11/05/2025: Pranzato oggi....CIBO BUONISSIMO come già più volte provato (frequentato più volte in passato). Premetto che sono tollerante per i tempi di attesa generalmente...so cosa significa lavorare nella ristorazione. Seduti alle 12 55.....ordinato alle 13 circa.... arrivato l'antipasto alle 14,30.….i ns. Vicini di tavolo seduti e ordinato come noi LE STESSE PORTATE e quasi allo stesso momento, erano già al secondo quando a noi è arrivato l antipasto. Dopo aver due volte chiesto alla cameriera (gentilissima) se si fossero dimenticati di noi...alla terza sono entrata a chiedere alla titolare che con tono scocciato ha detto che dovevamo aspettare e fine... Bastava un modo di rispondere più gentile ed ammettere che forse un ora e mezza per fare arrivare l'antipasto di pesce sia stato magari un inconveniente (quasi tutto freddo a parte la capa santa che non credo sia stata cucinata al momento momento). Peccato ma non ci torneremo più e nemmeno potremo consigliarlo ad amici

14/03/2025: La qualità di quello che abbiamo mangiato non era niente di eccezionale. Prezzi altini e soprattutto una grande caduta di stile sul conto finale (totale 283,50€) visto che ci hanno addebitato una piccola schiumetta (x una bambina) al modico prezzo di 2,5€ pagata più di un caffè che ci è costato 2€. Non ci ritornerei assolutamente!

28/03/2026: I've already left a review on Just Eat, but I'll explain everything better here. I ordered 1 Margherita, 1 four-cheese pizza with cooked speck, and 1 calzone with ham, mozzarella, and mushrooms. Meanwhile, 15 minutes late (2 orders placed, 2 orders late), the pizzas arrived, and the four-cheese pizza didn't have cooked speck, but rather a post-cooked one, and the base wasn't cooked through. The calzone cost €9, so I expected it to be well-made, but instead it was half-empty. Luckily, the Margherita arrived just right! I called to let them know, immediately letting them know that I didn't mean to start a fight, just to warn them to be a little more careful. The girl who answered after I explained everything didn't answer and passed the phone to another lady (without telling me). I explained it again to the lady, who immediately responded in a surly and annoyed manner (nice way to talk to a customer who has ALREADY paid and to accept criticism). I told her I'd asked for speck to be cooked, and she told me she had to check if I'd actually asked for it (she's basically calling me a liar, but whatever). Then I told her the calzone was half empty, and she replied, "IMPOSSIBLE. I MADE IT MYSELF." I'd put a sign outside the pizzeria that said "WE DON'T ACCEPT CRITICISM. WE ARE THE BEST." Because that was the lady's attitude. Oh, I forgot, in the same angry and surly tone she said, "We'll give you a discount next time," but obviously there won't be a next time! Congratulations on the way you treat the customers who pay for your pizzas. PS: I'm attaching photos of the pizzas and the order where I specify "speck to be cooked." 🫡
