26/05/2025: Local flavors and genuine homely warmth After arriving a little earlier than scheduled, we had to wait a short while for the staff to prepare for dinner – but that didn’t bother us at all. In the cozy lobby of the restaurant, we enjoyed the excellent Picolit brandy, which was the perfect introduction to what awaited us. We were soon escorted to our table by the extremely kind hostess of the restaurant, who accompanied us with the same warmth and professionalism throughout this exceptional gastronomic experience. Dinner was – in short – a delight. Every dish reflected a commitment to quality and respect for local ingredients. The pasta prepared in the in-house kitchen was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were thoughtfully balanced and truly home-made. We were particularly impressed by the Umberto I wine, vintage 2015, to the point that we went to the winery the next day and bought several bottles The only “downside” of the evening was that we didn’t get to try everything this restaurant has to offer – but that’s just another reason to come back. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates authentic cuisine, a homely atmosphere and service!

20/05/2025: Locale pulito e i proprietari gentili e disponibili. Si trova quasi in periferia ma e comodo per il centro, visto che davanti ha la fermata sia del tram che del pullman. L'unica pecca e che non ha un suo parcheggio, dall'altra parte della strada c'è un piccolo parcheggio con le strisce blu. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, se hai bisogno ti spiegano e ti consigliano. Se non te lo dicono loro, se ordini una bottiglia di vino e non la finisci, te la puoi portare via. Da ritornarci.

13/05/2025: It was suggested to me by a friend and it was a good experience. THE place is an authentic tavern, decidedly spartan, furnished in an original way, including the exterior. Private internal parking is quite large, the entrance is almost on the street. The menu is varied, the food is excellent, always served hot in equally hot dishes and it is not always so obvious. The service is fast, young and friendly, always present and equally precise. The bill is certainly in line with other trattorias in the area, but the quality - price ratio is definitely good. Dogs are allowed 🐕 and I will certainly recommend it to my friends.

11/06/2025: Having come across this old tavern almost by chance, I note with disappointment that the place has become a bit too fancy, or rather the place has remained the same, but has been enriched with precious plates, stylized glasses, chic lamps... however we find ourselves lost in the countryside around Venice. When you go to a place called an osteria you expect an osteria where you eat ribs, meat, cold cuts and side dishes.... Well, none of this, dishes presented in an excellent way and decidedly good and quality dishes. I was surprised because the place where it is located does not lend itself to such preciousness as they want you to believe. The prices are definitely above the norm, exquisite desserts even if I consider the reinterpretation of tiramisu a sewer. I wish good luck to those who feel like Cannavacciuolo but who unfortunately are not in the center of Milan. Overall, to try at least once but knowing in advance what you are getting into, a beautiful experience but expensive. Personally, I don't know if they'll see me again, not because of the expense, not because of the excellent quality food, but because I expect an inn to be an inn.

11/06/2025: Beautiful restaurant 10 minutes from Mestre, but surrounded by greenery. We had lunch outside “pampered” by the staff, present, available, prepared. Dishes as beautiful as they are good, original and fun combinations. Excellent wine list and excellent sommelier, available to tell, explain and indicate the best combinations. Compliments to all the staff for their enthusiasm. Thanks also to the chef who at the end of the service stops at each table to chat and answer any questions. We will definitely return. Price appropriate to the experience.

20/05/2025: Ottima cucina all’interno di una location che si affaccia sull’intera vallata. L’esperienza da non perdere è sicuramente pranzare o cenare sulla terrazza esterna, da cui si gode un panorama semplicemente meraviglioso. In alternativa, c’è una veranda accogliente, e se il meteo non collabora, una bella sala interna con camino, che aggiunge calore e atmosfera. La cucina è semplice ma concreta. Il personale, così come i proprietari, è gentile, affabile ed efficiente. Si mangia locale: prodotti tipici della zona, piatti della tradizione, senza voli pindarici ma con una preparazione accurata e convincente. Da segnalare il risotto con morchelle, davvero ben eseguito. Vale la pena intraprendere un percorso un po’ difficoltoso per raggiungere il locale, perché la fatica (per lo più virtuale, visto che la fa l’auto) della salita viene ripagata dalla leggerezza del ritorno.

13/05/2025: We dived into a typical Italian lunch... full room in the middle of the week... 100% Italian... no menu in English... the waiter is very kind and makes the effort to speak English. The food is divine... EVERYTHING IS SUCCULENT!!!

31/05/2025: A place that stays in your heart! Osteria dal Pansa is much more than a simple restaurant: it is an authentic, welcoming and warm corner. Every time I return to the lake, this osteria is a fixed stop. The atmosphere is magical, relaxed, it almost feels like entering a big family. Stefania, the owner, is an extraordinary hostess: kind, thoughtful, always attentive to details. And the same goes for all her staff, professional, smiling and always ready to make every customer feel special. The cuisine is fantastic: traditional dishes, fresh and local ingredients, generous portions and real flavors. You can feel the passion in everything. If you are looking for a place to eat well and feel at home, this is the right place. Authentic, genuine, unforgettable. Highly recommended!

29/04/2025: Dopo diversi compleanni e anniversari prenotiamo per Pasqua. Prendiamo qualche aperitivo, il prosecco della bottiglia sembra quello dalla spina, decisamente poco adatto a un locale di questo tipo. Poi passiamo alla cucina: una garanzia, eccezionale, dagli antipasti al dolce. Nota dolente i vini: nel menù erano comprese due bottiglie (ho pagato ogni un menù a persona per intero, ma le bottiglie sul tavolo erano due), arriviamo e sono già aperte..perché? Si stappano davanti ai commensali, caspita! Finiamo il bianco e rimane il rosso che era abbastanza buono, così alla fine del oranzo chiedo se hanno un tappo per portarla via. Apriti cielo, la persona sbuffa, si blocca, trasecola, indietreggia e chiarisce "Sì guardo..comunque non si fa così! Il vino è a consumo!". Capita l'antifona ringrazio ed esco senza il vino che ho pagato per intero nel conto. La domanda sorge spontanea: se è a consumo, ecco spiegato perché le bottiglie erano già aperte? Quindi perché vendermi al bottiglia anziché darmi del vino della casa? Ed essendo a consumo, il resto della mia bottiglia che fine farà? Nota di chiusura decisamente stridente a fronte di una cucina notevole, bravo chef!

08/06/2025: Excellent osteria in the center of Verona. We arrived on a weekend without booking, and after about a quarter of an hour of waiting they seated us on the first floor, in a very private and welcoming room. Excellent bigoli and friendly service, very good desserts. Recommended.

07/06/2025: Maybe a victim of previous success?? But the best thing about this place for us was our lovely waiter! It seems they basically have pots of every dish in the kitchen ready to slap onto plates & serve. Pasta starters were ok. Mains come out 2 mins after starters were cleared. These were really poor. Strong congealed meat stews with over cooked polenta. Awful food. When we booked they also told us only 7.30 or 9.30 times available. In reality the place was only have full & they could have accompanied us any time. A poor restaurant with a poor attitude.
