04/11/2025: The location is well-maintained and clean. The organization, courtesy, politeness, and friendliness need to be revisited. The price is a bit high for a business, but that's acceptable. Note, in particular, the rather grumpy older gentleman. If you have these attitudes, you'll end up paying 4.48. Obviously, take this negative review of mine as an opportunity to improve the place. 20/09/2025: We had lunch while waiting to visit Gropparello Castle. We sat on the outdoor veranda. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, a typical trattoria. We had culatello, mixed salad, and pisarei e faso. Everything was delicious. For dessert, a zuppa inglese, rather dry and dense. Service was quick. The price was fair.

12/11/2025: Definitely the most Vipparolo place in Piacenza. Opened by the incomparable barrista Medardo, a master of cocktails and bartending. Classy, high-quality service.
2025: After Medardo's passing, his heirs have carried on the tradition, and the Blue Factory remains a trendy, classy place; the cocktails, food, and service are still excellent. Definitely recommended.
2025-11-11: At aperitif tonight, the kaipiroska didn't turn out great. Be careful with too much ice.
Always the best place for aperitifs.

The place is quite noisy but air-conditioned.
The welcome was a bit cold; the owner ignored us completely when we walked in and said hello. Luckily, the waitress saw the light and deviated from her path to welcome us and seat us.

When paying we were charged €2.50 per person for “bread and service”, which may be a bit abusive but the total did not reach €20 per person

"Thursday Bortellina" and so it was:
I'd never eaten it before, exquisite pizza dough made with flour and fermented water, strictly fried! A delicacy, accompanied by local cured meats and typical cheeses... not to be missed.
The owner/cook was extremely courteous and friendly, the trattoria is family-run... we were very satisfied.
The perfect dinner for those who love simple, authentic flavors.

If I really have to give a suggestion, a German restaurant cannot do without the wiener schnitzel (Milanese cutlet in our country) and I hope the trout will return. In my opinion, the use of local specialties is avoidable, we already have plenty of places that offer you the specialties of the area. It should be a German restaurant through and through. In any case, highly positive judgment
