A truly excellent experience at Tana dei Brilli in Massa Marittima.
Fresh, high-quality food, with an excellent selection and creation of cheeses.
The wild boar sauce with polenta was simply exquisite, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared.
A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves authentic, carefully prepared cuisine. I will definitely be back!
25/01/2026: I called the day before to reserve a table for two. I was given the time: 2:00 PM/2:15 PM.
We got there on time, maybe a few minutes early. Once inside, I was told the reservation was for 2:15 PM/2:20 PM.
We waited outside until 2:30 PM.
We went in to find out how much longer we had to wait. We were told they couldn't turn the customers away. In conclusion, we had to leave.
It would be enough to say next time... WE'RE FULL! Instead of making people wait needlessly!

19/10/2024: Serata di pizza con i miei cari in una serata di mezz'agosto. Ottime pizze, servizio ben adeguato alla folta clientela estiva.
17/08/2024: Mi sono recato in questo ristorante per ben due giorni consecutivi e mi sento di consigliarlo:
▪︎ una delle più buone pizze senza glutine mangiate e senza un eccessivo supplemento;
▪︎ottimo anche il ristorante con varie proposte toscane e no sia di carne sia di pesce;
▪︎ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Il ristorante è dotato di un affaccio molto bello sulla maremma toscana e consiglio di prenotare per l'ora del tramonto per poter godere del paesaggio.
Gentilissima la titolare e i ragazzi tutti molto cortesi e efficienti.
