06/05/2026: A quaint restaurant with outdoor seating and a view of the beautiful Lake Barcis, which wasn't up to its usual level when we had lunch here yesterday, so it didn't quite reflect its true beauty! The menu is varied and appealing; try the sardines in saor, truly delicious! The other dishes are excellent, fried with care and using clean oil. Service is provided by a young, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. All washed down with a glass of house Friulano from the excellent cellar. It's a good idea to hang out with and support these young people who keep these beautiful places alive with their businesses. Keep up the good work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

30/03/2026: Excellent food, despite the takeout option. Often, the quality is compromised when it's brought home, but in this case, it's always freshly baked! Very attentive service, and if there are significant delays, which can happen, they apologize by giving you a free gift or adding portions of fries. I recommend preparing something for celiacs as well, as their mixed grill is amazing, and missing out on serving those who have this problem due to cross-contamination is a shame. In the end, just a few simple measures are enough to expand your clientele without excluding anyone.

The atmosphere is undefinable, unkempt, and the decor is unlikely to be suitable for such a setting. The food, I can't say absolutely bad, but I can't define it. The empty atmosphere, smelling of disinfectant, and a shabby menu written on a chalkboard, sometimes indecipherable, certainly made our lunch miserable. The waiter was courteous!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: The owner's response, unfortunately, confirmed the negative impression I received during my visit. I also want to point out that my review was about the establishment and the overall experience, not the staff. P.S. After 35 years of working in the industry, I still believe that reviews, positive or negative, are an important opportunity for discussion and improvement!

23/05/2026: A lovely, welcoming trattoria with an outdoor terrace with a view. I hate to say it, but I expected more—much more—from the food, especially since it didn't do justice to the place. I only tried one dish, a tough pork rib, served with two baked potatoes (two of them), so I don't want to be a defeatist and I think it deserves a second chance. Try it and post your honest opinion.

09/06/2026: A welcoming and highly recommended place where you can feel right at home. A gem that breaks the mold of the usual commercial norms. You can have lunch, dinner, an aperitif, and purchase saffron-based products. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and very attentive to customer requests. The prices are more than fair, and the quality of the products is excellent. If you find yourself in Polcenigo, this is a must-visit.

18/05/2026: Tatiana Cinquemani was super attentive! We loved the attention she gave us!!! If you go to the tavern, ask for a table with a view of the river. Frico and polenta... I'll never forget it.

09/06/2026: The pizza is very good and easy to digest. They're almost always very quick, but it's best to book on weekends. The loyalty card is excellent.

10/05/2026: I've been getting pizza like every Sunday for a few weeks now, and it's consistently excellent. The dough is easy to digest, and the toppings are always top-notch. The "cicciona" is my favorite, while the "vegetarian" pizza my partner gets has a lot more ingredients than other pizzerias. My daughter's "baby" pizza with sausage is the only one she enjoys compared to other places. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!
