27/12/2024: Everything was fine here, we had not made a reservation in September, but despite that we were still allowed to join. Service top, explanation of the menu top, food great. Price, quality and quantity in perfect balance.

24/12/2024: Spectacular lunch in this restaurant in Montescudaio surrounded by greenery between the Pisan and Livorne countryside. You can park along the street or private parking! We were here to celebrate a birthday with friends... they were very nice and during dessert one of the chefs sang "happy birthday" to the guests... Excellent Tuscan appetizer with cold cuts, croutons, tomato soup, flans, cheeses and tartare... the first courses are delicious. The meat was really excellent! Excellent wine they produce and the oil they produce is amazing!!! The desserts are also excellent.. The staff is really very courteous and they are all nice... this is something very important in my opinion!!! In summer, an outdoor terrace for dining outside.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️

22/12/2024: Today we had lunch in this beautiful and characteristic Osteria. an elegant and welcoming environment with impeccable and friendly service, the right mix for a pleasant and serene atmosphere. The excellent quality products cooked divinely with combinations that delighted the palate. The expense was equally balanced with everything we ate. We will definitely return as we have been doing for more than 10 years now. Thanks again to all the staff!! GOOD.

02/11/2024: Capitati per caso a Guardistallo ed in cerca di un posto dove mangiare data l ora tarda ( quasi le due) e la giornata festiva. Una botta di fortuna pazzesca. Entriamo e ci accoglie il proprietario gentilissimo che ci fa accomodare e ci mette subito a nostro agio proponendo oltre al menù i due piatti del giorno , tagliatelle ai porcini freschi e tagliata di manzo ai porcini su letto di patate arrosto ( tagliate a cubetti piccoli). Notiamo però l’ antipasto che viene servito nel tavolo accanto e ci viene l’acquolina in bocca . Io noto infine i dessert del tavolo dietro il nostro e concludiamo con torta alle mele accompagnata da gelato alla crema ( ero partita con l’idea di condividerlo, ma l egoismo ha prevalso 😂😂) e crema bigusto. Tutto perfetto ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ( la tagliata sembrava burro tanto era morbida) ! Torneremo

The restaurant with Tuscan architecture with brick vaults is very characteristic and overall elegant. Excellent Tuscan cuisine with a touch of originality, from appetizers with herring and caramelized onions to creamed cod, to a splendid chickpea cream washed down with a sublime drizzle of new oil... everything else is up to par. Highly recommended

24/12/2024: I am pleasantly surprised, I already knew the restaurant, but I had never been there. It can't be explained, you have to come there. In the last 2 years, it is the restaurant where I have eaten better, better and to say the least, tasty and balanced dishes, the service is fast and pleasant. The highlight was the melted chocolate tart, with orange reduction!!!!😱 I don't think I've eaten such a tasty dessert! We will always return!! Thank you for this Christmas Eve.
