04/03/2026: I don't understand why some restaurants get negative reviews. Buatta made me feel very welcome on both of my visits. Aside from the excellent food, I'd like to commend the hosts on both evenings. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, with a hands-on approach. I really appreciated that. The heart of any restaurant is always the kitchen, and they did a fantastic job. The appetizers—Focaccia "Sfincione," Caponata, Fish Sausage, Anelletti with Meat Ragout, Handmade Ravioli, and the Sardines "a Beccafico"—were all absolutely delicious. For dessert, be sure to try the Almond Parfait "Noto" or the Cassata. Unfortunately, they don't have a house wine, but the wine available by the glass is also very well-made, delicious, and reasonably priced. Thank you, dear Buatta team, for the wonderful evenings and the excellent service. Keep up the great work!

19/03/2026: There's no arguing about the quality of the food. The price, both for the quality and the location on Viale Parioli, is fair. The place isn't particularly comfortable: long and narrow.

The owners offered a 30% discount for TheFork reservations (booked the day before). One small flaw: we found the atmosphere a bit cold. However, if you want to enjoy excellent pizza, try it 🍕...

05/03/2026: A great find for lunch... Quality food, a varied menu, and everything delicious. I truly believe it's the best in the area! Too bad there's so little space and you might not be able to sit down. It's worth the risk, I think!

16/02/2026: My wife and I had dinner at Ferato in Turin, Italy, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, and the service was both friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our evening and will definitely recommend it!

15/02/2026: Quality ingredients, fresh, well-prepared fish: there's nothing to complain about. The problem is everything else. The menu is rather bland, lacking inventiveness and no creative flair to truly distinguish the dishes. Above all, the service was inadequate: half an hour for bread and appetizers, another half an hour for the first course, and another wait for the second course. In total, almost two hours for four courses, one of which was a raw ham. It's a shame, because the foundation is there—but without a rhythm in the dining room and a bit more personality in the kitchen, the experience remains disappointing.

02/11/2025: Nothing that would entice me to return. I was hoping it wasn't a touristy place, but other than the beautiful setting, everything was adequate. I don't know if there's anything better in Castiglione, but I wouldn't return here.

14/09/2025: While on vacation in Sicily, we saw this restaurant along the road to Modica. The sign says "traditional cuisine," so we stopped in. It was a great experience. We returned every night we were in Modica. We took their advice and tried a few different dishes, including the pizza. All the food was excellent. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a great time. They also gave us advice on what to try and see in Modica. Well done, keep up the good work. 30/01/2026: I often go to Don Turiddu 2. Good ingredients and very reasonable prices. The service is always top-notch. I would suggest adding a homemade dessert to the menu (such as tiramisu) and revising some of the less-than-perfect details of the location, if possible. It's still a place I absolutely recommend.

26/10/2025: We stopped for lunch, and even though it was late, they happily gave us a table. The menu features dishes based on the catch of the day, excellent quality, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

23/10/2025: We spent a beautiful and pleasant evening with a view of the fantastic sea of ​​Syracuse. Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff. I returned for a (delicious) pizza under the moonlight with the sea in front. What more could you ask for?
