16/04/2025: At dinner with friends, (5) had 8 dishes, 3 starters, 3 first courses and 2 second courses. The starters were good, the first ones were tagliolini with cuttlefish ink "without infamy and without praise", the pici with crab and chopped pistachios, totally tasteless, the other first course was very good. For seconds I expected better especially the "Amerini fry". Price, the price/quality ratio is too high.

27/02/2025: Central location in the village. Excellent food quality. Compared to other restaurants in the area much more expensive. 1 starter divided for four, 1 bottle of wine and 1 dish each €47 each. Very well looked after place, shame about the disco bar music in the background which takes away any romantic and convivial effect of the classic dinner. Sommelier available who in our case was even too exhaustive with 10 minutes of explanation after having said that we were not connoisseurs, on the contrary... If it wasn't for the music and an out of market price I would go back!!

25/02/2025: Excellent restaurant, friendly and knowledgeable staff in explaining the wines and dishes. They don't have a wine list but they take you directly to their cellar to choose which I think is a strong point... Particular menu, perhaps I dared to choose the rice creamed with beetroot and prawns which in the long run I wasn't able to finish, the top quality ingredients are noticeable. The platter of local cheeses and cured meats is excellent! All in an atmosphere that is not too serious and makes you feel at ease throughout the dinner.

12/04/2025: All delicious, dishes carefully prepared and prepared with love. We tried an appetizer and a second course each and all the dishes were excellent. In particular, the acevichada remained in my heart, which I found to be of a very high standard. The pisco sours we dined with were also excellent. We will definitely return to try other dishes. Interesting is the à la carte lunch offer with a 50% discount or low-cost formulas and also the aperitif evening on Tuesday, outside in the garden.

27/03/2025: Best Peruvian restaurant tried so far in Florence. Inside you can clearly feel the Peruvian atmosphere, helpful and competent waiters, exquisite food. They immediately welcome you with appetizers and typical sauces. Afterwards, most dishes are generous in portions. We went several times, even with the whole family.

16/03/2025: I'm sorry to give this opinion because overall we liked the atmosphere, the service was friendly and fast and in general we ate well. However, bad luck fell to my mother who ordered one and only dish (the sea bass with polenta) which unfortunately arrived completely cold inside. It looked like a dish that they had prepared in advance (and it can be okay if you have a lot of preparations to prepare things in advance) and then reheated when serving, too bad it wasn't reheated properly! We reported it to the waiter who told us he would send the OWNER to the table, too bad that this OWNER didn't even show up when paying the bill at the cash register. In response, we were told by the dining room manager that she didn't know anything and that she couldn't do anything to fix it (FOR EXAMPLE DISCOUNTING A COMPLETELY WRONG DISH) because she wasn't the owner and that she was busy in the kitchen. If you have a business and there is a problem with customers, you, the OWNER, show up and try to solve the problem, our opinion. So I'm sorry, given the high level of the restaurant, that you made such a poor impression. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

04/04/2025: At the Dish restaurant you can choose to eat the best pizza in Rome or fish and meat... what you eat doesn't disappoint you at all!! The service is excellent and the environment is always comfortable and on some days of the week you can also enjoy the piano bar 5ATELLE??? AT LEAST 10 stars ARE NOT ENOUGH!!
