29/07/2024: All you can eat restaurant with dinner menu at €35. The cost is slightly above average but given the proposal I found it adequate. The dishes ordered were very good and varied. Lots of variety of raw, tasty fish, good service. In terms of furniture, perhaps I preferred it before, more traditional, but it's nice even now

12/08/2024: Difficilmente dò 5 pallini, ma qui c'è poco da fare... Tutto eccellente, super il sushi senti davvero il sapore buono del pesce e anche l'innovazione e le idee ottime di chi lo cucina, azzarda do abbinamenti davvero spettacolari. Buono anche il gintonic, ottimo il panino e anche i gamberi al panko. Bella accoglienza, abbiamo speso 60€ circa e abbiamo preso 3 rotolino, un gin tonic, un panino e una porzione tapas di gamberoni al panko. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza.

06/08/2024: Reservation is required to find a table in the restaurant. The menu is rich with the possibility of ordering first or various second courses including sushi or seafood sandwiches. The only flaw was the wait: we waited almost an hour from when we placed the order after we asked the staff why they didn't arrive. Excellent price quality.

27/06/2024: Very small Japanese restaurant in the village of Pontassieve which has just 16 seats and a chef and a waiter. The fact that it has a very limited clientele is actually a strong point, as it allows you to always have a quiet and reserved environment, fairly fast service (not very attentive in the delivery of dishes) but above all fresh fish, which you can taste ( the prawns are spectacular). The menu is not very extensive and mainly revolves around cold dishes (also because they don't have a real kitchen), but the ravioli, large and tasty, are certainly worth trying too. The sensation is therefore that of practically entering their home and eating something artisanal and not mass-produced like in a large all-you-can-eat restaurant. Even though it was born as an à la carte restaurant, for some time it has offered the all you can eat formula for lunch at €17.50 (cover charge included) to which perhaps add €1 of half a liter of water. Ultimately a nice, welcoming and intimate restaurant where you can eat a few things done well. The advice is to enhance their strong points, then review the interior more faithful to a traditional Japanese kiosk and implement some hot dishes: it would then be interesting to create a student menu, perhaps for takeaway.

18/06/2024: Japanese à la carte but with 3 tasting menus (40, 60&70€). Beautiful and elegant restaurant. I opted for the €70 tasting menu. All good and well presented. The Japanese chef is really very kind and friendly. It has good bottle or glass sake. The only flaw is that the glasses are small in my opinion.

09/06/2024: Il menù kaiseki primavera è un’esplosione di sapori e colori grazie alla realizzazione magistrale di piatti dello chef Hazama. Si inizia con un antipasto fresco con gambero crudo in una salsa di zucchine che stuzzica il palato per proseguire con portate che diventano un tripudio di sapori e colori. A nostro avviso il piatto Hassun è quello che rappresenta meglio lo chef e l’artista: una tavolozza di colori che ricorda il Giappone con pesci diversi ciascuno in modalità diversa di cottura. Una nota di merito allo chef che è spesso presente in sala e che prepara alcuni piatti al momento al tavolo intrattenendosi amabilmente con gli ospiti. Ambiente minimal in stile giapponese curato nei dettagli e con pochi coperti, cosa che comporta una cena quasi esclusiva . Un’esperienza unica e soprattutto un modo di interpretare e conoscere la cucina giapponese diverso dai soliti locali

01/09/2024: Just stopped in for a drink with friends. The environment is very nice, they gave us one of the nicest tables with a lake view under the porch. The service was fast, I can't judge the rest too much because we had 2 cokes and 1 iced tea and 3 beers

04/08/2024: In my opinion one of the best all you can eat in the area and beyond. Excellent fish served at the correct temperatures. Varied menu with dishes that are not easily found. Very fast service. Pleasant environment.

20/06/2024: Very very tasty Sushi and cozy environment. They have very good vegetarian sushi options! Good cocktails too, just a pity that there was a very thick ice block in it, so you don't have much of a cocktail to drink. I would have liked to give 4.5 stars, but unfortunately that is not possible. Every now and then there was also a smell of stinking odor, which was a bit less pleasant. Overall very good experience in this place.

03/08/2024: The environment looks very nice but the service is lacking. We arrived very hungry and ordered straight away. The dishes arrived after about 30-40 minutes and we started to eat, at a certain point I noticed that I didn't see many ingredients written on the menu on the plate, instead of a poke with 7 ingredients there were only tomatoes and avocado and tofu, I call the waiter to ask where the remaining ingredients had gone (corn, seaweed, chickpeas, courgettes) the waiter tells us that they had run out, couldn't you have communicated it before? In the end I even had to pay for the dish because I had started to eat it and they didn't want to give me at least a discount for having served only part of the dish

23/07/2024: slow service, waiting about 45 minutes between one course and another. ditto for drinks. the dishes are good, but not enjoyed because they are spaced too far apart. the staff is friendly and apologizes for the inconvenience, applying a discount to the final bill, which however is disproportionate compared to the service offered. 143 euros for 5 courses in two and three beers.

26/06/2024: The service leaves a lot to be desired, no one cared about us, about bringing us cutlery, the food arrived and we didn't have plates :( we were treated really carelessly, food not so good and very expensive. Noisy place. We won't be back.
