17/02/2026: We arrived without a reservation. The welcome and service were excellent. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. The tasting menu was exquisite, with quality ingredients and top-notch cooking techniques. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

01/01/2026: A cozy place, a subdued atmosphere, attentive and helpful customer service, a clean and comfortable dining room, and excellent food.
Perhaps the portions of some dishes are small, like the rice flan and the truffle pasta dish. But I had the tortellini in broth, and the broth was fantastic.
I would return.
13/12/2025: Professional service, quality products, and seasonal regional cuisine. Everything is truly delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant is a bit more formal than average, despite being a trattoria, but that's a plus because it offers high quality at a reasonable price.

08/02/2026: We celebrated my father's retirement here with a lunch that turned into a real party! The restaurant provided us with a private room where we could have a DJ set.
It was fantastic to be able to dance and have fun in complete privacy, creating an energetic atmosphere that engaged all the guests, from the youngest to the oldest. The food was excellent, the portions generous, and the staff was super helpful in coordinating with the DJ for the day's highlights. If you're looking for a place where you can eat well and truly party, this is it! Thank you for making the start of this new chapter special for my dad.

07/01/2026: A truly wonderful experience! The food was excellent, the recipes beautifully combined, and the service was attentive and competent. The only drawback: it was a bit cold, and the air heating isn't adequate for such a prestigious restaurant.

The atmosphere is refined, the service impeccable, perhaps just a touch too formal. The cuisine offers updated Umbrian dishes, sometimes revisited with a confident and expert touch, with a vaguely French flavor. Such is the case with the lamb crepinette or the pigeon with foie gras. The egg, with creamed potato, truffle, and kataifi pasta, is delicious, as are the tagliatelle with black truffle. Simple and perfect.
The wine list is extensive and satisfying.
The bill is appropriate for the setting.
An excellent place.
