07/01/2025: Va fatta una premessa: la cucina è particolare e può non piacere a tutti. Se cercate qualcosa di caratteristico questo è il posto giusto. La chef Adler usa molto le erbe spontanee come si usava nel medioevo. A me è piaciuto molto il manzo speziato alle erbe aromatiche con funghi porcini, proprio per il sapore particolare. Super il dolce al cioccolato.

Io ho ordinato un tagliere di formaggi come antipasto, spiegati uno per uno dal cameriere; come primo gli Umbrichelli al vino rosso con sbriciolata di salsiccia e spolverata di cipolla umbra, eccellenti; come secondo il coniglio ripieno, porzione due fettine, ma di qualità imbattibile; dolce la panna cotta che ricorda i sapori di Pantelleria, contrapposizione dolce e salato che mi sognerò la notte. Il tutto accompagnato da vino che sposava ogni portata, anche per il dolce, ove il sommelier ha proposito un vino adattissimo. La sensazione è di stare in un ristorante d’alta cucina per qualità e menù ma in un posto accogliente quasi come casa, con prezzi accettabili senza doverci lasciare mezzo stipendio. Un’esperienza da rifare sicuramente, per assaggiare quei piatti che mi hanno incuriosito ma che umanamente non avrei potuto mangiare ulteriormente.
