05/08/2026: First time at this restaurant for a family lunch, everything was fantastic! Francesca, the owner, was welcoming and very kind, recommending excellent dishes! We will definitely be back!!!
16/07/2026: We dined at this restaurant during the vaporetto race, and the atmosphere was truly lovely. Regardless, we sat outside: a truly beautiful place with excellent service from Francesca and the staff, and delicious typical Spoleto dishes. The price is reasonable for the quality.

09/05/2026: Hi, we had lunch today. There were four of us. The food was a surprise, everything was delicious. The fresh pasta and the meat were excellent, as were the side dishes and desserts. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the owner's friendliness. I highly recommend it.
03/05/2026: I came back for my son's communion. I can only tell you that it's an exceptional restaurant, excellent food and fair prices. Mr. Sandro is an exceptional person, he made us feel at home, as did all his staff. For us, it's truly the best.

The cuisine is traditional, with authentic, well-prepared dishes and generous portions. The food is truly delicious, and you can sense the attention to quality ingredients and respect for local recipes.
Another strong point is the quality-price ratio: you spend little and leave completely satisfied. I recommend this place to anyone seeking good food, friendliness, and authenticity, away from overly touristy venues. Definitely worth a visit again.

08/07/2026: A place where you can experience the flavors of yesteryear. The staff is friendly and truly delightful. The first courses are excellent. A special mention goes to the truffle omelette; it reminded me of my grandmother's, who is no longer with us.

The menu features so many dishes that have nothing to do with Umbria (cotoletta alla milanese, tortellini alla bolognese...)...which immediately make it clear that this place doesn't serve authentic Umbrian cuisine.
The quality/price ratio is absolutely inadequate. Paying €2.50 for the cover charge, then when it came time to get the bill, the waiter left the receipt on the table without even giving us a receipt or saying goodbye... Speechless.
The strangozzi alla spoletina was flawless; the pasta was stuck together. The guinea fowl was good.
I wouldn't go back.

11/04/2026: Terrible restaurant in every way. Tables practically crowded together, too crowded. I hate dining next to strangers, especially if they're as rude as we were... but the most unnerving thing is the food and the service. They brought a slice of bread with a strange sauce without asking, so I asked what it was and the answer was "Tuscan meat." I tasted it and literally felt like vomiting. It was liver with a very strong flavor, inedible! Saying it was liver, was it too expensive??? I have the right to know what I'm eating!!! The first course arrived, pappardelle with prawns and asparagus, a completely unseasoned dish with the asparagus literally tough and woody. I had to add oil twice to eat the pasta, the whole thing was completely disjointed and tasteless. For the second course, we had pistachio salmon, which was a shame it was SPOILED. It stank terribly, and the water around it said it all. What can I say...they didn't even bother to apologize, and that makes me even more infuriating! It's been years since I've eaten so badly at a restaurant. Never again!
