14/08/2024: My girlfriend and I went to this nice restaurant during our weekend in Spoleto. The outdoor location is very beautiful, in fact it overlooks a small balcony from which you could enjoy the sunset and a beautiful view of the city. The staff immediately proved friendly and welcoming. We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, some delicious local sausages and one of their local pastas, strangozzi alla spoletina, seasoned with chilli garlic and chopped tomatoes, very tasty and strong. Finally we ordered two desserts: their typical chocolate cake and a puff pastry covered in hot cream and berries. It was all delicious and fresh topped off with a pleasant view. I would give some advice: when bringing the cold cuts platter, I would describe the cured meats brought and their history so as to make you appreciate the local traditions even more. If you are looking for a traditional restaurant with a touch of elegance this restaurant is the right place.

31/08/2024: The place is objectively very beautiful, unfortunately the cuisine is not up to the level of the place. The dishes on paper are very tasty, unfortunately on the palate they are a great disappointment. Courteous and always available staff. Sin. Maybe it was a bad night.

08/01/2024: Abbiamo cenato il 31 dicembre 2023, il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile alle esigenze di ognuno. Lo chef e la sua brigata ci hanno preparato una cena dove ogni ingrediente è stato valorizzato senza essere sopraffatto da eccessi . L’ambiente è confortevole e piacevole. Un’esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.

19/07/2024: Io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo prenotato il ristorante Apollinare per il nostro anniversario ed è stata veramente un’esperienza piacevole. Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati da tutto lo staff ed i piatti sono stati veramente buonissimi. Lo consiglio veramente!!

09/08/2024: Awesome food. It's one of my best Italian foods ever. We got the set menu with antipasto, 2 pasta, 2 roasts , salad, and dessert. Everything was amazing, and the service was great.

I think that after several years of using various restaurants in Tuscany and now Umbria, this one is definitely on the podium! Great service, perfect atmosphere, and the dishes look like from a Michelin-starred restaurant! ;)

25/08/2024: I had already been a guest in this place in January and I returned at the end of August to try the cuisine again. The products are top quality and well prepared. The first courses were tasty, the sliced ​​meat melted in the mouth and the stuffed pigeon was extraordinary. I will go back a third time.

11/08/2024: Visiting Spoleto, I stopped with my wife at this restaurant for dinner. I found a welcoming environment and above all in a street not crowded with tourists. You can therefore eat outside in complete tranquility and above all with a fast and polite service from the restaurateur. We really enjoyed the truffle omelette, the mixed grilled dog with baked potatoes and to finish the CRESConda (a Spoleto dessert). Excellent value for money. Absolutely worth trying for anyone coming to Spoleto.
