27/03/2025: 7.50 am, I ask for a latte macchiato + 2 brioches, I am told that the pastries will be ready in 10 minutes 😳 in the meantime the bar fills up and the people leave after 7/8 minutes of waiting.
My latte macchiato arrives scalding and full of slop 😠 the brioche are also given to me as burn ones and chosen by the barista, I ask and am told that there are only those!
Crosses over, never again!
Terrible service and very poor quality.
19/03/2025: Was highly disappointed with the coffee service. 1 euro and 20 cents for 3/4 drops of bitter coffee as it should be at least thank god. I've come there other times but I usually get the cappuccino, once I get the coffee I see myself pouring and serving a RIDICULOUS amount of liquid that is supposed to be coffee. STINGY, EMBARRASSING TO SAY BUT YOU ARE REALLY STINGY IN LEVEL OF FOOD QUANTITY COMPARED TO YOUR PRICES. at least the place is welcoming and with a nice brightness.

17/11/2024: Quando voglio andare sul sicuro è qui che porto familiari e amici. È diventato il posto preferito da mia madre che critica qualsiasi ristorante, ma qui no, qui le piace tutto! Qui nulla ti lascia perplesso, dalla location allo staff che mi tratta con un affetto che solo in famiglia fanno. Per non parlare del cibo che potrei spiegare con "cucina tradizionale di altro livello dalle materie prime ai piatti finali". Grazie per tutto. Compleanno perfetto!
