18/10/2025: I had read about the restaurant on the Michelin Guide and reserved a table for 10 friday evening. The service, wine-selection and food was excellent. We shared 8 starters and each of us had a main course and a dessert. Try this place when you are in Cagliari… Love from Denmark🇩🇰

05/10/2025: The restaurant is only open a few hours a day. The food is excellent...the prices are reasonable...for the people. I stumbled upon it by accident and I think it was worth it. During my nine-day stay in Gagliari, I visited it a second time :) They didn't just get a Michelin star. They fully deserve it. The tiramisu made live is amazing!

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

10/11/2025: It was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back if we ever pass through Biella again. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the first course, fantastic risotto, and a delicious second course. The menu was well-researched and the pairings were unusual. The wine list is also extensive, perfect for connoisseurs!

24/10/2025: Small but very cute place, very fast service. As soon as you walk in, the smell of old-fashioned pizza wafts through you. Very good pizzas, especially light and crispy, even on the bottom. The selection of beers and desserts is also good. Priced right. Definitely worth trying again. Well done everyone.

The restaurant is bright and pleasant, and the service was attentive and friendly. The only thing that left me perplexed was the management of the main courses: they were served at different times, and I find it unfair that one person starts eating while the other waits. The coordination in the kitchen could be improved. That said, I left completely satisfied.

Care, technique, and heart go into every bite. Leading this symphony of flavors are chef Adriano Perito and his wonderful wife Francesca, true guardians of hospitality and gastronomic elegance. Thank you so much for making this day an unforgettable memory. I'll be back soon... and with a big appetite!

01/09/2025: A super friendly welcome! They were even allowed to store our e-bikes inside; they didn't want us to leave them outside. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and they helped us make our choice without being pushy. Fantastic!

08/10/2025: The property is immaculately maintained, the service impeccable (our room was cleaned twice a day), and the breakfast was varied and plentiful, with the option of à la carte dining. The location is excellent, and guests can enjoy the spa at the Bivio Hotel, just steps away. Even our furry four-legged friend was treated like royalty.

02/11/2025: Superb service! Incredibile steak! You need to ignore the surrounding industrial business quasi quarry look of the area this little gem is in. But once you manage to get passed the machinery and mounds of silicates piled high you will be rewarded with perhaps some of the best steaks in bologna. What really stands out is the eccellete job that is done in sourcing beef from around the world and locally as well as the aging process and attention given to the meat. We had the lasagna which was phenomenal it had a meat sauce that was a bit chunky made from meat that had bee Cooked on coals and slightly smoked. It was like no other lasagna I had ever tasted! Then moved on to a black angus t bone from Italy cooked perfectly! Highly recommended 👌

09/11/2025: I've been coming here a long time, especially for business lunches: the menu is always varied, with highly refined dishes and unusual pairings, but always delicious. For those who want a business lunch with a menu that's not ordinary. Excellent value for money.

08/11/2025: If you're looking for something different, this is the place for you! The pizza and sushi are very unique and delicious. We tried this place since we were in the area, intrigued by the photos and description. The pizza is very light and offers both classic and exotic flavors, which sets it apart from the "already seen" ones. The only downside is that it's perhaps a little small, but that way you can also try their specialty meat or fish sushi. The prices are slightly above average, but the ingredients are top-quality. The desserts are also delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming; we appreciated the owner, who took a few minutes to describe the pizzas and the uniqueness of the place.
