07/06/2026: An elegant location with meticulous attention to detail. We opted for the "contemporary moment" tasting menu with five wine pairings. Excellent ingredients, impeccable execution, and a surprising and captivating wine selection, although perhaps we would have appreciated a more in-depth explanation of the wine selection for the dishes we were tasting. We had a delightful evening, albeit with a slight sense of anxiety at times, as the waiters rushed us to collect our dishes. Congratulations, though! ⭐️ (Also try their Mollica bakery, it's worth it!!)

16/02/2026: We came to try this restaurant with a couple of friends. It's located next to Forno Mollica and has outdoor parking. The location is simple and well-kept. We chose the "Momento Contemporaneo" tasting menu: all the courses were appreciated and appealing to the palate. The service was professional and discreet, not intrusive (as can sometimes happen at Michelin-starred restaurants). Cover charge and drinks are not included in the fixed menu price. In my opinion, the only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, which is a bit too rustic for the quality of the restaurant.
