12/08/2026: The location is very nice, even if a bit isolated. We went for a lunch menu in August and were the only guests in the entire restaurant.
The menu didn't win me over enough to return for the full dinner menu. Their "pale" (sliced pork shoulder) was particularly recommended as an accompaniment to the menu. We ordered the "pale" (sliced pork shoulder) al Barolo, which was truly generous (the size of a pizza and filled us up almost immediately, plus the sausage al Barolo was dry and not very tasty).
The lunch menu costs about €30 per person for two dishes and a shared water and coffee.
The dishes were plentiful, and unfortunately we couldn't finish them all. My least favorite was the braised beef, which wasn't very clean and had a lot of collagen. The fried fish was also so-so; we would have liked it accompanied by a sour or spicy sauce to tone down the fried food. The eggplant parmigiana was way too much and covered in so much cheese, but the veal with tuna sauce was good.
Overall, I wouldn't give it more than a 7.5.
The service was attentive but a bit stuffy for my taste.

17/02/2026: It's always a guarantee. We had a mixed seafood appetizer and spaghetti with clams, and to finish, strawberries with cream and apple in Strega sauce. Everything was delicious.
I went back today for lunch. It's always a guarantee. We had two appetizers, two first courses, a fried dish, water, dessert, and coffee. Everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

08/08/2026: We ate really well, but the location is definitely another strong point: spectacular, right in front of the Emperor's Castle.
The real difference, however, was made by Silvia, the waitress who served us. We have a one-year-old daughter, and Silvia treated her with truly special attention: she could sense what I needed even before I asked. She was attentive, kind, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcomed and at ease.
It's those little touches that make the difference and transform a simple dinner into a wonderful experience. A person like that deserves to be recognized...
Congratulations to Silvia and the entire staff! We'll definitely be back. ❤️

I personally recommend it because, after years, finally a place in Bibione for all ages and every occasion that stays open past 10:00 PM!

21/07/2026: Simply a perfect experience! The sushi was top-quality, the fish was incredibly fresh, and the dishes were prepared with attention to every detail.
A special thanks goes to Chiara, who was exceptional: always smiling, extremely kind, professional, and attentive to our every need. She made our dinner even more enjoyable with her helpfulness and friendliness.
Without a doubt, one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone.

07/04/2026: Dishonest from start to finish. Let's start with the fact that we entered reading the sign outside: "BUSINESS LUNCH €12.90."
After ordering room-temperature water, we were given ice-cold water. We ordered a first course and were only then told that the business menu was €15.90 and that they needed to change the sign outside.
After waiting 20 minutes, the first course arrived (good), and only then, after expressly requesting it, did the bread and cheese arrive.
We skipped ordering a second course, and after waiting another 15 minutes, we had to call the waiter to order coffee.
Last but not least, after specifically requesting an invoice, we were given a receipt...
And for three first courses (tagliatelle with meat sauce), 1 liter of water, and a coffee, we spent €45.50.
Finally, the owner was excessively insistent in offering dishes and wines we hadn't requested.
Since we were there for work, we had an hour and a budget to stick to.
I don't recommend it for lunch.

The first courses were delicious! The mixed grill was very good, the baked potatoes were perfect, and the desserts are a must-try!
Everything is homemade and it shows.

A trattoria surrounded by greenery where Romagna tradition reigns supreme, from authentic flavors to expertly prepared pasta. We started with piadina, cured meats, and crostini, then enjoyed the excellent stuffed pasta: cappelletti with ragù and ravioli with arugula pesto, both truly excellent.
A rustic and welcoming atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and attentive service. A place where you can eat well, in abundance, and at a price absolutely in line with the quality.

21/06/2026: On a friend's recommendation, we dined at Buca dei Sabini this evening. We were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious, light and generous, with quality toppings.
The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, simple, and simple. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The menu prices were very reasonable.
Next time, we'll have fish or meat.

10/08/2026: It was embarrassing to eat at this restaurant. There were four of us. I started exploring the buffet when I stopped to get some oysters, which I got three of. I felt the eyes of a waiter pointed at me, an angry look, I didn't understand. I should point out that the others didn't eat oysters. Later, I got up to get something else and stopped to get some oysters, when a waitress approached and told me that I shouldn't have taken them because I had gotten three the first time. I sank, even worse when she told me that I had to leave the oyster I had put on my plate, which I did. I immediately understood why I was targeted the first time. Besides, since there were four of us, we could have gotten eight oysters. Now I wonder, do you pay more than 30 euros per person to be checked for what you eat? Being rude and having an oyster left off your plate is just plain squalid. Gentlemen, a course in good manners when dealing with people wouldn't hurt. Never again.

24/08/2026: The food was good and quite nicely presented, but unfortunately, the portions were really insufficient considering the price. We finished our plates in barely 10 minutes and left feeling like we hadn't really eaten.
The service also needs improvement. One of the waiters was friendly, but the other's attitude was frankly unacceptable; he spoke poorly and in Italian, even though we didn't speak it.
Finally, a major negative point was the seating: they seemed to systematically seat customers at a table no one wanted, located right next to a ventilation duct blowing hot air. We asked to be seated elsewhere since other tables were available, but this was clearly not well received.
This restaurant is clearly in it for the money, not for ensuring a good customer experience. It's a shame because the food is good and the presentation is nice, but given the price, the overall experience is clearly disappointing.
