07/05/2026: I'd heard about this restaurant and finally managed to go. I admit, given the quality and service, I thought it had a Michelin star, but alas, no. The last stretch of road is a bit narrow, but it's still paved. Highly recommended.

26/04/2026: We always come back here when we are in Schio. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants they have here!! Such a beautiful place!! 😍😍 The food is AMAZING! We had a variety of pasta and risottos and the tagliatta which was amazing. The staff here is super friendly, this is a family owned restaurant and you can tell how much they care. The concept is farm to table like, so things can run out on the menu due to them being locally sourced. Make sure to reserve in advance as a lot of people come here every single day.

13/06/2026: You can never go wrong at De Gobbi. The first courses are excellent. And the fireplace is always lit for grilling meat and fish. Served by very kind and knowledgeable staff and very honest management. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: A traditional restaurant, serving local cuisine, some of which have been slightly reworked and reworked. In short, a trattoria that was likely frequented by locals, then, over time, featured in international travel guides and thus became very popular, losing some of its original character. Good quality, however. Service is a bit "speedy" due to multiple shifts and a high table density.

12/05/2026: In the center of Padua, a small, well-maintained restaurant, very kind and helpful staff, and home-cooked dishes in generous portions. We were lucky and found a table, but it's best to book! Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back on our next trips to Padua.

23/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. The dishes were simple and banal. A housewife would have made them better. It's a shame I didn't take any photos. I expected much more from the other reviews, and the dishes didn't arrive as I saw in the reviews. The taste was good, but not as exciting, and I assure you, the appearance wasn't like what you've experienced. The presentation was terrible. Plus, it wasn't a particularly sunny day; it was raining in the afternoon, and despite the guests who were there, they still turned on the irrigation. The irrigation turns on at night.

19/04/2026: Lunch for a communion. We were welcomed with a buffet of prosecco and fruit juice outdoors, then we went inside for lunch. There were other ceremonies on the same day, so they were all handled the same way. The food was excellent, in just the right amount, and always available upon request. I'm not sure about the speed; the venue was definitely busy with ceremonies, so it was a bit slow. But everything was perfect, professional, and very elegant.

01/06/2026: We visited this restaurant tonight, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The first critical point concerns the complete lack of transparency regarding prices: there is no accessible menu, and no one informed us in advance of the fixed price for dinner. Consequently, customers only find out how much they'll spend when they receive the bill, a practice we consider unfair and disrespectful. Furthermore, we didn't receive clear information about allergens, an aspect that should always be handled with the utmost care. The wait was excessive: we waited over an hour for dishes that, given their type, seemed already prepared. We also had children with us who, after such a long wait, were tired and hungry and ended up eating almost nothing. The staff was friendly, but this isn't enough to compensate for the organizational shortcomings and lack of transparency we encountered. In our opinion, it's not a family-friendly establishment and doesn't offer the level of clarity and customer respect one expects when choosing a restaurant.

17/05/2026: I had booked a table for three people (two adults and one child) for today at 12:30 pm four days ago, specifying in the notes that I needed a high chair. To my surprise, I was contacted by phone just 30 minutes before the scheduled time to be told that the high chair wasn't available. When I replied that I could easily adapt to a regular chair, they also denied this, effectively canceling the reservation. I wonder how it's possible that a table for three adults is available, but not for two adults and a child. Truly disrespectful management and a complete mockery. I do not recommend.

09/05/2026: A quaint place near the center of Padua. The dishes offered are interesting, but lack attention to presentation. They're more beautiful to read than to eat. For the asking price (medium-high), in my opinion, the place still needs to work on professional service (even a few smiles would be appreciated), the execution of the dishes (the tuna tartar was unseasoned, had no sauce, and they didn't even bring oil and salt to the table), and the cooking times (the mussels in the peppered mussel stew were so soft they seemed frozen, but they must have been poorly cooked). These are just a few examples, but we could list others. Overall, it was very different from what we expected.

28/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place almost by accident, because it was the closest to where we were coming from and it was open. We made reservations for four, but two of us cancelled at the last minute. The owner greeted us and we told him there were only two of us. No problem. We went out onto the veranda, in today's 38-minute heat. Inside, it was cooler but busy. The service arrived, friendly, not pushy. We ordered two starters, one not on the menu: linguine with lobster. Come on, let's try it. I have to say it was excellent: fresh tagliolini, as well as the lobster—half of it—which took up the entire serving plate, like a pizza, with a generous mountain of tagliolini with pieces of the same lobster already in the fresh cherry tomato sauce. I struggled to finish it all, so I asked my partner to help me. Side dishes, coffee, water, wine. The final price was more than fair. The waiters were very knowledgeable and professional. We'll be back.

13/06/2026: I had a great meal, the homemade desserts were superb! The atmosphere was welcoming, and I hope to return and try other dishes, and perhaps give it a fifth star.

31/05/2026: We'd been staring at this place from the bottom of the hill for three years and finally decided to pay a visit. We should have come much sooner; an idyllic spot. What makes northern Veneto special are these hills that are peppered with agri-turism around the towns and villages...and the malghe further north into the altopiano. A beautiful dinner enjoyed outdoors a stone's throw away in the warm spring evening. Thank you!
