12/07/2025: The box prices are excellent, the sushi is really good (we always order it to go), and the staff is polite and friendly. I recommend it for those like me who prefer to eat at home.

10/07/2025: We had dinner here last night with my partner and son. The service was quick, but the sushi was awful. The shrimp skewers were raw, with the shrimp poop still visible. The rolls were covered in mayonnaise (never seen rolls with so much mayonnaise everywhere), and the rice was hard. We'll never go back.

06/06/2025: Horrible, restaurant of horrors, for lunch. The raw food: - Salmon with little smell, whitish color and strange consistency. - Tuna, it smelled and also a bit dark. The salmon on display was absolutely not the one served. The cooked dishes were edible. A restaurant where I would not return.

05/04/2025: Pessimo, personale maleducato e indisponibile, abbiamo rifatto l ordinazione 2 volte ma è arrivato pochissimo cibo rispetto a quello ordinato, e nonostante le costanti sollecitazioni ai camerieri nessuno si è preoccupato di aiutarci, alla cassa la titolare invece di scusarsi per l accaduto insisteva che dovevamo pagare tutta la somma ( cosa che non avevamo dubbi di voler fare), ma volevamo solo darle critiche costruttive. In conclusione personale totalmente indisponibile e titolare anche di più. Esperienza pessima

26/07/2025: Always a pleasure to dine at Kyo. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff are friendly, and the menu is varied, catering to all tastes. Excellent quality, which is not always the case with Asian restaurants. The tempura, for example, is incredibly light, which is rare for fried food. The location is central and easy to get to. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you choose the all-you-can-eat menu, which is around €30. I wholeheartedly recommend it. 👍

03/07/2025: The quality of the sushi has significantly decreased in inverse proportion to the cost, which instead has unreasonably increased. I fear the fish in the sushi was not very fresh. I am very sorry because there are not many places in Messina where you can eat good sushi and this was once one of the best.

03/08/2025: We were there today for lunch... the first course arrived after a 50-minute wait!!! The wine is of poor quality and you pay for it as if it were one of the best... we chose the all-you-can-eat option, they don't have tablets, but you order from your cell phone and each order can be sent every 10 minutes... absurd! Half of the things we ordered never arrived... and I should also add that the selection of dishes is very limited compared to other AYCE restaurants! I won't be going back!

22/07/2025: Honestly, one of the best sushi places in Rome. The raw fish (salmon) is spectacular and of excellent quality. It's a shame it's so under-attended; the place deserves much better! The staff is also very courteous and friendly, and there's always room. The prices are normal, perhaps a little low for the quality. 💕

18/07/2025: Incredibly tasty (and plentiful) vegan options. We were even able to bring our dog along, they even gave us a bowl of water for them. Highly recommend.

25/04/2025: We took three large pokes for 14.90 to take away and we received three very normal sized pokes. We had three proteins to choose from and in our poke we found an embarrassing amount of protein, there were two prawns and very little salmon and tuna. Not to mention the vegetables which were somehow few too. I understand not to overdo the seasonings but this is too much. I also understand inculage but we're talking about inculage here!

14/04/2025: Don’t dine here, you are wasting your time and money. Dirty local, bad service and extremely overpriced food. We were party of four, had to ask two times to get any service. The waiter forgot our order and when we asked - he said we never ordered, which was absurd! The small beer is €5,50 while 6 rolls of dry sushi is about €16/18. If you care about spending your money for quality food and atmosphere - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had in porta Venezia area.
