Ristorante Apollinare In Spoleto

Top service, excellent food and large portions, excellent value for money! Considering the increase in prices now, I really recommend this restaurant, plus it's beautiful ❤️

Apollinare was a truly pleasant experience. This restaurant is located in the historic center of Spoleto, it is easy and convenient to reach even by car. The place is very intimate and elegant, it is dimly lit but this suits the overall atmosphere. As an appetizer I tried the typical local cod, very delicate and crunchy but not very tasty. Then we ate two first courses, duck plin, a particular type of pasta with an exquisite parmesan foam, and tortelloni filled with burrata with truffle and cherry tomato cream, both very good and tasty. For the second course we took a beef fillet with truffle, the meat was very tender and of excellent quality. The staff is very attentive and trained, but personally I found them a little cold in their relationship with the customer. Overall it is a good restaurant to eat good quality food.

We felt like guests more than customers, so much so that we went there for two days in a row. The service is impeccable, it's been a long time since I've seen such a professional room, really good! As for the cuisine, it is excellent, well thought out and the dishes really well done. Congratulations to all the staff. The cost of a dinner is honest, everything is homemade, even the bread.

Siamo tornati all'Apollinare dopo alcuni mesi e devo dire di essere rimasta un po' delusa. Abbiamo preso la tartare di fassona e tartufo (abbastanza anonima), una vellutata di ceci (troppo compatta), i plin di anatra e aneto (rari e immersi nella salsa al formaggio) e il petto di anatra (buono). Vino al calice (un Trebbiano locale) non all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Molto bella la presentazione dei piatti, decisamente superiore al loro gusto. Bravissimo ed estremamente professionale il maître di sala, come nelle altre occasioni. Bella l'atmosfera ma davvero scomodo cenare con un rumoroso condizionatore sopra la testa.

Very beautiful and elegant place with niches for romantic evenings. Land and sea cuisine with dishes prepared with excellent raw materials and cooked with great skill. The preparations are simple with a delicate flavor but which completely satisfy the palate like the delicious tortelli filled with burrata that I had the chance to try for dinner. They are not good, they are delicious, as are the calamari and octopus on a bed of chickpea puree. The starter with bubbles and surprises from the chef was much appreciated. The service is excellent, discreet, friendly and helpful. If you pass through Spoleto, don't miss a lunch or dinner at Apollinare.

Impeccable service and honest prices, in line with the quality offered. Extremely interesting wine list, with a large presence of local wines and orange wines. Recommended without reservations.

Elegante ristorante nel pieno centro di Spoleto. Consiglio l’uovo al tartufo, delicato ma allo stesso tempo saporito. Servizio eccellente, carta dei vini ben fornita. Prezzo adeguato, meglio prenotare, non rimarrete delusi.
