18/10/2025: We walked into this small, very authentic restaurant without prior reservation, received a warm welcome, and the menu was kindly translated for us. The food was excellent. The staff was always interested in our well-being! The value for money is excellent!
We'll be back!

A truly excellent experience at Tana dei Brilli in Massa Marittima.
Fresh, high-quality food, with an excellent selection and creation of cheeses.
The wild boar sauce with polenta was simply exquisite, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared.
A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves authentic, carefully prepared cuisine. I will definitely be back!
25/01/2026: I called the day before to reserve a table for two. I was given the time: 2:00 PM/2:15 PM.
We got there on time, maybe a few minutes early. Once inside, I was told the reservation was for 2:15 PM/2:20 PM.
We waited outside until 2:30 PM.
We went in to find out how much longer we had to wait. We were told they couldn't turn the customers away. In conclusion, we had to leave.
It would be enough to say next time... WE'RE FULL! Instead of making people wait needlessly!

02/02/2026: Visited on January 20, 2026. Great variety of pastries, and good cappuccino. The lady was also kind enough to introduce me to a couple of typical Perugian desserts.

01/01/2026: A discovery. I've rarely found everything so delicious. I had the tortelli and the rabbit and I'm still in ecstasy. My only regret is having discovered it at 48.

The pici are a Maremma blessing, an experience worth repeating.
The main courses are excellent, and the freshly made tiramisu is a real treat.

04/10/2025: Overall, I don't recommend it. The quality-price ratio is disproportionate. For example, the mixed crostini was truly mediocre. The main courses were cold and didn't even seem fresh from the day we ate them. The cover charge of €4.50 seems a bit high. For three people, €180 without having eaten well.

It's out of the way and off the beaten path, but that's precisely why it's a place not to be missed!

17/03/2026: Excellent. A cozy, inviting restaurant. Very friendly service. Great menu. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We especially remember the dessert "Tris di Panacotta"—a wonderful experience!
08/03/2026: Last night we had dinner at this wonderful place. The service was impeccable thanks to the waiters Amen and Lino, who treated us wonderfully and explained every dish in detail.
The food is truly exquisite, I recommend it to anyone visiting Saturnia. We'll definitely be back!
