14/05/2025: We celebrated a wedding on May 3rd. The food was top notch and very plentiful. Outside for the buffet part there was a barbecue where dishes were prepared on the fly, like some fish appetizers and then there was the automatic slicer for ham with fried gnocco. And then the cheeses, meatballs, vegetables and 1000 other delicious things. The first courses were incredible: the risotto with asparagus and shrimp was perfect. Impeccable service the whole time. Beautiful place, both inside and outside, very well-kept and very clean.

05/05/2025: Celebrated our 30 years of marriage together with our loved ones on Sunday 4 May 2025. Ate for lunch with a menu recommended by chef Federico I can say sublime. Thanks to all the staff with the management of Stefania

20/05/2025: The staff was really professional and they immediately realized that hearing those squawking children was bothering me, so they made us change tables and saved lunch with my girlfriend. The menu had been changed to a spring version, but obviously I couldn't know it and because of this we had difficulty ordering because we didn't like almost anything. The first courses in my opinion were still good but the second course only tasted of chamomile (which was actually tarragon, but completely unbalanced and even cancelled out the truffle)... too bad. Correct price. P.s. from the photos and reviews, I didn't realize it was a family restaurant (from how the manager describes it), my fault and next time I'll be more careful in my choice.

17/05/2025: Durante una visita ai colli euganei con amici siamo approdati a questo magnifico rist. Location da favola alla base di uno dei colli con magnifica vista sul verde. Ampio spazio interno ed esterno, arredamenti molto curati e servizio impeccabile. Pietanze preparate e presente in stile stellare. Piatti davvero stellari ma abbondanti.

03/06/2025: Our evening at Osteria ai Scarponi was a particularly pleasant experience. A lovely table had already been reserved with a name card. We received a truly friendly welcome. The cuisine is down-to-earth and refined, and the prices are more than reasonable for the service. No wonder the restaurant was completely booked, even on a Thursday in the off-season. So be sure to make a reservation!

21/05/2025: My wife and I recently stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. It had been recommended to us by a friend, as we wanted to remain outside Venice. In short, we loved everything about Hotel Forte. The same family have been in charge for over 50 years, and you can see that demonstrated in everything they do. The service is excellent, staff are very friendly, the rooms clean and modern, but the stand out feature is the hotel’s restaurant, which is simply superb (we ate there 4 times). They are already in the Michelin guide, and can only go from strength to strength. Thank you for such a lovely and memorable stay.

13/06/2025: Qualità assoluta ad un costo che in questo momento credo non abbia confronti con altri ristoranti di questo livello il che non è assolutamente banale. Servizio veloce e cortese forse, almeno questa sera poco empatico. Piatti particolarmente curati secondo la tradizione veronese ma con un " pizzico" di innovazione perfettamente integrata. Esperienza come sempre molto positiva. Alla prossima.

10/06/2025: Parfait pour les affaires ou le touriste de passage. Bel endroit, belle terrasse et salle. Typique auberge italienne. Belle carte. Nos plats étaient bons et bien présentés. Tarif dans la norme. Service aimable et rapide. Une bonne adresse.

09/06/2025: Last night we had dinner at Al Capitello with some friends from Naples that we hadn't seen for a long time. I have to say honestly that we ate well; however, I was very perplexed by the owner's behavior: a gruff attitude bordering on rude and intolerant, not to mention some of his jokes that were really out of place given that it was the first time we were there and there was no intimacy. In a place you feel good not only because you eat and drink well but also because you have a service and a courtesy that you receive as a customer from the staff and those who manage the place. Personally I think that once you reach a certain age it would be time to understand that your time has passed and if you are intolerant towards your customers it is better to retire and go to the seaside. Result of all this: bye bye Capitello, we will surely find other places (the Euganean Hills are full of them) more suitable.

08/06/2025: What can I say... owners, waiters, staff... all very kind and helpful, excellent dishes and abundant and quality portions, beautiful location, clean bathrooms, everything perfect, recommended!

03/06/2025: Updated 01.06.25 I'm very sorry and I've thought about it a lot, but I have to update with the latest really bad experience regarding food. I'll be brief: -Pala romana with a pasta base so hard that it was difficult to cut -Dry, hard, unpleasant cockerel -Torresano inedible, incredibly raw on one side, too much on the other and with little or no flavor. I wouldn't know what to think unless there's some problem with the kitchen. Truly sorry that a certainty has crumbled.
