13/05/2025: Menu for carnivores, those who are not satisfied. Lots of taste, lots of quality, lots of kindness and even, if you want, some humor. The cuisine is fast, but not distracted. The simple environment with touches of real life will make you feel good, as will the wine, according to those who drink it. Highly recommended.

02/05/2025: I had a very good time, the staff is very kind, the food is good and the prices are adequate. The restaurant has many seats both inside and outside and a large car park. I recommend it for practices and weddings. They also accept dogs inside.

19/05/2025: Very good trattoria in the center of Terni. Typical Umbrian dishes but well selected. Excellent zucchini parmigiana and ciriole. Kind and helpful staff also in recommending food and wines. I absolutely recommend it!

09/05/2025: Very negative experience We entered, we waited 5 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen to wait for us; A waiter: only him in the whole restaurant, there must have been 50 people or more. From the accent he didn't even seem Umbrian (this place was recommended to us because it was very typical). We waited 40 minutes for 2 dishes of fresh pasta. In our opinion very overrated place

11/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia fidanzata mentre eravamo di passaggio in zona al rientro da un week end in Umbria. Il ristorante sorge lungo la strada provinciale in localita' Morrano Nuovo, una frazione di Orvieto immersa nella campagna umbra. I tavoli sono affacciati su una meravigliosa vetrata che offre una splendida vista sulla campagna circostante. E' stata decisamente una fantastica scoperta quasi del tutto inaspettata: ottima la cucina, fantastica la vista ed eccezionale il servizio. Consiglio a tutti di iniziare con degli ottimi antipasti, tra cui spiccano l'ottimo Tagliere di Salumi e Crostini di Pate' Umbro, il Crostone con Lardo e Confetture e le verdure dell'Orto Quotidiano, coltivate direttamente nel piccolo orto all'interno della proprieta'. Tra i primi imperdibili gli Gnocchi al Pesto di Erbe Spontanee e soprattutto gli Umbriachelli al vino Rosso con Salsiccia e Cipolla Rossa, una vera squisitezza. Tra i dessert davvero buona la panna cotta. Infine da segnalare la bravura dell'ottimo sommelier che di portata in portata segnala i vini migliori da accompagnare, dall'antipasto al dolce. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media ma qualita' indiscutibile: assolutamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!

09/05/2025: A lovely place for lunch or dinner. There was plenty of seating inside and out. We went for the asparagus and speck risotto and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly, also reasonably priced. Would definitely return if we came back to Orvieto.

23/04/2025: The place is small, but with many tables even in front of the door. A beautiful floor, beautiful arches, but unusual furnishings with colored curtains here and there in the room, a flowered screen perhaps separating it from a private wardrobe. Colored tablecloths, paper napkins, round glass underplate on which a rectangular ceramic plate designed to swing will rest. Good first courses, the "peposo" not very tasty, classic dessert.

24/03/2025: Beautiful family outing, the icing on the cake, "duca di Orvieto" .. Excellent meal, quality food and prepared and welcoming staff.. we had a great time!

09/05/2025: Being in an ancient village you have to get there on foot. Remarkable location and courteous staff. Excellent dishes and excellent wines. I had already been there in the past and I went back on purpose this time and it did not disappoint my expectations. Highly recommended.

05/05/2025: An excellent dinner at the entrance to the beautiful historic center of San Gemini. Local products are highlighted from the appetizer, a platter of cured meats and cheeses, to the dessert. The Sangemini Picchiarelli with white meat ragout and parmesan with the addition of black truffle are unforgettable. The service is quick and courteous. The bill is adequate.

02/05/2025: Excellent place, we really appreciated the cloth tablecloths, now almost a rarity, the dishes were good, even if ours was just a quick stop and we couldn't evaluate it in more depth. The only flaw is the bread; they served us sandwiches suitable for breakfast, not for lunch. It's not possible to be perfect, however good, a good to see you again

03/06/2025: Présent dans de nombreux guides dont michelin, c est incontestablement un excellent restaurant. C est bon, bien prepare avec des plats typiques en particulier ceux à la truffe et tout cela pour une tarification très raisonnable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, c est de loin ce que j ai trouve de mieux ici.

25/05/2025: Durante su estancia en un agroturismo a las afueras de Orvieto, nuestro anfitrión recomendó este restaurante por su auténtica cocina umbría y excepcional selección de vinos. También apareció en mi guía de Lonely Planet. Aunque no hicimos una reserva, nos aseguramos de llegar a las 12 : 30 para el almuerzo. Afortunadamente, todavía había algunas mesas disponibles, y disfrutamos de una comida fantástica con un servicio rápido y atento. La carbonara con tartufo y paloma fueron excepcionales, complementados perfectamente con el vino, incluyendo un excelente Orvieto Classico. Me dijeron que este es el restaurante más antiguo de Orvieto, con paloma que ya aparece en el menú en la época etrusca. Es un privilegio ser parte de una historia tan rica, ¡que continúe por generaciones!

04/05/2025: Nice restaurant, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The tartare served on the hot shin is excellent and unique. The pappardelle with wild boar was good, too bad there was 50g missing on the plate, the tagliolini was bad, which instead of being with truffles was with truffle sauce, the baba with Chantilly and pistachio was good and bad for the 6 euros spent for two scant bites of the puff pastry (food cost 0.30 cents.. come on!!). We can do better and even a little would be enough.

03/05/2025: We had lunch with the family in this restaurant during a tour of the Marmore waterfalls. The restaurant is on the main road but the rooms overlook a beautiful, well-kept outdoor garden. We ate very well. The first ones are excellent. Familiar and well-kept environment.

07/05/2025: Io e il mio compagno siamo stati qui a cena durante il ponte del primo maggio, il locale è molto bello, noi abbiamo cenato fuori dove si trovano pochi posti ma con il giusto spazio. Le ragazze che ci hanno seguiti ci hanno accolti con cortesia e disponibilità, nonostante fossimo in anticipo di quasi un'ora ci hanno fatto accomodare subito. Il servizio è eccellente, si sono occupate dei clienti senza essere pressanti ma presenti per qualsiasi necessità. Il mio compagno ha diverse intolleranze ed allergie eppure hanno trovato la soluzione per ogni piatto richiesto, cucina gluten free (se non ricordo male è proprio AIC) e opzioni anche vegetariane. Il cibo superbo, io ho preso lo stinco e la carne si scioglieva in bocca! I prezzi potrebbero risultare un po' alti ma ne vale la pena, consiglio vivamente di provare! Ringraziamo le gentili donzelle e se torneremo a Orvieto sicuramente ci fermeremo qui per gustare altre bontà.

03/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato il 1 maggio e nonostante fosse un giorno festivo, con Orvieto che scoppiava di turisti ed il locale pieno non abbiamo aspettato neanche 10 minuti che è arrivata la cameriera per la comanda, subito si e preoccupata se ci fossero persone intolleranti. Avendo mia figlia celiachia si sono preoccupati prima di portare il suo pane in un cartoccio e posizionato lontano dal nostro, poi a seguire il suo piatto, con tutta la cura e la gentilezza possibile,poi a seguire il nostro, si preoccupava per la bambina, chiedendo se il suo pane fosse sufficiente, ci ha spiegato tutti gli ingredienti che componevano il suo piatto. Devo dire locale pulito, cibo ottimo, cortesia e gentilezza. Da provare e ritornare grazie mille per la bella giornata che siamo riusciti a passare anche grazie a voi. Torneremo Devo dire non per niente hanno la certificazione di locale per celiaci anche 2025
