25/05/2026: There were two of us, and it was an all-you-can-eat option. We basically ate alone. One dish arrived at a time, and only one of us ever had one. Maybe it was bad luck. Otherwise, the food was good. The location inside is nice, but if you sit outside and not on the terrace, unfortunately, you're stuck with the cars in their parking lot.

05/05/2026: A truly beautiful and refined atmosphere, perfect for both aperitifs (there's an aperitif menu) and lunch/dinner. The service is friendly and very fast despite the number of people in the restaurant. The dishes are delicious, and the cocktail we had for aperitif was equally delicious. They were careful about the price of the sushi, which we didn't finish and paid separately. The only downside is the price, which I think is a bit higher than many other all-you-can-eat restaurants.

12/04/2026: Great experience at Sushi Tao. Everything was very good, with well-prepared dishes, enjoyable flavors, and an overall satisfying quality. You can tell there is real attention to the preparation, and the restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The only aspect that could be improved is the cooking smell being a bit noticeable in the dining room, which takes away slightly from the overall experience. Other than that, absolutely recommended.

20/05/2026: My favorite lunch stop. If you're looking for an excellent all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant in Turin, Samurai is undoubtedly the best. The dishes are truly delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and served very quickly. The service is impeccable, and the entire staff is always friendly, smiling, and attentive. A place that combines quality, speed, and courtesy. Excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend it to all all-you-can-eat lovers.

17/05/2026: The food was average, below expectations and the high reviews; the girl at the entrance was untrained/inappropriate; after paying, they offered us a digestif at no extra charge, but then at the bar we were told it had to be paid separately. To top it off, I had a stomach ache all afternoon. Highly discouraged!

16/02/2026: This restaurant is spectacular, both aesthetically and for the service, and (especially) for the cuisine. My husband, I, and our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter had dinner here on Valentine's Day. The dinner was delicious; I think I ate the best uramaki (small balls) of my life. The chef was incredibly kind; he even prepared a special first course for my daughter, orecchiette with tomato sauce, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The first courses were equally spectacular, beautiful in appearance and refined and balanced in flavor. The risotto was delicious, and the wagyu ravioli were delicious. The rosé served was so popular that we even purchased it privately due to its quality, which is now rare for this type of wine. The desserts were the perfect end to the meal, and the salted caramel tart was definitely my favorite. If I really had to find a flaw, I would have really appreciated having a countertop in the bathroom where it was a bit complicated to change my daughter, but since it's not a "family-friendly" restaurant, I understand the lack of one.

01/02/2026: The appetizer and the first three courses were excellent. Unfortunately, the fourth course—a rather basic medium steak with mashed potatoes—was neither offensive nor impressive, and the overall experience started to go downhill from there. The service staff tried their best, but for such an expensive restaurant, the appearance felt somewhat unprofessional. For the first course, we were served by a gentleman who seemed to completely ignore presentation and fine-dining standards. Desserts were absolutely disappointing. My girlfriend was really looking forward to tiramisu, but instead we received a warm, mushy dessert with mulberries that was basically inedible. Overall, the experience was good, but some courses definitely need refinement, and I would honestly remove the desserts from the menu for now. I wouldn’t give this place a Michelin star yet, but there is clear potential for growth.

31/10/2025: This restaurant is truly fantastic. The food is good, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is great. We ate at this restaurant about ten times during a business trip, and the quality is always excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the tempura.

24/10/2025: The food is decent, although you can often smell the oil, even on the rice and spaghetti. Prices are average. The atmosphere is pleasant in the evening, with lights on the tables. You can often smell the fried food, but you eventually get used to it, and in any case, it seems common in this type of restaurant. Recommended.

03/05/2026: Dishonest experience. Recommended checking your order and the receipt before paying. Some friends and I realized we'd eaten a dish we hadn't ordered, but only after paying the bill. The staff didn't inform us they'd given us an extra dish, and after pointing it out, they told us it was our mistake because we'd eaten it, not theirs for serving it. I believe good service is, above all, honest. Mistakes can happen, but communicating them can prevent customer dissatisfaction. If the customer is truly at the center of the service, then it's a good idea. If we'd been told before paying or during the meal that we'd been given an extra dish by mistake, I wouldn't have felt it was a problem to pay for it. But denying, hiding the mistake, and accusing a customer when they ask for clarification is a bit strange. I would also advise the restaurant staff to inform customers in such situations. Inconvenient allergies and intolerances could arise, and that would go far beyond the "I didn't order this dish, why should I pay for it?" argument. We paid, but we won't be returning. We hope you take customer reviews seriously and improve the service. PS: Poor service aside, I don't recommend the sushi here. It's a fusion that covers the flavor of the fish. For Sicily, I expect fresher, more flavorful fish.

Let's start with the positive: the service was pleasant and the staff friendly, although still a bit inexperienced. The sushi was average, with fairly basic options. Nothing memorable, but nothing bad either. The point is that the place has all the makings of a top-notch restaurant: location, aesthetics, and positioning. However, it lacks soul. It's managed in a somewhat basic and understated way compared to its potential. A sincere piece of advice: liven up the place. Even just an elegant DJ set in the background would be enough to create atmosphere and enhance what you already have. As it is, it feels like a wasted opportunity.

Perfect examples include salmon cooked according to the traditional Japanese fishermen's recipe and the wide selection of nigiri, made with exquisite fish varieties that are far removed from the usual offerings found in Italy. The variations with toro (the renowned tuna belly) and wild salmon stand out for their rarity and quality. ​The raw materials are always excellent: the fish is of the highest quality, complemented by genuine certified wagyu, recipes executed to perfection, and service is impeccable to say the least. The staff is highly competent, knows every dish down to the last detail, and offers personalized attention, making every customer feel pampered and satisfied. The attention to detail is also reflected in the dining room layout: unlike many other restaurants, the tables are never too close together. They are large and spacious, even those for two, ensuring all diners the right amount of intimacy and impeccable privacy. The value for money, considering the quality of the menu, the service, and the location, is truly excellent. The venue is ideal for romantic dinners, business meetings, and even group events thanks to the availability of private rooms. The underground parking is also very convenient. 21/04/2026: We arrived at 6:15 PM. The doors were closed. The opening time was listed as 6:00 PM. Inside, we saw staff who definitely noticed us but simply ignored us. They could have at least briefly informed us of the actual opening time. This experience seems to align with the other 1-star reviews. To perhaps reiterate the answer: The website, the restaurant itself, and Google Maps all state 6:00 PM as the opening time. You can therefore decide for yourself whether the rest of the comment is accurate.

18/04/2026: Unfortunately, this thing with the two lunch menus One for €17 and the other for €28, if I'm not mistaken It seems like a rip-off to me. It's not specified outside the restaurant, but only when you're seated. I'm sorry if people on vacation want to overdo it, have lunch with friends, and only get two things. Because the all-you-can-eat menu isn't clearly specified outside (they even rush you to choose four dishes). The food is also normal, nothing to say about "wow." Drinks and desserts are not included in the price.
