14/03/2026: This is my little family favorite restaurant in the world. Atmosphere and food is amazing, I can't describe how good it is. The whole staff ia very warm and makes it a huge lovely experience. Unique and fresh dishes.

19/04/2026: I had very high expectations for this place because it had been recommended by several people. The space is spacious and bright, pleasant and well-maintained, but they chose to fill it with so many tables that the waiters struggled to get between the chairs in some places and ended up bumping into them several times during the meal.
The pizza I ordered was served with a topping I really disliked (and which wasn't mentioned on the menu). I wasn't provided with a receipt when paying.
Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

25/04/2026: We came for dinner on a Sunday. The service was extremely slow, even for the raw appetizers, and the staff, when the long wait was pointed out, was very rude. The food was average.
14/04/2026: Excellent dinner. We ordered a frico with lard to share, and then I ordered the rib-eye steak with potatoes. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced.
Nice atmosphere inside.

16/05/2026: After so many people recommended Fermento to me, I finally had the chance to try it, and I have to say it was absolutely worth it. They create exceptional products. Their brioches are next-level, and their focaccia is incredible.
Next time, I absolutely must try their bread.
The counter staff was also cheerful and super helpful, especially Fationa. Kudos to the entire staff!
Highly recommended.
11/04/2026: Master bakers and leavened pastry chefs create exclusive products crafted by expert hands with in-depth research into the raw materials. The selection is also extensive in puff pastry, where the in-depth development of a product I would define as niche is evident.

15/05/2026: The restaurant's almost glamorous feel is tempered by vernacular touches in its furnishings and architectural features. It's a large space, suitable for large groups, but it's also possible to reserve a private, quiet area. The pizzeria is connected to the Cial de Brenta restaurant, and customers receive two menus: the pizzeria menu and the restaurant menu. The service is impeccable, and the staff is friendly and prompt. But if you're looking for a good pizza, you've come to the wrong place: there's no respect for authentic Neapolitan pizza protocol. The pizza is served as a hard, overcooked, and flat crust. There's some doubt about the dough's rising times.
