19/03/2026: Paella with fregola, fantastic. The staff was professional, helpful with the wine selection, and knowledgeable about the quality. We'll be back!!!

12/03/2026: Tasty, high-quality food, typical Sardinian but above all original in its combinations. The wait wasn't long at all; even though I went on a Saturday for dinner, I ate my order almost immediately. The prices are commensurate with the quality of the food and the service provided. The place is very welcoming, intimate, and warm, although a little difficult to find for non-locals...you have to park your car and walk part of the way (over cobblestones) because it's located in a narrow alley.

06/01/2026: I've been coming back to this place for years. Despite my food intolerances, I always manage to find something suitable. The atmosphere is magical, romantic, and cozy, with the charm of a mountain retreat but with style and class. The prices are absolutely justified by the quality of the experience. The outdoor location, atop the hill, is simply breathtaking, surrounded by mountains. Returning is always a pleasure, and I always recommend it to our guests.

13/03/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant, top-notch location. The seafood carbonara was truly superb, plated with exemplary care. The gnocchi were delicious. All the pasta was incredibly fresh. They have a wonderful wine selection, truly something for all tastes. A place I will definitely return to. Step inside and you'll find peace. Well done, congratulations.

02/03/2026: We finally tried Amerini Pesce Fritto e Bollicine, and we're wondering how we didn't discover it sooner! The restaurant is very well-kept, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a relaxing dinner featuring seafood and excellent sparkling wine. The service is attentive, fast, and professional: right from the start, we felt like they were taking great care of us, even in the pairing suggestions. We dined from appetizer to dessert, and every dish confirmed the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The trio of tartares (tuna, salmon, and sea bass) was incredibly fresh and well-balanced; the creamed cod with white truffle cream was truly amazing; the seafood salad was fragrant and flavorful. Among the first courses, it's impossible not to mention the spaghetti with sea urchins, intense and full of flavor; the pici with crab meat and chopped pistachios, perfectly balanced; and the gnocchi with octopus, burrata, and white truffle cream, enveloping and delicious. The burrata with shellfish and calamari was also excellent. The mixed fried fish deserves a special mention: light, dry, and crispy, among the best we've tried. The desserts were worthy of the rest of the dinner: chocolate cigars, profiteroles, and zuppa inglese were truly exquisite. The prices are absolutely average for a seafood restaurant, but more than fair considering the quality and generous portions. A restaurant that combines quality, technique, and passion. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

EDIT: Since the initial review from 7 years ago, the restaurant has now been acquired by Cigierre. It's practically become a franchise. The all-you-can-eat concept isn't what you might think, because some dishes can only be ordered once. Always great service, the restaurant has been renovated with a varied menu for all tastes. 14/09/2025: My little daughter (3) urgently needed to go to the bathroom, so I politely asked the young waitress if I could briefly go with my daughter. She smiled at me and asked if I wanted a drink. I said no, just the restroom, please. She nodded, and we went. When we got there, there was a code lock with a note saying the code would be on the bill. I went back to the waitress and asked for a code, and she asked me again if I wanted a drink, grinning stupidly. That's not how you treat small children! In any case, you'll never see us as paying customers -> minus 5 stars.

03/09/2025: The food isn't great, the place is nice. Let's just say that if you want something quick, you can try it, or you can definitely find something better. Just cross the street and across the street is the much better Cadilac. I recommend crossing the street, trust me.

14/09/2025: Recently visited this charming little bar located conveniently near the University of Messina. As expected for the area, you'll find plenty of students frequenting this spot, creating a lively academic atmosphere. Space & Seating: The bar is quite compact with limited seating, so if you're planning to visit with a larger group, I'd recommend arriving early or being prepared to wait. During daytime hours, the outdoor seating can get quite sunny, making indoor spots more comfortable. Service & Staff: The service was pleasant, with friendly male and female bartenders who were professional and accommodating throughout my visit. I ordered the Crema di Caffè with Panna, which offered good value for money in terms of both quality and portion size. While it was enjoyable and reasonably priced, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best Crema di Caffè you'll find in Messina – but certainly worth trying. Overall: A decent neighborhood spot that's definitely worth a try if you're walking through this area of Messina. While it has some limitations in terms of space and the sweetness level of certain items, the friendly service and reasonable prices make it a solid choice for a quick coffee break, especially if you're in the university district. Recommended for: Students, coffee lovers, quick stops, solo visits

29/03/2026: We were there a week ago. We had pizza and, to start, a fried vegetable. Everything was very good, especially the fried food. Good service. The only downside, but it's justifiable, as on Saturdays the place is packed, was the noise from people talking loudly.

16/02/2026: I went to this place a few nights ago for dinner with other couples, all young people. Excellent value for money, good food from appetizers to desserts. The pizza is good, but I recommend trying the meat dish because it's really worth it. A charming place for dinner with friends or family; I'll definitely be back.
