28/02/2026: This review refers only to last night's Cocoradicchio dinner and does not concern the classic restaurant I highly respect. Compared to previous editions, according to a large portion of the diner, the experience fell short of expectations, both in terms of choice and number of courses. In our opinion, one appetizer and one first course (this one was good) are a bit limited. The choice of foie gras and tongue for the main course was risky, but the dessert, on the other hand, was truly excellent. The buffet was also not as usual...in short, it lacked that "plus" compared to past editions and compared to the Gigetto restaurant we all appreciate. Obviously, these are personal opinions, but let's say "something has changed," but not for the better. As for the rest, the staff, the restaurant, cleanliness, everything was fine.

23/02/2026: An experience hard to describe in words, it's a must-try. The location, service, ingredients, and pairings are excellent. The price is in line with the quality offered.

10/03/2026: An elegant place, without being overly formal, located in a farmhouse renovated with intelligence and style. I come here regularly, last night with three friends who are also passionate about boiled meats. The menu is amazing, from chicken to tongue to beef, everything is top-quality and cooked to perfection. Sauces to match the meats and excellent side dishes. Good wine list. Homemade desserts are tastefully crafted. Attentive but unobtrusive staff, a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. Good value.

02/05/2026: Expensive for a second course. Poor cart. The pear was lukewarm and tasteless. Very disappointing considering I've been going there for over 30 years. I don't know if I'll return.

14/06/2026: Excellent menu, more than fair prices, impeccable service. We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday with a surprise party, and everyone was so lovely: kind and always accommodating to our needs (elderly people with disabilities, vegetarians, we brought our own cake), and the owner played along with us like a true actress! I couldn't have asked for better! Highly recommended!

23/05/2026: We booked from Tuesday for today, Saturday May 23rd, for lunch for a birthday for 12.00. They postponed our reservation until 1.30 pm, without knowing the pre-arranged menu, but they assured us that we would find at least one fish and vegetarian dish given my recommendation. Finally, the seafood spaghetti was finished, the paccheri with zucchini was finished, the French fries were finished... finished... We ate the leftovers from the first round... BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, I WANTED TO MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION WITH MY GUESTS INSTEAD... .

23/05/2026: The Friday fish is simply amazing. A lovely traditional osteria, no unnecessary frills, generous portions, fair prices, fresh and carefully prepared ingredients.

26/04/2026: Nice place, but when we asked if there was room for two, the person I think was the owner was rude, turning his back on us without even a polite smile or apology for the lack of space. Furthermore, the owner chose to serve the gentleman who had just gotten in line behind us. We're two young guys, and our age certainly doesn't mean we deserve any less respect. I recommend working on your manners.

26/04/2026: It's definitely a very nice place, but the staff showed zero politeness. There were two of us and we went in to ask if there was room. We waited standing for at least five minutes because everyone was staring at us but no one came to speak to us (but I can accept that). The person I think was the owner saw us waiting there and preferred to serve the man behind us, ignoring us. When he finally decided to count us (without smiling, it looked like we'd come in to steal), we asked if there were two seats, and he said, "No, it's overbooked, we can't take it anymore," as he walked away with his back to us, without apologizing or even a half-smile. A restaurant can be crowded, but at least some politeness should be shown to potential customers. We definitely won't be returning.

02/05/2026: A family-run restaurant with authentic cuisine of exceptional quality, recommended to us by our B&B (Filippo at Casa Camilla). The owner is very attentive and offers excellent advice. Everything is absolutely delicious and homemade: we especially recommend the "Bigoli caccio-peppe" ("Da togliere il fiato"), the gnocchi, and the "Tagliatelle au ragù de corte" (made with four types of simmered meat). The Campari Spritz was perfectly balanced, and the desserts were also excellent: Cassata just like in Palermo and a very indulgent Zuppa inglese. We dined here three times during our stay in Padua. Thank you, Carlo, and the entire kitchen team! A wonderful memory; don't hesitate to go.

07/05/2026: I went for lunch yesterday. The service was excellent, the waiters were friendly, and the food was top-notch. There was a large buffet of both raw and cooked vegetables, an appetizer, and a first course of leek and Monteveronese risotto. Everything was delicious... the price was great. I highly recommend it for a business lunch. The owner, Alberto, was super nice 😉 and attentive.

21/05/2026: The food was average, but the owner's wife provided very detailed introductions to each dish. Perhaps because we were on a tour, the menu was different. When dessert was served, a waiter took the dessert into the restroom to help others or point out light switches, but he spent a considerable amount of time talking about it, and that particular plate was mine… I was completely hesitant to eat it. The restaurant is indeed a genuine Michelin 3-star, and the owner's wife gave very detailed introductions for each dish. However, the food itself felt quite ordinary and not particularly memorable. I'm not sure if the menu was different because we came as part of a tour group. What truly ruined the experience for me was the hygiene and service details. Earlier, I found tape stuck to my fork during the first course. Then, when dessert was being served, a staff member carried my dessert plate into the restroom area while helping another guest with directions and discussing the light switches—all while still holding the plate that was eventually served to me. After seeing that, I honestly didn't feel comfortable eating the dessert at all. For a Michelin 3-star restaurant, I expected much higher standards in both attention to detail and… Overall dining experience.

31/05/2026: Good food and great atmosphere. I wasn't shown the bill, and was quoted a figure that, upon review after dinner, was significantly inflated. Since I paid in cash, I don't think I even got a receipt.

24/05/2026: There were four of us, we received very friendly service, and the food was fantastic. We were completely satisfied and had a wonderful end to our holiday. If our travels ever take us back to Padua, we will definitely return.
