03/08/2025: Very tasty hamburgers and friendly service. Pleasant atmosphere.

26/07/2025: We have been coming to Bamburger for the burgers for several years now. The burgers are simply excellent, fresh and juicy. There are very nice extras too, cider, fresh apple juice, and freshly made chips. Sometimes they have live music, which is lovely too.

20/07/2025: Dinner for two: white wine, bruschetta with Liptauer cheese and creamed cod (a surefire hit, it's delicious). I had these gnocchi with goulash (very tender and flavorful meat), while my partner had lasagna with mushrooms and shrimp. Everything was delicious, but I already knew that because it's so popular with locals. Definitely worth trying again and again!

16/07/2025: Osteria Sociale is a place where you can feel at home, free from etiquette and formality, and focused on the essentials. The atmosphere is simple, so you won't find yourself in a restaurant but rather a true osteria. The dishes are well-prepared with authentic flavors and moderate prices.

Unica pecca il tempo trascorso tra il servizio del primo e del secondo, troppo lungo. Detto questo ci torneremo molto volentieri. Prezzo corretto.

24/06/2025: We tried three different types of mussels and they were all really good: very fresh, well cooked and full of flavour. The octopus was a very pleasant surprise – tender, fresh and perfectly prepared. The yogurt sauce gave it a light and balanced touch, making the dish refined but at the same time tasty. Accompanied by a good glass of white wine, it was a truly enjoyable dinner. The desserts also proved to be up to the rest of the meal: well presented, delicious and prepared with care. A round of applause also to the staff: kind, helpful and at the same time very professional. Attentive and friendly service, which really makes the difference. Congratulations!

01/05/2025: Il ristorante, situato nel cuore di Pistoia, è curato nei minimi dettagli. Il personale si distingue per la sua accoglienza e professionalità. Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di assaporare numerose pietanze, tra cui le cozze, che si sono rivelate particolarmente eccellenti. Oltre alla specialità delle cozze preparate in molteplici modi, il menù offre un’ampia selezione di piatti a base di pesce sempre di alta qualità e alcune opzioni dedicate agli amanti della carne. La qualità del cibo è ottima e la carta dei vini propone una vasta scelta proveniente da cantine rinomate. Raccomando vivamente questo ristorante per qualsiasi occasione, sia pranzo che cena. Saremo lieti di tornarvi nuovamente.

04/07/2025: Everything is good except the cuisine, which tries to imitate the best restaurants: unfortunately, putting small portions on beautiful plates is not enough to create great cuisine. The dishes are generally flavorless.

05/06/2025: Prezzi quasi da ristorante stellato, ma la qualità è ancora lontana da quei livelli. Alcuni piatti sono ottimi (come lo spaghetto alle cozze), altri belli ma poco saporiti (come la triglia di oriente), nessuno geniale o sorprendente. Servizio un po' caotico e macchinoso, formale ma non particolarmente attento a captare le esigenze dei clienti. La cosa più strana è che i camerieri non presentavano i piatti che ci stavano servendo, e quando chiedevamo spiegazioni non sapevano rispondere adeguatamente; quindi non sapevamo cosa stessimo mangiando, anche perché i menù pubblicati sul sito sono completamente diversi da quelli che ci sono stati proposti. Bravo il sommelier, che propone una carta adeguata per varietà, ricerca sul territorio e abbinamenti. Terrazza panoramica, ma con vista sul terminal dei traghetti. Conto finale di 140 euro per chi aveva preso il menù degustazione e sui 75 euro per chi aveva mangiato à la carte, quindi consiglio questa seconda opzione.

15/08/2025: A wonderful stop in Città della Pieve, at this restaurant that exudes the flavor of old-fashioned trattorias, thanks to the expert hands of chef and owner Cristian and his all-female staff, Martina and Jessica. The Chianina beef tartare with capers and Dijon mustard is excellent, as is the saffron risotto (superb), the pappa al pomodoro (tomato soup), and the revisited pici all'aglione (a garlic-filled pasta) with burrata ragù. The tagliatelle with white ragù and the tagliata (a sliced steak) are also delicious, all made with top-quality ingredients, and you can taste it... A special award goes to the pure Ciliegiolo sparkling wine, a true gem, as is the entire wine list, featuring niche labels that offer those who appreciate every corner of the wonderful world of this area's wines. Cristian is truly an excellent host; it was lovely to spend time with him talking about wine and related stories. It was truly a magnificent experience in a location that leaves much more than just a satisfying palate. To return and return...

07/08/2025: What a wonderful time shared with friends! The chef welcomed us and also spoke French. A very friendly and skilled chef, he works with fresh, local produce. His advice for food and wine pairings is perfect! We discovered some quality Italian wines from the region. Varied menu. Personally, it was a delight! A beautiful view from the terrace with the sunset!

08/05/2025: Everything was perfect… wellness, cuisine, friendliness and professionalism! You feel welcome and very comfortable as a guest. The hotel is an experience, a great combination of old and new while incorporating nature. A highlight is the 30 degree outdoor pool, which can be used even in bad weather. The kitchen is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly!

06/08/2025: First of all: that view from the terrace is fantastic. A beautiful environment to dine in. The menu is full of interesting options and all of the dishes I tried were well balanced and tasty. You can tell that some real thought has gone into this menu and the chef's passion for a delicate touch of predominantly Asian flavours comes through, while the food remains light and not spicy. The restaurant is a small detour off the main route between Aosta and Milan and I conveniently stopped for dinner as I returned towards Milan. Beware of Google maps unnecessarily taking you down some very narrow streets to get there!

24/06/2025: We ate there yesterday, pizza and salad. The food was okay, but the bill was a rip-off. We paid €3.50 per person for bread and coperto, PLUS €8.00 for fettuccine. I asked the waiter about the €8, and he said it was for the oil (olio) for the bread! Italian friends said it was a rip-off. It's a shame. We're staying here for four weeks this year and next year... One experience like this is enough, unfortunately.

23/06/2025: We had an excellent meal here during our stay in Greve. For us, it was the best food for miles around. Very attentive staff, great wine, and the view of the piazza is, of course, a highlight. Highly recommended!

14/08/2025: My mother and I stopped for lunch to have sushi, as it's the only restaurant in Livigno that offers it on the menu. The waitresses were incredibly welcoming, and the food was impeccable. We've never had sushi this good in our entire lives. We'll definitely be back.

30/07/2025: Sono stato con un amico, abbiamo preso una costata di Polacca da 1,3KG + contorni come cicoria e funghi cardoncelli, il vino lo ha selezionato Marco e come sempre è stata un'ottima scelta (un cabernet meraviglioso). Ottimi anche i dolci, l'amarena fabbri affumicata con gelato top estivo.

08/08/2025: Very expensive compared to other options nearby. The food was okay but not great, the portions were somewhat small, and the food came out lukewarm and very fast. The service however was very poor, it was difficult to get a waiter, we were not given a wine list to begin with and, after we requested a list and asked for a bottle (of which 4 of the listed bottles were unavailable), it never arrived. This was removed from the bill, though. The manager explained when we paid that they were very busy that night, however, I wouldn't recommend this. I've read this is popular with locals, but as a tourist, this wasn't a good experience. Reading other reviews, I think we perhaps just got unlucky.
