I'm a regular at Sushi Aurora, and the sushi is fantastic, far superior to any other ayce sushi in Florence, especially downtown.
Everything is truly delicious, quality ingredients, lots of fish and little rice.
It's a shame the service is truly disastrous; they bring half a plate at a time every 20 minutes, and when I ask for soy sauce, it takes them at least half an hour to bring it, and I always have to ask for it multiple times. Once, they ran out, so they refilled my soy sauce container and then took it back. It's truly a shame, because the sushi is of the highest quality for an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

I’ve eaten a lot of sushi and Japanese food and this was up there with the best. Able to select as many dishes as you want, plates that come out are small portions so you get to taste many things before feeling full. Every single dish we tried was great.

We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance while strolling along Via Ghibellina and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is very cute, with a manga-style feel; the staff is friendly and helpful; and the food is excellent. An all-you-can-eat menu is also available. Recommended!

Very good and varied. Heads up! Check the bill.
Simply put, the meal is good. But pay close attention to the bill; to our surprise, the total dropped by €10 quickly and without explanation.

The food was excellent, incredibly tasty. You can't find sushi this good anywhere else.
For example, the seared salmon didn't taste like gas, the grilled ravioli were not greasy and tasty, and the futomaki was delicious, you could taste the fish and the frying was top notch.
