15/12/2024: Mi dispiace ma questa volta non è andato bene niente. Tortellini freddi, tagliatelle lisce non ruvide, cotoletta alla bolognese dura e sembrava fatta qualche ora prima e poi riscaldata. Purtroppo devo anche fare presente che il personale molto gentile ma quando gli è stato fatto presente che la cotoletta era dura, si è giustificata dando la colpa alla lonza di maiale anziché prendere nota senza dare la colpa alla lonza. Abbiamo anche bevuto vino in caraffa e pagare 44 euro a testa sono tanti. Speriamo in un’altra occasione.

10/11/2024: One of my favorite restaurants. Excellent Bolognese cuisine. Nice dishes, healthy and really good food! Homemade pasta. Clean place, friendly staff, very friendly and welcoming owner. Excellent quality/price ratio. To spend a quiet and peaceful evening eating very well. Reasonable waiting times.

01/09/2024: The restaurant presents itself as an elegant place, with attention to detail and very welcoming, even in a not too refined environment. Nice equipment, rich menu. The wine list is limited, but compensated by the presence of different types of beers, a rarity for a restaurant. The appetizers are excellent (apart from the courgette flowers with a decidedly demanding filling that covers the flavor of the courgette flower). The batter is excellent, however. The first courses are good. Medium-high bill, but the quality seems to be there.

11/12/2024: Good food and an evening in company.... Welcoming place and fair price... The only flaw, at least for me, is that you can't talk in the place.... If the evening was organized for conviviality. ... The base is missing...unfortunately too much noise to have a chat... For the rest everything is excellent!

05/12/2024: One of the best all you can eat options I've tried in Bologna. Price similar to other good restaurants tried, food quality above average. The red prawns are good, the variety of ravioli is pleasant. Very tasty ramen. Menu for two, Sunday evening, with a bottle of wine and sake around 90 euros. Recommended, I will be back!

21/07/2024: Unleavened crescents Bolognese cutlet? No as it is made from turkey (hard) and not according to the Bolognese tradition with veal rump Tortellini swimming in cream cheese 1 glass of wine???? 10ml Mosquitoes galore in the internal room where with the door open you couldn't even feel the air conditioning Price? 2 crescentine, 1 first course and 1 second course €120!!!! Never again!!!

The environment is welcoming and refined, which makes L'Umarell the right destination for a special evening or a convivial meal. The menu follows the Bolognese tradition, with typical local cuisine prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients but you can also find a selection of both fish and meat-based dishes, which are equally delicious and with attention to the smallest details. The wine list is a real strong point of the restaurant, with a vast selection of local and international labels, which perfectly match the dishes on the menu. The staff is always available to recommend the best pairing of food and wine, making the gastronomic experience even more pleasant and complete.
