27/03/2025: By far one of the most memorable experiences from our trip to Murano. Staff was friendly, helpful, and amazingly welcoming. Food was fantastic and so glad we made this stop on our trip.
14/03/2025: Personally I think it is the best restaurant in Murano. excellent portions without compromising quality!! The management has recently changed but has kept the best possible team in the kitchen and dining room unchanged!!! now that the summer is starting it is possible to take advantage of the splendid pier with a view of the grand canal of murano.... I recommend it to everyone, truly exceptional

22/11/2024: Very special, individually and lovingly managed gourmet hotel. A must for every foodie outside of the mainstream star eating. Book La Fuga with Mattia Baroni and enjoy the house bottling in a double liter bottle, unfiltered and spontaneously fermented 💫
15/11/2024: I was super satisfied! The best service I have ever experienced. High quality, delicious food (especially the breakfast!) and a beautiful view of the mountains. The wellness offer was very professional and wide-ranging with a focus on detox. The spa manager Milo knows what he is talking about and gave me great advice. Lots of great hiking opportunities for beginners to professionals. The employees take care of every concern, even the boss is always visible and super friendly and helpful. This gives a nice, familiar and cozy feeling.
For me an 11 out of 10 and I would love to come back any time! Thank you for the lovely time

Friendly and helpful staff, elegant venue, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food.
Kitchen with a view, very comfortable sofas and armchairs, prices that match what you eat!
The fish is presented beautifully, full of flavors and smells!
The waiters were very helpful in offering advice.
If you go for dinner you have to book, I was there for lunch and you don't need a reservation, you can usually find a place!
Easily reachable from Via Veneto on foot, otherwise Ludovisi parking is very close or on the road for a fee.
The only note is that the tables are very close together and there is little privacy between one table and another.
For the rest nothing to say, it also offers many healthy options!

22/02/2025: First time in the restaurant, beautiful furnishings but not very large spaces, I would say to give up some place settings for greater comfort... The choice falls on the complete appetizer (raw, cold and hot), in addition we take some oysters and we are not told that two of them are still included in the appetizer, a little lightheartedness on the part of the staff. The raw materials are of excellent quality but all things considered, there isn't a dish that has stuck in our minds. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu and maybe get a better idea.

There are 3 of us, we ask if we can eat a sandwich (9pm semi-full bar) and they tell us yes, so we sit outside... and after 5 minutes the waitress arrives and tells us that they don't serve outside. So we propose to go get them ourselves and the waitress pretends not to hear and greets us. In disbelief, we're leaving..(if this is the desire to work you have...shut up, it's better). It was 9pm, you told us we could eat and then you sent the waitress out to say that you only serve inside!!!

I've only been twice, but as soon as I have the opportunity I will gladly return, both for the pleasure of tasting fabulous dishes, but also for the kindness and courtesy of the guy in the dining room.!!!

08/03/2025: A qualche centinaio di metri dall’uscita della E45 su un ameno poggio si trova questo hotel con annesso ristorante. Location fantastica con arredamento molto elegante con volte in mattoni e tavoli ben distanziati. L’eleganza dell’ambiente si sposa con quello dei piatti. Abbiamo provato il percorso Elemento con un tenerissimo maialino con azzeccato abbinamento con porri. Eccezionali i fusilloni cacio e pepe che si sposano perfettamente con la dolcezza della pera arrostita. Gustoso anche se non tenerissimo l’agnello alla liquirizia e sfoglia di patate. Un trionfo finale la mela cotta e gelato alla cannella. Servizio affabile e professionale. Vale veramente una deviazione e una sosta rilassante e appagante. Complimenti ci avete regalato una magnifica serata.

20/03/2025: I came across this restaurant with a work colleague last week. We ate very well, an excellent appetizer of local cold cuts and cheeses, then a trio of first courses typical of the area and a goulash. It was all delicious. Also the impeccable service and the price consistent with the offer. The waiter was really friendly, after dinner we stopped for a while at the counter and had a nice chat. Very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we come this way.
