21/05/2026: The food was average, but the owner's wife provided very detailed introductions to each dish. Perhaps because we were on a tour, the menu was different. When dessert was served, a waiter took the dessert into the restroom to help others or point out light switches, but he spent a considerable amount of time talking about it, and that particular plate was mine… I was completely hesitant to eat it. The restaurant is indeed a genuine Michelin 3-star, and the owner's wife gave very detailed introductions for each dish. However, the food itself felt quite ordinary and not particularly memorable. I'm not sure if the menu was different because we came as part of a tour group. What truly ruined the experience for me was the hygiene and service details. Earlier, I found tape stuck to my fork during the first course. Then, when dessert was being served, a staff member carried my dessert plate into the restroom area while helping another guest with directions and discussing the light switches—all while still holding the plate that was eventually served to me. After seeing that, I honestly didn't feel comfortable eating the dessert at all. For a Michelin 3-star restaurant, I expected much higher standards in both attention to detail and… Overall dining experience.

12/07/2026: Two of us showed up without a reservation and they still found a way to seat us, they were very kind both in the service and in the advice, furthermore the dishes were excellent, with generous portions, the platter as an appetizer is worth it 😁

13/07/2026: If I could give it 10 stars, I would without hesitation! L'Antico Portico isn't just a place to eat, but a truly memorable gastronomic experience. The quality of the dishes is simply excellent, truly superior. Each course is a masterpiece of flavor: you can immediately taste the freshness and premium quality of the ingredients and the chef's mastery in showcasing them. Everything was perfect, with attention to every detail. The staff are fantastic: super welcoming, approachable, and always with a smile on their faces. A word of advice to anyone reading this review: don't waste time, book a table at L'Antico Portico now because it's absolutely worth it. It will surely become one of your favorite places. Top marks!

11/07/2026: A day with friends in Treviso, the city of Tiramisu, a restaurant chosen for its selection of traditional dishes. Excellent menu; for my course, I opted for "Bigoli al torchio with white duck ragù." My friends chose "Creamed cod, crispy polenta puff pastry, and tomato sponges" and "Gratinated zucchini flowers, cream cheese, and black summer truffle." Of course, to finish, the famous Tiramisu. Excellent restaurant, extremely helpful staff. I recommend it.

04/06/2026: Simply great! From the outside, it's very unassuming and not particularly appealing, just plain. That impression doesn't necessarily change when you enter the trattoria. But then the food arrives, wow! Every single dish is delicious, and at a reasonable price. A great trattoria if you don't care too much about appearances and want to eat well, cheaply, and with plenty of flavor. The truffle pasta, the lamb chops, and the pumpkin ravioli are amazing. Despite being busy, the service is very friendly. We'll be back!

27/05/2026: If I could, I would give zero stars for the service. We weren't served at all; there were five people working and only ten guests. One person kept pacing aimlessly with her eyes closed. Tables weren't cleared; they simply kept saying there were no free tables, even though three tables were empty and dirty. We weren't greeted. Only after 20 minutes of insistence did they clear the tables. But then, for half an hour, no one came, not even for drinks. We simply got up and left because they weren't serving three tables. There were only two of us, and we wouldn't have had anything to drink until midnight. This place doesn't need customers. They don't want to make money.

04/04/2026: I went for the first time a week ago. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was very helpful and courteous. Nicolò, the waiter, was incredibly friendly. The food was truly delicious and made with love. I'll definitely be back.

28/05/2026: Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, terrace with spectacular views of the valley. Excellent duck pâté served with brioche bread, grilled chicken and octopus with mashed potatoes, chocolate cake and zuppa inglese, good wine list. Very friendly and helpful staff, fast service. The only downside is that the road to get there is very narrow, and if you meet another car coming from the opposite direction, it becomes a problem... they need a traffic light.

02/05/2026: A family-run restaurant with authentic cuisine of exceptional quality, recommended to us by our B&B (Filippo at Casa Camilla). The owner is very attentive and offers excellent advice. Everything is absolutely delicious and homemade: we especially recommend the "Bigoli caccio-peppe" ("Da togliere il fiato"), the gnocchi, and the "Tagliatelle au ragù de corte" (made with four types of simmered meat). The Campari Spritz was perfectly balanced, and the desserts were also excellent: Cassata just like in Palermo and a very indulgent Zuppa inglese. We dined here three times during our stay in Padua. Thank you, Carlo, and the entire kitchen team! A wonderful memory; don't hesitate to go.

23/05/2026: A dinner for two to remember. An oasis in the chaos of Bassanello. A restaurant where you can converse. We relied on their specialties: tartare and tagliata. We were not disappointed. We were very satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the execution of the dishes. Good selection of wines and, overall, good value. Thanks to the Lord who welcomed us and served us: professional, precise, welcoming, and discreet. If you're curious and romantic, ask about the history of Pino (it will be an added bonus). We will do our best to return and we highly recommend it. Oh, and another plus: literally steps from the tram stop. Very convenient.

16/05/2026: Restaurant located in the historic center of Treviso. Pleasant atmosphere, well-kept interior. The flavors of the dishes satisfied the palate: the appetizers were very interesting. The attentive and youthful service amplifies the satisfaction of having chosen this Hostaria for a pleasant evening. Well done!

13/06/2026: You can never go wrong at De Gobbi. The first courses are excellent. And the fireplace is always lit for grilling meat and fish. Served by very kind and knowledgeable staff and very honest management. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: A traditional restaurant, serving local cuisine, some of which have been slightly reworked and reworked. In short, a trattoria that was likely frequented by locals, then, over time, featured in international travel guides and thus became very popular, losing some of its original character. Good quality, however. Service is a bit "speedy" due to multiple shifts and a high table density.

12/05/2026: In the center of Padua, a small, well-maintained restaurant, very kind and helpful staff, and home-cooked dishes in generous portions. We were lucky and found a table, but it's best to book! Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back on our next trips to Padua.

From the start, you can sense the passion, research, and hard work that goes into every dish. I really appreciated how each course was carefully presented and explained: knowing the concept, the ingredients, and the pairings allows you to enjoy it even more. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always attentive, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine highlights Venetian tradition with a creative and refined touch, offering surprising yet always balanced combinations. Among the dishes I definitely recommend are: Homage to Japan, an elegant dish full of personality, the cold spaghetti, and the carrot, white chocolate, and shiso dessert. 08/07/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. We had high expectations, considering the venue's potential, especially considering the garden, which is lovely in the summer. Unfortunately, other than that, the evening was disappointing from start to finish. We opened the menu and discovered that the dishes must be creative, judging by how they were described on the menu. We ordered a meat appetizer, and I'm still wondering what I ate, since it was served as if it were a Japanese dish. We also tried two first courses that were hailed as excellent, but in reality, it was a simple pasta with tomato sauce, grilled on the grill, so the only flavor we detected was smoky. Then we felt sick all night, with the pasta rising and falling in our stomachs. Not to mention the excessive costs that could be justified if the culinary offerings had been based on the presence of more exquisite dishes like those represented on the menu on their website. In addition to the price of 4 euros per person for a non-existent service, given that there is no tablecloth at the table, much less a placemat with the cutlery and napkin placed on the wood, therefore unhygienic. Furthermore, in every place we have been (Le Calandre, Cera, and others), even more modest ones, they always serve a basket with breadsticks and bread, something we did not find there. Conclusion: All smoke and little roast, to be avoided.
