We had dinner at this restaurant last night. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the highly qualified and incredibly hospitable staff. Dinner began with delicious prosciutto, followed by a masterfully cooked Florentine steak. Truly excellent!

An incredible dining experience from start to finish! If you are a meat lover, this is a destination you cannot miss. Dry-Aged Perfection* The **dry-aged steak** was the absolute star of the show. You can tell they take their craft seriously—the meat was exceptionally tender, with that deep, concentrated flavor that only comes from a proper aging process. It was grilled to perfection, boasting a beautiful crust while staying incredibly juicy on the inside. The Sides & dessert * **Grilled Vegetables:** Often an afterthought at many steakhouses, the vegetables here were vibrant, perfectly seasoned, and had a wonderful smoky char that complemented the richness of the beef. Tiramisu:We finished the meal with their **tiramisu**, and it was divine. It was light, creamy, and had the perfect balance of espresso and cocoa—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was top-notch, and watching the team (including **Mattia Di Biase**) work with such passion and precision adds a great energy to the room. You can really feel the "#MangiareDifferente" philosophy in every bite.

Excellent restaurant. The specialty of the cuisine is the sushi and sashimi, excellent as are all the meats on offer.

We returned to this restaurant after a few years. The cuisine has changed but hasn't lost any quality. The staff is courteous and attentive. The bill is in line with the quality of the restaurant.

Varied and delicious menu. Excellent quality. Extensive wine list. Very friendly. They accept dogs. I recommend it.
