26/02/2024: I booked a room for two days for work reasons, specifying that I work at night and I need the room early in the morning, and I was told that there is no problem. Arriving at the hotel fresh from the night construction site I had to argue about going to sleep (they wanted to give me the room at 1.00 pm), since they check-in at 1.00 pm they made me pay for breakfast separately (1 coffee and a croissant 8 euros) .. but it doesn't end here. As soon as he arrived in the room the workers began to redo the roof. Impossible to sleep... after a lively discussion I was told that they couldn't help it and that the work had to be done. I paid for the hotel, they took my money and I couldn't sleep. It would have been better to say that the workers were there and that sleeping during the day would not have been possible. Instead it is evidently better to get money by making fun of people. Needless to say, I ran away and changed hotels. Never again for rudeness and dishonesty Average and overall clean rooms. Good restaurant So just for the record, given your response, I add the necessary clarifications at the bottom of my review. We called at 7.00 pm on 20/02 evening to ask if it was possible to check in earlier in the morning and we were informed that there would be no they were problems. The funny thing is that your "concierge" phoned the company saying that I shouted at her as a woman... (but please let's stop with the victimism) even if she was a Viking I would have shouted at her about everything and I add that if it deserved because they handled a checkin change in an abominable way and they didn't have the kindness to warn you that you were doing some work.. but in your opinion, a hotel during the day, working at night, what do I take it for if not to get married again? . The nice thing is that I got you canceled from the partner hotels. This way at least the other 150 colleagues won't experience your rudeness. You didn't just lose two. For me you can also fail.

09/01/2024: Hotel used for a sports trip with friends. One person in the group fell ill 2 days before departure. Even though I called in advance they did not accept the cancellation. We had to pay for the room without using it. A serious lack of respect and honesty on the part of the hotel even though we had booked 7 other rooms.

15/11/2023: La location è bellissima...calda, accogliente, di gran gusto, anche l'esterno è magnifico. I piatti molto originali e di buona qualità. Il servizio competente e gentile. Unica nota negativa il fatto che non ci sia un menù con i prezzi ma tutto viene detto al momento. Non lo trovo corretto, tra l'altro mi sembra che per legge sia obbligatorio pubblicare i prezzi. Non accetto il discorso che ogni settimana cambia il menù. Oramai basta stampare qualche copia in pochi minuti. E' giusto e corretto che il cliente sappia quanto costa una pietanza e possa scegliere in base alle sue possibilità e pure vedere gli ingredienti e sapere se ci sono allergeni. Per il resto tutto bene.
