the poke, the rice and avocado are missing which I even paid extra for so instead to spend to eat and satisfy myself, I eat and I'm hungry.

30/03/2024: I went there today for lunch... after having been there several times over time But today I must say that compared to before I found fewer dishes at lunch...those removed which had to be paid for...different sizes...quality and flavor significantly lower than before... Maybe I'll try another time in the future but if it stays like this I won't go anymore...

The average quality of the dishes is good, both for the cold and hot dishes which are satisfying as well as extremely varied, thus allowing you to indulge yourself. In terms of flavour, not all dishes are excellent, with some being a bit "flat", without standing out, and also some hot dishes, mainly with soy noodles, are overabundant with vegetables and low in noodles. The advice is to go when it opens, because as soon as the place fills up the waiters are in a bit of a crisis and the service becomes decidedly slow: the order limit is 5 dishes per person and only once consumed can you proceed to ordering. next one; on average the price, which ranges from €14.90 for midweek lunch to €24.90 for dinner at the weekend, is in line with the competition to which an average of €3 per head of water must be added (for a 0.81l bottle )
