02/02/2025: Ristorante da Celeste : è difficile parla descrivere una eccellenza conosciuta amata , assaporata ,gustata la cucina da Celeste . Il personale , professionalità , eccellente . Io ho assaggiato , Baccalà mantecato e Sarde in Saor. Poi Seppie alla Veneziana con Polenta . Un dolce castagne con crema di fichi . L’ambiente ti coccola ti prende , la tradizione rimane ma i sapori sono fantastici portati all’ennesima potenza . Da ritornarci subito .

17/02/2025: I went for lunch with a fixed menu, very convenient. Satisfying food (I'm talking about the fixed menu), typical Venetian cuisine, even with vegetarian options. The portions are very generous and a little too seasoned and salty (totally personal tastes). the staff were courteous and attentive to the needs of the diners, despite the large number. At lunch time it is obviously very crowded with people on a work break. The tables are very close together, but fortunately you can talk, the acoustics are good, without a deafening boom. Definitely worth seeing in the summer, given that there is a beautiful, sheltered outdoor terrace, very pleasant, while the interior reflects the typical tavern in every way, without many embellishments.

13/02/2025: Midday, à la carte lunch. Everything was excellent, excellent service and courtesy. Maybe a little too much salt in the kitchen, but it's a question of the palate. Price accessible to all.

25/01/2025: Impossibile non dare 5 stelle a “Trattoria Roma”! I piatti non sono solo eccezionali, ma realizzati con le migliori materie prime. E credetemi, l’altissima qualità si percepisce già dal primo morso. Il menù viene aggiornato regolarmente per adattarsi ai prodotti tipici di stagione. Non saprei consigliarvi un piatto in particolare, perché sono tutti deliziosi… quindi provateli tutti! Oltre al cibo, anche il servizio è impeccabile: curato, attento ai dettagli e capace di farvi sentire come a casa.

The location is splendid among the hills of Arfanta, the service is excellent from the staff who are always very kind, the spit is superb and the choice of wines is wide. Highly recommended.

22/01/2025: I came back for the meat skewer, a local tradition of mixed meats that rotate near the flame of a Valais fireplace, over a wood fire. It's an old man knowing how to make fire and cook chunks of beef, pork, rabbit and chicken. It all takes hours of curing and cooking. It is worth it, together with the mixed side dishes of roasted polenta and wild vegetables Well done! And fair prices. Don't forget the dessert with red passito di refrontolo with marzemino grapes and almond pieces.
