Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima varietà di piatti, materie prime di alta qualità ed un’ampia selezione di vini. Si percepisce la passione e la dedizione di tutto il team, e questo rende sempre estremamente piacevole passare una serata al Deba Soul&Sushi. Complimenti!!

25/07/2024: We wanted to eat in peace but inside the restaurant the freezing air conditioning (too much temperature change, it looked like the refrigerator area of ​​the Esselunga) left the food on our stomachs. Having pointed out the problem, they told us they would fix it... they did nothing and it honestly annoyed me to be made fun of. Moral we left in a hurry.

19/07/2024: The worst sushi of my life, well below even the low standard of fake Chinese sushi. I found everything at the limit of edibility, hoping it doesn't hurt. Fish, even sushi, tastes like fresh water. Uramaki are the size of a Lilliputian snack. The Moodles are dry and drowned in oil. God save us from places like this and the many positive, incomprehensible reviews. A dear restaurant manager friend used to tell me: "people are like flies and are always attracted to .......". Salvatore, you've hit the nail on the head with this pseudo restaurant!

20/08/2024: My family was visiting the restaurant but it seemed that the Asian waitress was racist to the Asian likes us. We had 2 adults and a 5-year old kid, they had many empty seats but did NOT allow us to sit at a table for two with a bench (where I could sit with my kid). There are two kind waiters trying to seat us but the waitress totally ignored and her attitude was truly bad. I dont have a chance to try so cannot rate the food quality, but with this kind of service, won’t come back next time. After going home and reading other reviews, I feel so relief that we didn’t eat here. Many customers have the same experience, the restaurant should fire that waitress if they dont wanna lose more guests

06/07/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Japit, a sushi bar that reminded me of the ones I've been to in Japan; I opted for the omakase set and can say without hesitation that it was the best choice. The chef guided us through an unforgettable culinary journey, with a selection of extremely fresh and expertly prepared dishes. Each course was a discovery of flavors, unique combinations and impeccable presentations. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend letting yourself be guided by the experience and competence of the chef, who will surely amaze you. I can say that Japit is a must stop for sushi lovers! It was very pleasant to hear the owner talking to the chef in Japan.

27/06/2024: Si dice che si tende all’eccellenza, ma non si raggiunge mai… Stasera mi sono dovuto ricredere . Japit è l’eccellenza della cucina. Abbiamo iniziato con zucchine e ricotta in pastella . Poi l’estasi ! Gnocco Tommaso alla Nerano . La bontà non si può descrivere . Bisogna mangiarli . Poi aragoste al vapore con burro di Penta al limone. Che dire ? Un’esplosione di sapori! Abbiamo bevuto l’ottimo Biancolella 2023 di Mazzella che ha deliziato le nostre papille…. E per finire babà con la crema! Siamo stati in Paradiso da vivi . Lunga vita a Japit!!!

25/07/2024: Mia figlia ed io siamo stati qualche giorno a Noli e siamo stati attratti da questa bellissima spiaggia molto intima e raccolta. Abbiamo preso l’ombrellone in prima e unica fila ( fantastico) e abbiamo mangiato anche lì. Siamo state benissimo. I proprietari e tutto il personale sono stati gentilissimi. Se siete in zona vi consiglio di andarci e non dimenticate di andare alla loro hamburgeria in centro * La Spiaggia nel Panino* rimarrete super soddisfatti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

05/08/2024: I found the dishes very good, and a fair selection and variety. The service is very attentive and kind. The environment is small but welcoming. All you can eat a little more expensive than other sushi, but now they are all increasing. However, I think I recommend it

29/08/2024: A couple of evenings ago we had dinner at this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is normal but for my taste too many uramaki with fried stuff which all end up tasting the same. We dined outside and were attacked by beggars and stuff sellers, I understand that it is not directly the restaurant's fault, but being interrupted during dinner 6 times within 20 minutes by rose sellers, fake deaf-mutes and beggars is not acceptable . If so, I advise you to ask for a table inside, perhaps this will improve the situation.

28/06/2024: Ho pranzato con amici, oltre all'ottimo cibo, l'ambiente è molto adatto per poter fare due chiacchiere senza rumore assordante. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e anche il vino ottimo

28/06/2024: Emilio and Miyako are exceptional, here you can eat real Japanese food made by a Japanese chef. I recommend the cold Soba (Zaru Soba) Excellent wine and sake list.

The food is of excellent quality, fresh, slightly saline, without bitter aftertastes, of a perfect colour, texture and consistency. It is elastic, cold and non-sticky to the touch. Eaten pure, its freshness is even more noticeable. Very honest prices. Well done well done 👏
