22/12/2025: Terrible experience, plus the very well-kept atmosphere. As for the rest, the staff looking down on you in an "all-you-can-eat" restaurant, no way. I understand it's in a building directly across from Mediaset, but even less so. Half the "hot" dishes were piping hot in the center and freezing cold on the sides. I understand that in a restaurant like this, they prepare them ahead of time, but at least they were considerate given the prices. The only dish worth considering? Beef and Potatoes, even though one of the two portions arrived cold in the center, the other piping hot. The portions? I wonder what difference it makes for a restaurant that charges €70 for two people for dinner (with two waters and a beer), to serve four ravioli like everyone else does instead of three like here. Let's not even talk about the takoyaki, which were a challenge to digest. Am I just used to the ones you eat at Paolo Sarpi? The fried foods themselves were very bitter; you could taste the friedness more than the actual flavor of the food. Let's leave the fish aside; I usually enjoy a variety of sushi dishes at these places, but after the first few seared nigiri and the sashimi, I preferred to move on to the hot ones. Any other positives? The clean bathrooms and the very kind and friendly man at the cash register. Would I return? No.

08/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Tokyo Restaurant in Castel San Giovanni, and I can say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an evening of fine Japanese cuisine. The menu is rich and varied, with a wide selection of traditional dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The sushi, in particular, was exceptional: incredibly fresh and expertly prepared fish, with meticulous attention to detail. Even the hot dishes, such as ramen and tempura, lived up to expectations, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to accommodate every request with a smile. Furthermore, the wait times were short, despite the restaurant being quite busy. The only flaw, if I may say so, were the slightly overly generous portions, which might be too much for those with a more moderate appetite. However, this detail did not negatively impact the overall experience, which remained extremely positive. In short, Tokyo Restaurant is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy Japanese cuisine in a pleasant and refined atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try other dishes from their interesting menu!

Milan will miss such a beautiful and refined place with authentic Japanese cuisine. Thanks to the kind owners for all they have done over the years for Milan and their loyal customers.

03/07/2025: The worst Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to. The portions were ridiculously tiny: €9 for just one croquette and €16 for only five pieces of fried chicken. And yet the place looked cheap and the food was nothing special.

23/01/2026: One of the nicest sushi place in Italy and they have a big variety of meals everything is fresh and tastes good and also they have two offers for lunch and for dinner the one for lunch is about €15 and the one for dinner is about 25 euro for all you can eat menu highly recommended good experience in this place and in other locations from this franchise in other cities in Italy

15/01/2026: An unexpected and welcome surprise to find such a nice sushi restaurant in Parma. We are sushi fans and have eaten sushi in many different countries. This was great and it was nice to see Japanese staff in the kitchen.

04/11/2025: The Place to Be in Pietrasanta One evening, while we were in Pietrasanta, we discovered this elegant lounge bar and restaurant while strolling through the streets of the city center. The jazz music enticed us to stop and take a look inside. The decor was superb. We decided to sit down for a drink since it was already late. A couple of regulars were eating, and we noticed they were serving sushi. Judging by the customer satisfaction, I think the quality is excellent. As for the cocktails, they were a real treat. It was a superb evening, and I recommend this place to anyone passing through this beautiful city.

28/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday evening, without a reservation and with no expectations. The place is worth it because the food is excellent and plentiful, the service is prompt, and the wait is practically non-existent. The selection of authentically Japanese dishes is remarkable, with many variations and detailed explanations. The price is fair, and the music—strictly jazz—is absolutely unobtrusive and of high quality.

01/02/2026: It's a shame that the Kaorino cocktail bar isn't a standalone review (only the restaurant is listed here), because it deserves its own review. A very refined location, an intimate and private atmosphere, and well-crafted cocktails. The only thing I can't justify is the €3 cover charge per person: we dined at the bar, with no table service and not even water included. In other cities or abroad, similar service is accompanied by tangible elements (filtered water, welcome snacks, table setting). A pleasant experience, but this detail completely clashes with the quality of the concept.

22/11/2025: The table service outside could be a bit better; we had to wait quite a while for our menus to be handed out and our order to be taken. Nonetheless, the sushi here is the tastiest in the city. The quality and combinations are refined and elegant; the eel was exceptional. It's definitely high-end sushi, which is reflected in the prices, but you know, quality comes at a price, and you need a treat every now and then!

29/11/2025: Good restaurant, always excellent food, but I have to give 4 stars for the home delivery service. Lately, the delivery guys have been getting the address wrong EVERY TIME, ending up in other towns, when it would be enough to carefully read what is written both in the directions and in the notes (I live in the main square of a town 10 km from Trento, it's not difficult).
