19/11/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo Ristorante accogliente e dai pochi coperti, quindi poca confusione e servizio pronto e presente per ogni necessità. Lo Staff estremamente gentile e sincero sui tempi di attesa. Abbiamo mangiato bene e pagato il giusto. Consigliamo di provarlo.

17/11/2024: Il locale è molto curato in ogni sua parte, abbiamo apprezzato sopratutto la scelta del menù e la cortesia con la preparazione della cameriera. Le portate erano tutte buone, gradito in particolare la coratella, la pasta con il cinghiale ed i dolci. È stata veramente un esperienza gradevole.

16/12/2024: I returned to this restaurant after a year. The atmosphere inside is intimate and welcoming, while the outdoor space is framed by the buildings of the historic center. Right from the start you are welcomed by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, ready to carefully explain the dishes. The selection of bread prepared by the chef is excellent and varied, particularly the tomato focaccia. The menu is well structured and reasoned, as are the dishes of the day. But what brings me back to Apollinare most of all are the hand-rolled tortelli with a tasty burrata filling emphasized by flakes of Moscato truffle and cherry tomato reduction. As a sweet conclusion, try the dark chocolate semifreddo with white chocolate cream and pink pepper. I therefore recommend this restaurant which is always a certainty and an obligatory stop for anyone passing through Spoleto.

21/11/2024: Egg with potato cream and exceptional truffle. Sublime lobster tagliolini. The homemade bread section was much appreciated. Excellent service. Price commensurate with the experience.

29/08/2024: We enjoyed our first visit so much, we came back for dinner again a few days later. The service was very friendly and even fun, and the food was good. The desserts are all homemade, and the panna cotta in particular should not be missed.

The first courses were tasty, the sliced ​​meat melted in the mouth and the stuffed pigeon was extraordinary. I will go back a third time.

25/08/2024: We found our culinary place in Spoleto. Excellent flavors, well presented, friendly service. I think that after several years of using various restaurants in Tuscany and now Umbria, this one is definitely on the podium! Great service, perfect atmosphere, and the dishes look like from a Michelin-starred restaurant! ;)

20/11/2024: Stopped for lunch and since we had a good time we returned for dinner. Nice place very well kept, tidy and clean. Limited menu but there are also some off-menu dishes. We enjoyed everything from fresh pasta to meat and desserts. Good wine .... Prices ok. We will be back soon
