03/05/2025: Restaurant that we considered in Pereta. The restaurant offers dinner with a fixed menu including wine at a moderate price (€27). The courses are numerous and plentiful. The kitchen is family run. The food and service overall seemed to us to be without praise or infamy but the fixed menu formula penalizes the experience a bit. Considering the current score (4.7) we expected more.

27/04/2025: TOP place! Typical Tuscan trattoria like it once was... family run or not, few dishes, but delicious and with the house red wine already at the table, good and honest. Jokes aside, it's a typical Tuscan inn, easy-going and you have to take it as such, but the food is very good. We had a ham as an appetizer which we forget about in the city. Tuscan crostini for two, 6 first courses, 2 second courses, wine and water and we spent €100 and in the end he also gave us a plate of ham. It's not like classic restaurants. So you have to accept that he doesn't have a menu and he tells you verbally what he prepared that day. You can choose between a taste of everything or individual dishes like we did because the 4 adults with 2 children don't eat a lot. Ravioli with meat sauce good although personally I don't like ricotta and spinach ravioli. Mushroom gnocchi full of flavor like I haven't eaten for a long time and truffle tagliolini that I would come back from Rome every weekend just to eat again. A stewed wild boar that was butter and a pig or with potatoes that melted in your mouth. I'll definitely be back as soon as I'm back in these parts. I recommend that you always book so as not to risk staying without having tried the food of this place also because no words can truly describe the flavour... especially the truffle tagliolini :-) Great!

20/05/2025: We had dinner in this place in 4 people, excellent service and food, special dishes cooked with care, excellent Fiorentina. Good guys if I return to your area I will definitely return. If I can make a point, in the rooms I would add more light points. For the rest very good.

24/05/2025: Guido, in the wonderful setting of the walls of Magliano in Toscana, has maintained a very high standard of typical Maremma cuisine for over 30 years with an excellent quality/price ratio. Excellent and very abundant appetizers, unsurpassable tagliolini 3 gnudi with truffles, exquisite second courses and, last but not least, superb crema catalana and zabaglione. Book well in advance especially on weekends and holidays.

21/05/2025: I really can't understand the good reviews of this restaurant. Average tourist food, cheese board with three anonymous caciottas, pici all'agliata with very little seasoning and dry. The torta papalina is good but identical to others eaten elsewhere. The guy in the dining room is kind but you eat better elsewhere.

11/05/2025: To have a combination of an extremely professional and helpful family environment, quality and variety of the menu combined with a location with a breathtaking view, this is the right place to definitely recommend. The owner Anna was also very collaborative and sensitive in managing a surprise evening organized for the occasion of our wedding anniversary. We must then make a special mention, in the dessert sector, to their flagship product, the millefeuille. My wife, who is not particularly attracted to the millefeuilles that are normally found in circulation, enthusiastically welcomed the REAL millefeuille that she has NEVER found since we have known each other, appreciating its presentation and quality. Synthetic expression "THIS FINALLY IS THE MILLEFEUGLIE I WAS HOPED TO EAT, NEVER FOUND A MILLEFEUGLIE LIKE THIS". Spectacular, applause to Anna and her team. Only one thing is sorry, we come from Livorno and due to the distance it is not possible to go there every weekend. They deserve it! TOP

06/05/2025: It is one of the 3 D restaurants that every time I go to Saturnia I cannot fail to visit. Danilo's cuisine is traditional and always excellent and the dishes adapted to the season in which you go. If you are in Montemerano in late spring or summer in the evening for dinner, book a table on the terrace, in addition to the cool air you will enjoy an excellent view. The cellar is very good with excellent wines.

18/05/2025: One of the few places that deserves all the awards and recognitions received. Food, service, environment more than excellent. You are guided with professionalism in the choice of wine and in the wine list also excellent choices without spending crazy amounts. Careful and very professional service, which is not a given even for places of this level. If we want to be picky, the coffee is not exceptional and the bathroom is small. Prices adequate for certain levels, I must say also honest. I will definitely return.

13/05/2025: My God theee best steak! They bring it to your table to let you see before they cook it. And the service was impeccable from the waiters to the sommelier we were so well taken care of! The place is small and quaint, perfect!

30/05/2025: At La Tana dei Brilli you eat really well. It is one of those places where the cuisine is simple, made with local ingredients and recipes that taste like home. No frills, just real flavors, the ones you recognize at first taste and that make you want to come back. The menu is written with a poetic care that makes you want to order everything: each dish has a description that tells a story, and already reading it you imagine the smell and taste. The prices are fair, actually good, especially for what you take home in terms of quality and atmosphere. And then there is the owner - very nice - and the cook, who make you feel at home. They welcome you with a smile and treat you as if you were a lifelong friend. A place like this should be kept a secret ... but it deserves to be shared. Advice

10/05/2025: We came to Capalbio for a weekend and the place indicated by the hotelier... I must say a pleasant experience... they make a divine wild boar hunter and very delicate tagliatelle with wild boar ragout... the homemade desserts are really good... the price is in line with the place
