28/12/2024: The place is nice, the dishes are good and of good quality, shame about the service. Waitress of dubious friendliness. A very apathetic service, and I can still conceive it, but at dessert time a real disaster! The cheesecake looked like it was regurgitated, we asked for two warm hearts chocolate and we received two raw cakes, presumably with white chocolate. Normal price, à la carte not all you can eat. For the rest, a recommended place (except the dessert😂).

15/02/2025: I went there on Valentine's evening with my girlfriend, dirty dishes, smelly fish, inadequate staff and the things that were on the menu were not at the discretion of the customers

14/02/2025: Esperienza da non ripetere! Ordine a domicilio, arrivato a destinazione con un' ora esatta di ritardo. Luxury Mix da presa in giro, molti fritti e molto freddi, pezzi molto piccoli. Ero già stato al ristorante e non mi aveva fatto impazzire (nonostante i prezzi alti) ma questa volta veramente insoddisfacente. Al pari di un All you can eat mediocre... Tranne per il prezzo (60 euro!)

07/02/2025: Mainly takeaway place but you can also eat there for lunch. They are professional, punctual and kind and the environment is clean and nice. The sushi is quality, the options are many and all good. I recommend you download their app to see all the recipes and order. I've been getting sushi from them for years and will definitely continue!! :)

26/08/2024: Bruciore di stomaco, e sete tutta la notte. Mi ricordavo Toshi a Ragusa, di qualche anno fa tutt'altra cosa. All'impatto non male il pesce ma paragonabile a qualsiasi "all you can eat " però con prezzi assurdi non in linea alla qualità e quantità, 3 tavoli occupati in tutto il locale e un'attesa davvero lunga. Molto deluso.

21/08/2024: Ho cenato in questo locale e mi ha davvero stupita. La location molto bella, staff molto gentile e attento per nn parlare del sushi molto buono. Ogni cosa assaggiata è stata top. Complimenti, merita di andare almeno una volta!

16/04/2025: I returned to Fusion in Lecce, a sushi restaurant that was once renowned for its high quality and excellent service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor and the food, especially the sushi and raw fish, did not meet my expectations. The quality was clearly poor and no longer met the standards that had inspired me to return. What makes the situation even more incredible is the fact that prices have remained high, as if the quality of food and service were still at the levels of the past. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I'm sorry, but I have no plans to return to Fusion and will not recommend it to anyone. It's a shame to see how a restaurant that was once a point of reference for sushi lovers has fallen to such levels.

04/04/2025: Very far from the FUSION I know. As soon as it opened I was one of the most frequent customers. The staff was very knowledgeable and distinguished, the food had more quality and everything was impeccable. But I returned to celebrate my birthday with my wife and I found the complete opposite. Place changed and room halved, and this says a lot, disorganized and untrained staff, at least the girl who served us seemed improvised as well as the clothing, a bit improvised. We spent too much for what they offered us and the quality was not the same as it was initially.

28/01/2025: Sono un consumatore abituale di sushi e visito spesso le nuove aperture di questa tipologia di ristoranti. I prodotti si sono rivelati buonissimi ed il servizio cordiale e veloce, ci ritorneremo!

30/12/2024: Nada especial, es un restaurante común All You Can Eat, siempre está lleno por lo que me habría encontrado con algunos platos refinados fuera de la norma , en cambio me encontré con un menú clásico de AYCE sin nada especial, de hecho bastante pobre, indecente para pagar 4€ . 50 por una cerveza china, 2 , 00 € para sentarse

28/02/2025: Locale molto bello e curato con molti posti .. ero da solo e ho fatto la all you can eat .. poi ho aggiunto un acqua naturale e un caffè .. tutto molto buono ma il prezzo è eccessivo (ecco perché 3 stelle) parti da una base a pranzo di 15,00 euro .. se uno prendesse birra o vino e dolce non ti bastano 35,00 euro .. figuriamoci la sera .. e ci sono dei ristoranti con prezzi minori .. comunque cibo buono e anche il servizio .. molti posti auto fuori .. accettano carte e fanno fattura.. carino per ordinare con Q-R code..

28/02/2025: Very nice and well-kept place with many seats.. I was alone and I did the all you can eat.. then I added a still water and a coffee.. all very good but the price is excessive (that's why 3 stars) starting from a lunch base of 15.00 euros.. if someone had beer or wine and dessert, 35.00 euros wouldn't be enough for you.. let alone in the evening.. and there are restaurants with lower prices.. still good food and also the service.. many parking spaces outside.. they accept cards and make invoice.. nice to order with Q-R code..

16/03/2025: We went last night for the first time but I have already decided not to return again! An hour of waiting between one course and another. orders never arrived, and assigned as delivered on the application. Few waiters for too many people it creates too much confusion about everything for what we spent almost €90 it's no longer worth it!!!! We are in the habit of going to the one in Casamassima which for me is the best even if further away we hoped to find a good one closer but it didn't go very well. Among other things, after a while the light also went out, there was no light for ten minutes and the waiters walked around with the flashes of their phones! Absurd !!! Super dirty bathroom hygiene 0!!! I avoided that too. Unfortunately, in the end he didn't even give us fortune cookies so what can we say. Never again!!!! I think it's destined to last a short time if it continues like this!

15/02/2025: I've been to this restaurant a couple of times already, it's a shame that the third time I couldn't even sit down. I had booked for 9pm and at 9.50pm the staff was still unable to give precise indications on waiting times. Non-existent service. Their inability to know how to organize also meant that we waited in vain for a table that would never be available. It's really a great shame because I have already had the pleasure of eating in this restaurant and was very satisfied with the cuisine, but with this evening unfortunately all I was left with was the desire to be able to eat. Response to the owner: Even more so if you are aware that your restaurant does not have the necessary capacity, you could simply refuse our request when we made the call. A bad review would have been avoided. Furthermore, she made us wait almost an hour without ever paying the slightest attention to us and in fact, we tried to ask her several times when we could be seated without ever receiving precise instructions from her. This really cannot be accepted. Communication with customers is key. There was a complete lack of organization and communication and I feel sorry for you because I repeat, your cuisine is really good, but the service and contact with customers makes the difference. I hope you can improve this aspect and have more staff available so as not to have this type of problem again. Good day.

14/02/2025: I already had the opportunity to eat 2 more times and overall I was happy: the unique formula in cooking the ingredients inside the broth makes it one of a kind in the province of Modena. The third time it didn't work: I managed to book for 9.00pm for 2 but at 9.45pm we were together with 3 other couples with the same reservation waiting for a table that not even the waiter (or the owner) knew if there would ever be one. What stands out is the complete inability to manage the situation even with simple words, to update the situation and the unfortunate choice to accept reservations without knowledge of the facts. In the end two couples left with empty stomachs and the disappointment of the evening ruined.

12/09/2024: It took them 15 minutes to come and take our order and after having to notify several waiters. At the time of paying they didn't pay much attention to us, we ended up getting up to ask and they ended up sending us to the bar, where they didn't even have the bill. Deplorable service especially for the price they charge

13/02/2025: Ristorante buonissimo e curato in pieno centro. Cura nei piatti, pollo in crosta di mandorle e Michi squisiti. La proprietaria è gentilissima e consiglia benissimo, ci hanno anche offerto un digestivo finale.

18/01/2025: Scoperto grazie a The Fork con ottima qualità nei piatti; forse un pò caro, ma si paga anche la location essendo in centro nonostante sia in una viuzza con poco passaggio. Forse rivedrei il prezzo dell’acqua (€2.50 per mezzo litro) e la stessa cifra per un caffè; anche il coperto a €3 con tovaglioli in carta è too much nonostante venga presentato bene (vedi foto). Probabilmente ci tornerei per la qualità del cibo che denota attenzione e cura, nonché un menù innovativo
