He said he'd call the police, but I should have called them myself; you're lucky I didn't. From being curious and trying to ask for information, to being repeatedly and swearing at. I hope your business collapses, you're a horrible person.

13/10/2025: The staff was incredibly kind and attentive: they pointed out that a dessert we'd ordered wasn't halal because of the gelatin, a gesture we greatly appreciated. The roll cake was phenomenal, we'll definitely be back! Edit: We returned and it was as phenomenal as we expected 🥹🤍

The staff is courteous and helpful, ready to accommodate requests very quickly. The menu is very varied, offering both hot and cold options. The quality of the food is good, and the sushi and sashimi are among the best on the market for this type of restaurant. Reservations are always recommended to avoid long waits. Recommended.

12/06/2026: Excellent experience of traditional Japanese cuisine in the city center (just steps from Missori). The dishes are meticulously prepared and of excellent quality; we ordered eggplant and teriyaki chicken as appetizers, and my fish main course was exquisite. I finished the meal with a matcha panna cotta. The service was very attentive, kind, and helpful, and they were happy to explain every detail of the dishes. All in all, a pleasant evening and dinner.

11/06/2026: A warm and friendly welcome, you'll feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. The wonderful Alexandra looked after us throughout the meal, answering our questions thoroughly and providing detailed information about the dishes, which is a real plus if you have allergies. Don't expect sushi and sashimi; here you'll eat authentic Japanese cuisine, family-style. The Japanese curry was a wonderful discovery, more delicate than Indian curry, which perfectly enhances the dishes. Each course was a pleasant surprise for us, and we enjoyed a wonderful journey of flavors. Make sure to reserve a table, otherwise it will be difficult to find a table. You'll have a more than adequate one-hour session, as the service is fast. Prices are higher than an all-you-can-eat option, but the quality of the products is significantly superior and worth the price. Plus, you won't pay the cover charge, which is a common occurrence in Italian restaurants and pizzerias, and it's truly unfortunate. We recommend the amazing fish curry dish, a truly delicious one-pot meal. There's also a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Exceptional panna cotta, delicate and delicious. Everything on the tray you'll be served is carefully and harmoniously arranged, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Bravo!

23/12/2025: I've read complaints about the price in several reviews. I think the cost is absolutely normal, especially for Italy and the type of food. Since they use raw materials (salmon for sushi, good, high-quality tuna), they're meticulously prepared, and the food must be fresh, discarding unsold items. It's perfectly normal to pay significant amounts. I had two portions of Philadelphia sushi and a pasta dish. I spent €35, and it's absolutely acceptable. In another restaurant for the same amount, I would have had pizza, water/soft drink, and dessert for around €25-30. So the price is within normal limits. Fresh, good food, as well as its preparation, costs money. That's the reality. As for problems with cooking and the food itself, I'll just say that it can happen. We all make mistakes. The important thing is to recognize that it's human to make mistakes and not get angry. It's happened to me a few times, to receive the wrong dishes or to wait hours... personally, I didn't get angry. Amen. It happens people.

21/02/2026: Yumè has always been a reliable choice in the city. The sushi is truly good, fresh, and very flavorful. The all-you-can-eat option, while not cheap (€38 per person), is incredibly interesting because they don't serve you full plates, but rather smaller portions, so I was able to try a bit of everything. Here's a list of the things I DIDN'T like: - the miso soup: TERRIBLE, it tasted metallic and like dirty water, and it needs a complete overhaul. - the RAMEN, also with an extremely unpleasant-tasting broth. - the staff: aside from the girls, who were truly lovely, the guy who served most of our dishes kept putting his finger in his plate (in defiance of HACCP regulations). He did the same thing when opening the bottle of wine, which he also opened incorrectly. For these reasons, especially the last one, I can't give it 5 stars, even though the food was truly top-notch. I hope they can improve the service; I'm confident!

13/01/2026: It's like going to dinner with friends; you immediately feel at home. The service is impeccable and very friendly, the food is phenomenal—it's hard to find sushi made like Bento's. It's now become a regular stop when we pass through Brindisi.

Everything was carefully prepared, from the service to the presentation. Highly recommended! The only flaw was the rice, which was perhaps a little undercooked; otherwise, everything was perfect.
