04/10/2025: Overall, a very positive experience. The fish was truly excellent, expertly and tastefully cooked by the chef. The restaurant is bright and pleasant, and the service was attentive and friendly. The only thing that left me perplexed was the management of the main courses: they were served at different times, and I find it unfair that one person starts eating while the other waits. The coordination in the kitchen could be improved. That said, I left completely satisfied.

At the _Con Gusto_ restaurant, warmly welcomed by Piera and Ivan, I discovered a corner of excellence where passion for cooking shines through in every detail. 👨‍🍳 Danilo, an emerging and surprisingly talented chef, created a truly applause-worthy lobster: a dish you don't just eat, you contemplate. Care, technique, and heart go into every bite. Leading this symphony of flavors are chef Adriano Perito and his wonderful wife Francesca, true guardians of hospitality and gastronomic elegance. Thank you so much for making this day an unforgettable memory. I'll be back soon... and with a big appetite!

07/02/2026: We came here thanks to a Smartbox lunch, and from the moment we spoke to Alessandra, I noticed a great deal of helpfulness and kindness. I explained to Alessandra that I don't eat meat, and she and her staff prepared a meat-free menu. The dishes were very satisfying: beautiful to look at and very tasty. The place is very clean and well-kept. The staff is super friendly. We will definitely be back.

The food was all delicious, the risotto and Chianina carpaccio were exceptional, and the welcome and service were equally exceptional. You can tell everything is done with passion and respect. We felt welcomed, pampered, and at home, in a warm and caring atmosphere. The attention and dedication shown in organizing the decorations were extraordinary: every detail exuded love, passion, and great professionalism. Carola and Enrico are special people, possessing a rare kindness, always present and attentive to making every moment perfect. The elegance of the venue, combined with a sincere welcome, created the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable day. An experience that will remain in our hearts and that we recommend to anyone who wants to celebrate an important moment while feeling truly at home.

08/01/2026: A truly outstanding African dining experience. The best injera I’ve tasted outside of Ethiopia. The food was unique and deeply memorable, the staff were wonderful, and the prices were very reasonable. A meal that genuinely brought back memories of traveling through Africa.

12/11/2025: A unique experience, absolutely worth trying, especially if you go to the small dining room where you eat on the floor and with your hands (I recommend booking because it's worth it). The waitress is incredibly kind and always smiling; it's a pleasure to watch her wander from table to table. The dishes are delicious and you can taste they're expertly prepared. I highly recommend them!!

18/12/2025: A superb seafood dinner. We chose the tasting menu, which was a surprise and discovery with every bite... an absolute pleasure for the palate! Not to mention the wine paired with each course, perfectly paired and of superior quality. A total of 10+, definitely the best place to eat seafood in the Biella area and the surrounding area. Congratulations!

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

14/01/2026: A friendly welcome in an otherwise cold place. Shortly after we ordered, we received dishes that were not "warmed up" enough and had poor taste. Both wines were below par. For the quality we received, the price was almost too high. Sad for the social unit.

A total disappointment with this place: it smells of fried food, beer served in a plastic cup, burger served on a paper plate, fries, forget it, burger was decent, nothing special, sauces, forget it again. 08/10/2025: The property is immaculately maintained, the service impeccable (our room was cleaned twice a day), and the breakfast was varied and plentiful, with the option of à la carte dining. The location is excellent, and guests can enjoy the spa at the Bivio Hotel, just steps away. Even our furry four-legged friend was treated like royalty.

The atmosphere was friendly, the waiters helpful, the service good, albeit slow...but I can understand why. Excellent value for money. Spectacular desserts, which rounded off an EXCELLENT DINNER.
