Sono stato qui diverse volte e non mi ha mai deluso. La location in perfetto stile country maremmano è accogliente, forse andrebbe scaldata meglio nelle giornate più fredde. Il personale sempre gentile ed il cibo molto buono, da questo punto di vista è una garanzia. Stavolta non ho dato il punteggio pieno perché il servizio stavolta è stato un po’ distratto, molto tempo per prendere l’ordinazione dei dolci nonostante le nostre ripetute richieste e un po’ di confusione. Un aspetto che devono crescere assolutamente da migliorare è l’aerazione/aspirazione perché basta che un tavolo prende la carne, e qui si viene soprattutto per quello, che la sala si riempie di fumo e si torna a casa che si profuma di “arrosticini” dalla testa ai piedi, vestiti compresi. Prezzo giusto. Da provare.

OVER THE TOP place. I've been going there for years, I come here from Pisa on purpose. The best meat I've ever eaten. The cuts of meat are perfect and the choice is top quality, the same goes for cooking and service; the buttera steak on soapstone is their best dish. The choice of wines, local or otherwise, is always thoughtful and well recommended. The staff are the best there is, always helpful and kind. Honest price for absurd quality. For those who want specifics, 100/120e for 2 with starters, 1.3/1.4kg cut, wine, bitters and desserts.

Qui si bada al sodo! Tutto ottimo

Ho cenato in questa trattoria due volte nel mese di agosto. Il posto è incantevole, quasi fiabesco, immerso nella natura, pieno di colore e di calore. La tavola si presenta molto semplice, ma è proprio questo che mi piace: le tovaglie a quadretti anni 70 e i fiaschi di vino. La qualità del cibo è ottima, è un posto rinomato per la carne ma ho trovato deliziose e molto saporite anche le verdure di loro produzione e ottimi i dolci. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto.
