Superlative food, perfect service. The only downside was that we dined outside in the scorching heat and with annoying insects.

A truly pleasant experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, professional, and always available staff, who made us feel at ease throughout the evening. The dishes are meticulously prepared: beautiful to look at and even more delicious to taste. You can sense the passion and attention the staff puts into their work. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

The restaurant is slightly off the main street, which makes eating out more peaceful.
The food was truly excellent; the tartare was as delicious as the egg 🔝
The first courses and desserts were also fantastic.
I also liked the wine list and the Barbera Umbro rosé I chose.
It almost felt like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant, thanks in part to the attentive staff who know how to put you at ease.

This was practically perfection. Everything was wonderful, from the appetizers to the dessert. Everything was perfect. Bravo to the entire team, and especially to their chef, Giuseppe. We would certainly make the trip from Ravenna to Spoleto again just to relive this gastronomic and wine experience.

Pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, and top-quality ingredients. We had a really good time, the only negative being the spaghetti with salicornia caviar... it was bland, I had high expectations and was disappointed. Nothing else to say, everything was exceptional. Well done!
