Whoever gave it one star obviously did it to try to discredit this establishment... As a NON-celiac: the pizza? Among the best I've ever tasted, even among the non-celiac ones. The croissants, the desserts, the lasagna, and the fried foods were so delicious... plus the kindness of the staff. A Mecca for celiacs. Thank you

I'm not celiac, but I have several friends who are, and when I invite them over for dinner, they're always happy to know I stopped by Bianconiglio to get delicious things for them. We all eat them because they're truly delicious! Special thanks to the owner, who, besides always being very kind, also showed me a huge favor on New Year's Eve! It's not often you find people this kind!

05/04/2026: We celebrated Easter lunch here along with our wedding, and it was simply perfect. The service was worthy of a top-notch restaurant: attentive, elegant, and always present without being intrusive. Every dish was meticulously crafted and of the highest quality, and from start to finish, everything was truly exceptional. The atmosphere made the moment even more special, and the entire organization was impeccable. A wonderful day that we will cherish forever. Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at Ristorante Marin for making this moment so special.
22/03/2026: Stunning atmosphere, both outside and inside, rustic yet elegant style at the same time, impeccable service, excellent food a little above average, but it's really worth going at least once... I recommend it.

01/04/2026: Very small restaurant with very limited seating. Reservations are required. The food is excellent (fixed tasting menu), and everything is carefully thought out, from the table setting to the decor. Excellent.
