Yama Sushi In Cantù

We had dinner at Kuma Sushi in Isernia with friends. Overall, the experience was average. The service was fairly quick, as expected from a restaurant of this type, and the staff was helpful. Regarding the food, unfortunately, several dishes seemed excessively salty, particularly some salads and the shrimp with spicy sauce, to the point of overpowering the flavors of the ingredients. The cuttlefish skewers, however, didn't convince us because they gave the impression of not particularly fresh fish. Another aspect that, in my opinion, deserves more attention is the cleanliness of the restrooms, which could be improved to offer a more pleasant experience to customers. Finally, I consider the prices quite high compared to the overall quality of the experience. With some improvements in the preparation of the dishes, attention to the freshness of the ingredients, and cleanliness, the restaurant could certainly offer a service that lives up to expectations.

We ate a lot à la carte and still saved money compared to the "all you can eat" formula.

The food is excellent and the price is reasonable, it's a shame the service is a bit so-so (the waitress is rude).

Very nice and clean place, good food and the owner is really very kind. I recommend it.
