15/02/2026: We went to this restaurant on the evening of February 14th for Valentine's Day. I had made a reservation about a week in advance, and only a few days later I was contacted to inform me that the only available times were from 7:30 PM to 9 PM or from 10 PM onward. We chose 10 PM to enjoy a leisurely dinner. We arrived promptly, but we had to wait for a table to become available, and we were seated around 10:15 PM. While we waited, we stood with our coats in hand, and to avoid inconveniencing other customers already seated, we even stepped outside for a few minutes. It wasn't a long wait, but with a reservation and on a night like that, a warm welcome makes all the difference. We ordered almost immediately, and by 10:20 PM we had already chosen everything. From there, we waited over an hour before receiving our dishes. During the wait, we witnessed two incidents that made us uncomfortable. In both cases, the owner reprimanded the same waiter in front of the customers. The first time was for charging a table: the waiter calmly replied that from now on he would ask him first. The second time was for a glass issue, in a decidedly rude tone. Shortly afterward, the waiter took his things and left. We don't know what had happened before our arrival, but the scenes we witnessed were unpleasant. I say this even as a waiter: the pressure is understandable, but certain warnings should be made away from the dining room. Around 11:15 PM, while we were checking the time several times and our disappointment was evident, I heard the owner go to the kitchen and say something like, "Give me something for table X." Our dishes arrived immediately: 24 pieces of sushi, and a few minutes later, another 12. The sushi was very good, no complaints about the quality. However, waiting over an hour for 36 pieces is objectively excessive. One detail that got us thinking: we noticed that many tables were being offered two glasses of sparkling wine for Valentine's Day. We weren't offered anything. It wasn't written anywhere and it wasn't something we were supposed to, but seeing this treatment reserved for other tables and not ours left us feeling unpleasant. Furthermore, at checkout, we heard that some tables were being asked how their evening had gone. We weren't asked this question. This, combined with the rest, gives the impression that they prefer to ask for feedback only when they're certain it will be positive. A post-it note had been placed on the menu indicating a €5 cover charge per person for Valentine's Day. This was a legitimate choice, but, combined with the overall organization of the evening, it gave the impression that management was more focused on the number of seats than on the quality of the experience. We know the place and are aware of the price point, so we were prepared. For this very reason, however, we would have expected service to match the quality of the food. The sushi is worth it, but this time the overall experience was not positive.

14/02/2026: It's the best sushi I've ever had in the area. Excellent service, even though it was Saturday and Valentine's Day. The dishes were delivered quickly, and the food was excellent. I didn't take photos because we ate everything right away, and I didn't have time. Recommend!!!

13/01/2026: It's like going to dinner with friends; you immediately feel at home. The service is impeccable and very friendly, the food is phenomenal—it's hard to find sushi made like Bento's. It's now become a regular stop when we pass through Brindisi.

Everything was carefully prepared, from the service to the presentation. Highly recommended! The only flaw was the rice, which was perhaps a little undercooked; otherwise, everything was perfect.

22/11/2025: While I was out of the country on vacation I found out that my dog passed away. We decided to stop in here for hookah and a drink. It was exactly what I needed. The service was perfect. They were so nice and helpful. The hookah was great. The drinks were great. We had nice conversation. It was perfect! I would definitely come here again. I hope that I get to. Thank you so much for a nice evening 😊

04/09/2025: The bar is interesting. I only went for the hookah. There's another hookah bar next door, but it was very crowded. I prefer a quiet place, so this was perfect. A good place to relax and enjoy the moment.

15/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, delicious sushi, a huge variety for all tastes. Excellent quality ingredients. Better than many other restaurants in Palermo. Friendly and attentive staff. Unbeatable value for money. Congratulations!

13/02/2026: I'm reviewing the food delivered. The portions were tragically small, the ramen was just dry noodles, no broth, and instead of chicken, it was practically just breading. There was no information about ordering rice separately.

28/01/2026: I've been going there for years and can honestly say it's the best sushi in Padua and beyond! The quality of the fish is exceptional, and they have a huge selection of uramaki! Definitely worth a try.

02/01/2026: Well... for me it's no longer the Ginzo of a year ago... I think the management has changed... the place is still the same... but I noticed the difference in the food I ordered... I didn't find the same flavor of certain dishes that I know well... their flavor is no longer enveloping and stimulating as before, but a bit watered down... I'm very sorry about this, I feel like I've lost something that gratified my palate... what a shame.

14/02/2026: For the second time, they ruined my evening. They were really rude! I ordered both online and from Glovo, and they canceled my order shortly beforehand. Get organized before offering services. Unprofessional.

27/02/2026: I recommend NOT coming to this place. It's extremely slow and chaotic. You order one thing and it doesn't arrive, you reorder it and something else arrives. Out of 30 dishes ordered in total, about 15 arrived, 8 of which weren't what we ordered. A total disaster.

14/02/2026: We made a reservation, specifying over the phone that we wanted an Omakase experience. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated at a table instead of at the counter. They told me that the counter only offers a tasting menu (which they eventually let us do), so I specified that we had booked for omakase, but nothing happened. Then I asked again about the difference between tasting and omakase and was told that the restaurant doesn't do omakase, but that the person who took the reservation probably misunderstood. The tasting menu overall was very DISAPPOINTING, despite the quality of the ingredients. The dishes were completely disjointed, no experience, just different dishes brought one after the other without any explanation. Total disorganization, incorrect bill. Exorbitant price, €150 per person for a menu with very few dishes, mostly seaweed and soups. In conclusion, a complete disappointment from start to finish. In hindsight, we should have left at the beginning.
