05/10/2025: I was extremely satisfied with my dinner at Sushi Top in Sarzana. The restaurant, located on Viale 25 Aprile, is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with modern decor and comfortable sofas.
The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful, effectively managing the often crowded restaurant.
The all-you-can-eat menu is varied and of excellent quality. The fish is fresh, and the dishes include not only classics but also creative twists. I highly recommend trying the specialty rolls. The value is excellent, a culinary experience worth a visit. I will definitely be back!

20/11/2025: Overall, this Japanese restaurant is different from the usual all-you-can-eat restaurants you're used to... the atmosphere is elegant and quiet... the service is good... the prices are a bit high... if I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back.
06/11/2025: We went on Saturday, November 1st, by reservation.
The atmosphere is very beautiful and clean; the staff is truly efficient and knowledgeable.
The food: we had rolls, five dishes for two people, all different, and all very good and tasty.
I found the rolls, in my opinion, a bit small compared to average, and, unfortunately, after five dishes we weren't quite full.
We stopped for the prices: they are in line with average prices; you have to be prepared to spend more than your hypothetical budget for the evening.
In summary: five plates of rolls (20 pieces each) + two Japanese beers = €84.
They offered us a free liqueur at the end of the dinner.
Personally, I recommend it; you have to be prepared to spend a little more.

22/10/2025: Fantastic restaurant.
I stopped for lunch and ordered the cirashi menu. They served miso soup, fried fish, rice, salad, and cirashi on the side.
The fish was very good quality and very thickly sliced. The lady serving the tables was lovely, and the restaurant was clean.
EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. With the menu, water, and coffee, I spent €15 and left feeling very full.
Nothing to say, I'll definitely be back.

24/10/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for dinner. The sushi was delicious and freshly prepared. The menu is extensive, and all allergens are clearly listed. The atmosphere was very pleasant and decorated in a typically Asian style. The service was attentive and friendly. The price/performance ratio was excellent.

12/10/2025: Excellent Japanese/Asian restaurant, perhaps the best in Turin. Delicate and creative dishes with high quality. Prices are rightly a little high, but the delicacies are...expensive. The only flaw (negligible) is the place...a little spartan and quite noisy...but why is it always full?

We ate at this restaurant about ten times during a business trip, and the quality is always excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the tempura.
24/10/2025: The food is decent, although you can often smell the oil, even on the rice and spaghetti. Prices are average. The atmosphere is pleasant in the evening, with lights on the tables. You can often smell the fried food, but you eventually get used to it, and in any case, it seems common in this type of restaurant. Recommended.

09/11/2025: Very nice place and truly excellent Chinese/Japanese dishes. Service is quick, courteous, and professional. Sashimi is always plentiful. The spring rolls are truly special.
Parking isn't always easy.
Prices are slightly below average.

The staff is very friendly.
Every dish is delicious: for dinner, I recommend the tasting menu.
A dish I absolutely must order is the potato salad, delicious.
Prices are in line with the area and quality.
