23/03/2025: For the first time in my life, I've been to a restaurant where the staff was capable of doing EVERYTHING wrong, from start to finish. Congratulations, because it takes a lot of effort for this too. Let's start from the beginning: We enter the pizzeria, we wait standing for 10/15 minutes, and no one comes to welcome us, no one says hello or even looks at us. It took the lady behind the counter 15 minutes to look up annoyed and say "you're all together, right?" Pointing to people who had been there before us. I don't know. But whatever, an understandable mistake. We are finally seated at the table. We wanted to order, but the waiters' looks were completely absent. When we finally manage to order, we have to repeat the order FOUR times because no one had paper and pen. Okay.. let's forget it. Don't worry, it's only going to get worse. We were a table for two. The restaurant was half empty, with only about ten tables occupied. The appetizers arrive. A croccone and a fried gorgonzola. The croccone should have bacon (on the menu), but there was none. The fried gorgonzola was 5 tiny pieces of gorgonzola. Ridiculous portions for the price. Oh well, let's leave it... because it will only get worse!!!! The sauce for the pizza crust arrives. The first pizza arrives about 8 minutes after the sauce. The second pizza arrives over 10 minutes later, and it arrives BURNT. I repeat, we were a table for TWO. Obviously the first pizza had become freezing, as well as the sauce, and we point this out. After several arguments, they admit the mistake and apologize. Perfect, but the fact remains that one of the two pizzas was eaten cold. They didn't even try to solve the problem. We ask for the bill to put an end to this torture. The bill arrives at the table in a wooden container with sweets. One of the sweets was OPEN, evidently consumed previously by another customer. After all this, this terrible evening cost us over 60 euros for two. It was worth 15 at most. Paying for a service like that is a joke. Sincere advice for the staff: take a customer service course, because you are the ruin of Italian catering.

20/04/2025: Nice place in the center of San Lazzaro, it's a shame that the owners are not very nice, especially towards the employees who they treat not exactly well, in fact the staff changes constantly and this sometimes is to the detriment of the service.

18/04/2025: Bad experience the title is very rude I witnessed a scene in which he defamed an employee who had clearly been working there for a very short time. Even though the coffee is good there are many other cafes, I will never go back.

11/05/2025: Beautiful, I love the bowling, nice, friendly and helpful staff, if you don't want too much chaos I recommend not going late in the evening, otherwise from after 11pm the lanes are lit up for the night session but there is a lot of people.

07/04/2025: Come primo piatto ho ordinato la gramigna (formato di pasta tipico del territorio bolognese) con il sugo di salsiccia. Buono. A seguire un ottima grigliata mista, con contorno di patate alla contadina. Il pasto è stato accompagnato da un buon Sangiovese in bottiglia della casa. Le porzioni sono consistenti e il servizio, effettuato da una gentile cameriera, è stato senza attesa. Conto nella norma, non caro. Il titolare è simpatico e cordiale, tifoso dello Squadrone che Tremare il Mondo Fa, di cui ha collezionato le sciarpe relative agli incontri di Champions League a cui il BFC 1909 ha recentemente partecipato, e che sono esposte al bar. Locale consigliato, tornerò.

27/01/2025: Dopo aver prenotato con anticipo sono stato fatto accompagnare ad un tavolo vicino alla porta d'ingresso. Le mie rimostranze sono state vane e il freddo patito davvero tanto; il cibo sufficiente e la cattiva gestione dell'ospitalità, fanno di questo ristorante un posto da non frequentare assolutamente per il disagio che si subisce nella stagione invernale.

17/04/2025: Pizzeria tested: “Pizza Express Number One” Pizza tasted: Margherita with buffalo mozzarella DOP, long-leavening dough (72h), wood-fired As soon as it is served, the pizza has a high, well-alveolated crust, a sign of controlled leavening and generous hydration. The color is golden, with light browning from a wood oven: a perfect tan, worthy of a trade magazine. At the first cut, the blade slides without resistance: crunchy underneath, but soft inside, like a caress between two extremes. The scent of buffalo mozzarella is released immediately, with fresh lactic notes and a vaguely herbaceous finish, a sign of authenticity. The tomato? San Marzano, sweet and slightly acidic, well balanced, not intrusive. In the mouth, the mixture melts elegantly: a slightly nutty aftertaste, due to the expert cooking. Chewing is harmonious, rhythmic, almost musical. Vote : 9.2/10 “Balanced pizza, with personality, and above all humble: it tastes like home, but also speaks to the palate of those who study pizza.”

05/02/2025: I ordered a gluten-free pizza on Just Eat. It arrived home quickly and was really very good. I will definitely order again!
