02/12/2024: I correct my previous review by adding the fifth star! I returned after a few years, taking the opportunity of the Plateau mon amour, asking via WhatsApp for extra "special" requests which were not confirmed (rightly) immediately but with the promise of speaking to me the day before. Without beating around the bush too much, I must admit that the girls, who are very friendly and attentive to service and who now manage the San Pietro, did their utmost to satisfy my request and make my wife's birthday special! Impeccable service and quality! Thank you with all my heart! San Pietro remains and I believe will always be my favorite when it comes to raw seafood! Now more than ever!

This restaurant is unpretentious and the result of an artistic approach by enthusiasts which demonstrates the love of this magnificent region.

03/10/2024: This was, without question, the best meal I have ever had. The art, the presentation, the flavors — everything was top-notch. Each course was delicious, interesting, and beautiful. We were constantly amazed by every dish. The waitress was wonderful and attentive, and the chef came out to ask us about our meal at the end of it. There was no better way for us to spend our evening in celebration of our marriage earlier that day. We will be returning to the Dolomites simply to enjoy another meal at Tilia. Thank you.

25/09/2024: At first glance it seems like a shop, I don't know if it sells liquors, antiques or a French wine shop and the feeling doesn't change even if you enter, very few tables and the sensation that they are placed where there is space, but after a while you get used to it and come pampered by the owner and his son in a French bistro, soft French music and the heat envelops you. Top quality food, oysters (that's why we went) very good even if the expensive boxes that contained them seemed to be from a cheap place. Very good red prawn. Very expensive and not very French dishes, meager menu and little choice. For a romantic evening and for the kindness of the owners "TOP". I'll be back.

01/12/2024: Siamo stati a cena ad agosto 2024, in due. Piatti tutti azzeccati, sfiziosi e mai banali, perfetta la tinca in porchetta. Buoni anche i vini consigliati dallo chef, tra cui il moscato rosa dell’Alto Adige. Prezzi giusti e atmosfera rilassata senza troppe arie da ristorante stellato.

10/10/2024: Restaurant idéalement situé avec une belle vue sur le lac Trasimène et l'île Maggiore. Décor et ambiance très agréables. L'accueil fut parfait et la mise en bouche fut goûteuse et originale. En plat, friture de poissons locaux et cochon de lait étaient copieux et délicieux. Vin rouge et blanc de la region conseillés par le personnel étaient savoureux et adaptés aux mets choisis. Félicitations au Chef et à recommander vraiment.

29/10/2024: As I stroll across the Tiber, I feel the gentle breeze blowing from the river and hear the splashing of the water lapping against the stones of the banks. I soon see the Ponte Cestio, which spans elegantly over the river. This bridge connects the island of Tiberina with the Trastevere district and acts as a living link between the past and the present. The Ponte Cestio was originally built in the 1st century BC. Built in 200 BC and has an eventful history behind it. I stand in the middle of the bridge and look over the water. The light is reflected in the river and paints vivid patterns on the stone surface. The original building was renovated and expanded several times over the centuries. What can be seen today is the result of an extensive restoration in the 19th century. I can vividly imagine how this bridge was once crossed by Romans rushing back and forth - traders with goods, pilgrims on their way to holy sites and perhaps even poets crossing the bridge inspired by the beauty of the Tiber. The thought of it gives me a feeling of connection to the history that hangs in the air here. Here on the bridge there are not only stones, but also the stories of the people who used them. At one end of the bridge I spot the two statues of San Giovanni and San Paolo, rising into the sky and reminding passers-by of the long tradition of faith in this city. I walk closer, touch the cool stones and feel how time seems to stand still here. From here I also have a fantastic view of Isola Tiberina, the picturesque island that lies in the Tiber. The island has its own history that dates back to ancient times. It is said that it was built in the shape of a ship to commemorate the voyage of Aeneas. As I think about this, I see people walking on the island, picnicking or just enjoying the view. It is a popular place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I notice that there are a few other visitors standing on the bridge, enjoying the view and taking photos. A couple kisses while the ancient Ponte Cestio towers majestically over the Tiber in the background. A little boy watches intently as a boat sails along the river, and his excitement is contagious. I let my gaze wander over the river and am filled with the beauty of this city, which combines history and modern life in such a harmonious harmony. The Ponte Cestio is not only a connection between two banks, but also between times. It is a living witness to the countless stories that shape Rome in all its facets. With a final look at the bridge and the surrounding area, I continue my walk, enriched by the history I have found here and the impressions I can take with me. Rome is full of such treasures - small, unassuming places, infused with time and stories, waiting to be discovered. 07/08/2024: Voglio fare un feedback più che positivo per questo magnifico bistrot francese! Già soltanto entrandoci si è catapultati in Francia! L'ambiente è delizioso e ben curato. Il cibo poi è ottimo, tutto fresco ma soprattutto per la prima volta trovo (finalmente ) la cucina francese "di casa" . Piatti semplici ma curati nei minimi dettagli , tutti buonissimi! Un menù ricco in cui è difficile scegliere . Il figlio della proprietaria poi ti accoglie come un vecchio amico, perfetto padrone di casa! Abbiamo chiacchierato tanto ed è stata una serata piacevolissima. Splendida sorpresa!!!! Ci torneremo senz'altro molto molto spesso per provare tutto!!!! Complimenti!!!

17/08/2024: What a joy to discover this magnificent place in a breathtaking setting overlooked by these mountains of the Grand Paradiso massif! Paradise is found on the plate. It is without hesitation one of the best restaurants in the region! Bravissimo to the whole team!!! In the photo the beef tataki and the raw and cooked prawns and the semi-cooked salmon. For dessert, chocolate ganache.

11/08/2024: I came here with my relatives. Starters not too much for my taste but then I had a beef tartare with also a piece of cooked meat. Very good. Friendly and friendly staff, welcoming and historic venue.

04/08/2024: Il girotondo è sempre una garanzia pesce freschissimo cucinato in modo eccellente il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono molto gentili e attenti a consigliare il meglio..vasta scelta di vini... il tutto in una location veramente accogliente..il nostro ristorante preferito...lo consiglio vivamente agli amanti del pesce
