17/11/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening. The atmosphere was pleasant and fairly quiet, despite the restaurant being busy. Overall, the experience was very positive: the dishes were excellent and well-presented. Two small observations, which however don't affect the overall rating: at times, we felt a little "forgotten," although the staff proved to be very professional, carefully explaining and explaining each course. Also, regarding the bread, the focaccia served was appreciated, but personally, I would have appreciated a slightly more varied selection. Overall, an excellent experience.

26/10/2025: Our favorite place, we've known it for 6 years now and I've celebrated every important occasion here, from birthdays to house signings, super staff, super food, but saying it doesn't do it justice you have to try it, the plateau (some things change according to the season) is now fixed, I've eaten different things over the years and they've always been up to par, a well-stocked wine list, and I forgot one thing, one evening I also brought my Zoe (dog 🐶) an Akita inu (always let me know when booking), she was welcomed and pampered, you guys are unique. Thanks again ❤️❤️❤️

17/02/2026: Nestled in the snow in Dobbiaco, just a few kilometers from the Olympic venues (Antholz is very close), Tilia is a treat, a caress of food and kindness. Exquisite hospitality, surprising dishes without being overly extravagant, meticulous attention to detail, a strong connection to the local area yet with the ability to look beyond. A blend of balanced flavors, yet rich in imagination.

14/02/2026: We had a great time; they welcomed us into a cozy atmosphere with only four tables, despite the presence of a rather polite and verbally restrained child. The dishes were sophisticated and well-portioned, with touches of originality, such as the rare marmot, plump and delicious. Prices were reasonable without being overpriced. We recommend staying at the nearby Grand Hotel Dobbiaco guesthouse.

25/02/2026: When we want oysters, raw fish, and seafood in general, we come here. The platter, flambéed scallops, gratinated razor clams, and Catalan-style lobster are all very good. Various mussel options are available, both in half- and one-kilo versions. Good wines and champagnes, with low markups. Recommended.

02/02/2026: Lovely place to watch sunset: Old bridge built 2,000 years ago, amazing street. The Ponte Cestio is one of Rome's oldest bridges, peacefully connecting Tiber Island to the Trastevere district. Originally built in the 1st century BC, this magnificent Roman feat of engineering is still used today by locals and visitors alike to cross the Tiber River. It's more than just a bridge; it's a passage between two worlds: the serene and historic charm of Tiber Island and the vibrant streets of Trastevere, filled with cafes, restaurants, and street musicians. Walking across it, especially at sunset, offers one of the most beautiful and tranquil views in Rome, as the golden light reflects off the river and the ancient stones. Entry is free, and the bridge is open 24/7. You can easily reach it on foot from Campo de' Fiori or Piazza Venezia (about a 10-15 minute walk), or by bus along Via Longoteveri.

The first bridge of my city... after more than 2000 years it is here to remind us of the utility combined with beauty... Something that today, in my opinion, has been lost... A mandatory stop to visit Trastevere on one side and the Roman, Medieval, Baroque and Renaissance world on the other...

29/01/2026: Aroma is located in one of Turin's most beautiful foothills, a bit inconvenient for parking, but that's no surprise. The interior of the restaurant is undoubtedly well-kept, perhaps a little "cold," but the floor is very beautiful (tasting bus)! The à la carte menu offers dishes that are decidedly interesting to read, perhaps a little less so on the palate. Some flavors—like a Vermouth reduction—were barely noticeable, which is a shame because the menu descriptions are undoubtedly captivating, with some dishes that are out of the ordinary. The meats are very good and cooked to perfection, perhaps a little on the small side. I've tried all the desserts, and they're beautiful and equally delicious. Some, to be clear, were perhaps a little cloying for my taste buds and my tastes. The service was a bit cold and aloof from the start; there was no lack of professionalism, respect, or kindness, just very cold. Overall it was a good dinner, but I expected more, especially from the two tasting menus, which were nothing particularly appealing in my opinion.

25/12/2025: Thank you, what a Christmas dinner! We were warmly welcomed into a lovely, spacious, and musical dining room. The table setting was meticulous, and the service was delightful. The food was excellent (and not just because it's French), and I personally recommend the spaghetti with shrimp or the duck. Excellent experience! 👌

16/12/2025: If you want to avoid tourist traps, dare to step inside L'Eau Vive. A surprising place, truly surprising! But the duck breast will leave you speechless, and the dauphine potatoes... well, let's not even go there. You'll need to find your voice again when it's time to sing! Go ahead, you'll be welcomed with kindness and serenity.

29/01/2026: Found by chance on a cold January Thursday while wandering around Passignano. The refined and well-kept atmosphere was excellent, the host was truly kind and friendly, the wine list was interesting, with many excellent wines, and what can I say about the truly excellent food? We opted for the lake fish, it was all delicious... I will never forget the creamed pike. It is definitely worth the trip, thanks a thousand from our furry friends too.

We approached and went in to ask if there was a place for two; luckily, there was still a table available. I don't usually write reviews, but this time it was definitely worth it... A super evening... Amazing dishes, top-quality products, a fantastic atmosphere with an extra touch. Thanks to Luis's hospitality, who carefully explained all of David's dishes to us. Highly recommended, a fantastic experience for the palate and the mood. Thanks Luis and David. We'll definitely be back.

29/11/2025: The service and location were delightful. We tried the onion soup, which was very good but too cheesy. The fondue bouguignonne was delicious and of high quality. The torte tatin, unfortunately, was cold and not renverse. We'll be back! MERCI
